Unauthorized Bump which doubled me fees. One hour on chat customer service fighting to remove. Not even sure. What a waste.
Reverb is protecting bad sellers and is no longer a trustworthy company. I have been doing business with Reverb for over 7 years and in the beginning, it was great. You could get in touch with customer service people on the phone and discuss any issues. Now, there is no getting in touch with anyone any longer. If you have a bad seller who misrepresents the true condition of the item, Reverb no longer protects the buyer and their Buyer Protection Program is meaningless. They will arbitrarily decide against you and then you are stuck with an instrument that may have cost thousands of dollars with no protection. That just happened to me! The seller has a 7 day return policy, but he denied the return. Ordinarily, Reverb would step in and force the bad seller to accept the return. Well, they no longer will do that! I got stuck with an instrument which is in such poor condition that it is unplayable! They ruled against me! No matter how much documentation I uploaded which clearly shows the true condition of the instrument...they don't care about their customers anymore. I will no longer do business with Reverb.
This place is like Yelp 2.0.... what a shitshow. All kinds of shady activity going down over at reverb.com. I’m surprised they’re still in business. They can’t even follow their own site rules. Sellers not shipping items in 3 days and they do nothing but jack you around and stall you forever to avoid refunding/cancelling your order after the seller has clearly not shipped the item. AVOID!!! What a nightmare as a buyer. I had to call my CC company after the endless email games they play and offloading the work of getting a refund on to you, the customer. They make you request it from the seller who hasn’t shipped your item. What is this bizarro clown world Reverb operates from? -10000000 ⭐️
Reverb is protecting bad sellers that are selling bad gear. They make returning items very difficult. I cancelled my account because of this. In addition, they are even preventing bad feedback of these sellers. Definitely a corrupt and risky company. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!
Was sent a broken guitar and I’m still fighting to get my refund it’s been over a month. Customer service has been giving me the runaround. The Guitar was already sent back to the seller and signed for there shouldn’t be any delay in my refund. At this point I have very little faith I going even get my refund back think I might be out 1600. I will never use reverb again.

Bought a guitar never came . Took over a month to get my money back. Customer service doesn't care about you, just your wallet. Great place to scam people out of money.

Bought korg pa4x on Reverb turned out to be scam .lost my money Reverb no help and gave seller my details ie: phone number thats how I got scammed. No help what so ever .will not use again beware..
