I had ordered a mouthguard and received the wrong one. They reached me personally to apologize and promptly sent the one I had wanted. I am VERY impressed with how they handled it and he was so polite and apologetic. The new one came in very fast and I will definitely be using them for more gear in the future. Thai pads are perfect and body shield is good but not strong enough to absorb my hardest shots.

Everything I order is high quality and it all seems to last with virtually no sign of wear.
