Robinson should improve on their customer service & online order service.
Why must require customer to submit passport photo & identification to confirm their address.
After all the customer is the one who pay the product via their own credit card. What if I am ordering product on behalf of another person & delivery is sent to another address & not my address but I am paying for the cost.
Please look into this point. Too much of all these documentation from customer may become a hazard.

Online order system should allow customer to select a preferred delivery date n timing rather than leaving customer to wonder when order will be delivered.
I received a msg past midnight that my order has been activated. Sensing that my order will be delivered later that day, i called up customer service to make sure order was not planned for that day as there will be no one at home to receive it. Customer service assured a next day delivery. However, order was delivered that evening. Coincidentally, delivery arrived just when my wife returned home.

The website does not have much info about the product. I was not aware the item was shipped from overseas. I thought if I am not satisfied with the item within 30days I can return but end up the policy will charge some handling fee. After ordering there is no updates on the shipment for more than a week. Until I request to cancel order then someone connected and the following day claimed it’s preparing to ship and cannot be cancelled. I doubt I’ll purchase from Robinson online again.

Wide range of items, prices are relatively competitive but sale is not offering major discounts like before.
Delivery service on the other hand requires improvement. There is no option to choose delivery date/ time and there isn’t notification on when actual delivery will take place.

Item purchased was purported at 50% discount. The full price was like nearly a 100. I thought it was a steal. Unfortunately after washing realised that item are no better than those sold at " pasar malam " . The total weight of 4 large medium and small is lesser than my 2 large towel. What a let down. I will not buy online fr Robinson again

Website is not up to date. Allowed me to buy an item and a few days later told me it was out of stock. They continue to show it available on their website and you can still buy it. Waste of time and I have to track to see if I got the refund. They continued to email me as if I got the product as well.

I put in an order of 4 items on 06 Jun 2022. After making the payment, I was informed that one of the items is out of stock and a refund will be made to my payment credit card. After 2 weeks, I did not see the refund on my card and I wrote to both Robinson & Bank, which both are asking me to check with each other. I am the only person running around both parties on this discrepancy and I am not sure which party is not executing their job properly. This makes me feel like the online purchasing process with Robinson is cumbersome and very inconvenient.

I am always very satisfied with Robinsons service and being kept informed of the timely delivery.
In this instance I had been emailed a offer from Robinsons in advance offering me a discount with my purchase.
Unfortunately when I tried to use the discount code was not accepted.
I found this most disappointing

I had a few hiccups with my purchase. Firstly, the wrong quantity was delivered. The online helpdesk was good to help resolve the matter. Then, I received the remaining quantity only to find that they are expired goods. The online helpdesk was again prompt in helping to settle the issue. However, I was told the supplier do not have any more stocks and proposed alternative of the same brand. I accepted the proposal and received the items in good condition. Later I was shocked to see that the so call out of stock products was still selling at the online store website and this time round the prices were even lower. I am quite disappointed with the helpdesk and the supplier over the incident. Will be reluctant to buy again as I lost quite a lot of confidence over the company’s reliability.

Bought a mattress that was on sale and found out later that it’s about $100 less if I buy from the brand itself. Frankly, I felt cheated.
Also, the 5 items I ordered arrived separately. In 3 batches. That was not convenient for me.

Very pleased with my purchases . The service was prompt and delivery was good as all items received intact . However , I was supposed to receive a 5% discount as mentioned in the email and I made mention as well but there was no respond or action for that matter .

I ordered an item and paid for it.
Two days later I was informed item out of stock and money refunded.
But when I check the website - item was still listed. I have to email you ppl and ask whether the item is still available.
Apparently not - and I realised that there was a white colour available but was not informed of it for an option.

Order confirmed for carpet and payment made. Someone even called me to arrange for delivery. When I called back to confirm delivery time 2 days later I was then told item was out of stock. No notification prior and no one from Robinsons even bothered to email or call me proactively. Worst online platform and customer service of all time. If I could rate anything lower than 0 I would have. Blessing in disguise: price of carpet after sale/discount is double of what I found on another online shipping site!

Overall pleased with the experience. Purchased items were delivered promptly and in order.
One feedback on the product description (provided on the website): Good to clearly state the product country (or made in country information) as I do not prefer products (esp skin care) from certain countries.

purchased items when it was on sale, shared with friends because it was a good deal. didnt ship for 1 week, cancelled my order when i asked because 'out of stock'. why list them in the first place and if i didnt say anything they probably would have kept the money.

I’ve just called the customer service since my order (made last May 11) has yet to arrived. I just happened to know that the reason of the delay is because there is no stock of the items and my order will be cancelled because there is no definite time on when the items will be restocked. It is a very sad experience for me since I did informed my brothers that I will have give them the gaming mouse as presents. How unfortunate.

Very lucky to catch this super value deal. The packaging was very well done.
Most of all, Robinsons has made a great effort to select the right & quality product.
Will continue to support & look out for Robinson's email alert for value deals.

From placed an order to good delivery the whole process is clear and updated timely. Good delivered in good order.
Customer service attentive and helpful.
However if possible Not to use so many papers box for non-breakable or liquid form products, we have responsibility to save our Mother Earth.

I ordered a decanter set on 22nd April and I received an email on 4th May to say that my order has been cancelled because you ran out of stock. Why did you take so long to inform me when the order was meant as a wedding gift? The wedding was held on 30th April. On 2nd May I wrote an email to check on my order. This is ridiculous and unacceptable, but there’s nothing I can do but to receive the worse ever service from online purchase. It has caused much embarrassment.

First time I purchased 3 items on 22 April but only received the cheapest item 4 days after my order.
The second item received a couple of emails that it runs out of stock and I have to select a few times for the available colours. But still has not arrived
The third expensive item among my orders I have no news of it yet.
Disappointed client.
