Worst customer service I have ever had!
I have never had such bad customer service in my life!

I ordered a jumper dress from them but when it arrived the sleeves were full length where as in the photo it is 3/4 length and the sleeves are turned up.

I emailed Romwe to to inform them of this and explained that it is not what was advertised and therefore I wanted a refund. Romwe.com got back to me saying "Sorry, but for the sleeves, you just can turn it up. Then it will be same as in the photo. Any questions, feel free to contact us."

I then wrote back saying that it is very different and nothing like the photo and even attached a photo comparison which I have uploaded on here. I then got this reply "Thank you for your photos but sorry for the problem.

But from the picture, we cannot see the problem you refer, and please know that if you want to get the return label, we need to deduct 5usd from your refund.

As the shipping fee might be high back to Belgium, how about you keep it, and we give you a 50% off coupon for your next purchase to make up for you?". I replied saying that I did not want the 50% coupon as I won't be making any more purchases from them and that I was appalled at their customer service and that I would have to pay for it to be refunded. They kept saying they can't refund me and if I didn't like the item to sell it or give it to a friend. It's like they are missing the whole point of that what I received was different but they mentioned that because they are an online shop sometimes items look different. "But please know we are online shop and it's common that the online image is more beautful than the real item. And the shape will be different when roll up in different ways or by different customs."

"We can't directly refund to you. If you do not want to keep this item, maybe you can accept the 5$ returning label and return the item back for refund. Or you can try to sell or give it to your friend."

I will never use their website ever again as I have never encountered such disregard and awful customer service!

I got excited when I found the ROMWE site because,...
I got excited when I found the ROMWE site because, as many fellow reviewers have said, there are a ton of cute items at great prices there. I should have known, however, that you get what you pay for and some things are too good to be true. I ordered a winter coat from this site in a medium (and measured myself in centimeters to ensure that would be the right size). Yet, this site is based in China (?) I believe, and clothes from Asian retailers can be notoriously smaller than American sizes! In short, the medium was much smaller than I thought it should be, especially since I measured myself and expected it to fit. It also took a loooong time to get here. I then proceeded to order the same coat in large and extra large to cover my bases. I'm 5'2 and 120lb (so not really extreme one way or another) and the extra large just BARELY feels roomy enough to keep. So keep that in mind: the sizes are misleading if you're looking for an American fit! The items also had a plastic, synthetic smell that is hard to tolerate. I also threw a sweater into my second order (so that I could get a coupon for 5-7 day shipping, which actually ended up being 20+ days shipping) that I assumed was a baggy, oversized sweater, but alas, that too is annoyingly small and even comes up on my arms. I tried washing it (which I regret because now I have to keep it) and the plastic smell didn't really come out. So between the size and the smell, I have an UNDERsized sweater in my closet that I probably won't be wearing. Also, while the coat looks decently made, the seams on the inside of the sweater are crazy sloppy with stray threads everywhere - I think the manufacturing of a lot of this stuff must be pretty cheap. All in all, I think this site is really misleading - you think you're getting trendy clothes for a great price, but what you're really getting is shoddy craftsmanship and tiny clothes that take FOREVER to arrive which you have to ship back to China (on your dime) if you don't want them! Stick to H&M and Forever 21 at the malls if you want better quality clothes for your money. Between the misleading shipping offers, the deceptive "coupons" that entice you to load up your cart and don't really affect your total, and the overall crummy quality of the clothes, this place seems scammy to me and not worth the hassle. So much so that I feel like the positive reviews must be fake.

More excuses.
I've ordered from Romwe before and it only took a week and a half to get to me. That seemed like a very long time, but it was okay because I was aware that this site sometimes takes a while. The quality was okay, not great, but the prices were also very low, so I didn't mind so much.

This time, I ordered a few more items and I figured it would take a little bit longer, but it is absolutely ridiculous how long this is taking.

A week and a half after I ordered my clothes, I noticed that the money for the clothes had been taken out of my account, but I still hadn't received any emails saying that my clothes were on the way, so I decided to check the website. The website said that my order still hadn't even been processed, so I started a ticket (this is how you contact them, because there's no other way) and the ticket was just asking why my clothes still weren't processed. Romwe.com replied, saying that it was their "busy season" and processing could take 3-5 days. This was infuriating because they clearly hadn't read my message that clearly stated it had been much more than 3-5 days.

I was very unhappy that not only had they not read my message, but that they had also taken my money 2-3 weeks before I would even receive my clothes. They responded saying that there was a system upgrade that would make the shipment take even longer and that they didn't know when things would be moving again. They offered to refund my order, or I could wait "a few more days." I laughed out loud at the message because they also requested that I reply quickly. How ironic.

They also sent me a coupon code for $5 off a future order to say sorry. I'm sorry, but it's going to take much more than that.

Three days later, I finally got the notification that my clothing had shipped. It's been four days since my order "shipped" but the tracking information says that it hasn't even entered the country.

We are about to enter my fourth week waiting for these clothes, with little to no real customer service, and absolutely no clothes.

Don't buy from Romwe if you expect any level of quality at all.

IMPORTANT INFO: Below is my poor experience with Romwe, but after that experience, I have been informed by a friend that many of the photos Romwe uses as their "item photos" are stolen from other sites. Romwe.com then have their manufacturer reproduce a similar item of poor quality.

My Experience:

On 09/16/15 I purchased three items from Romwe: two 24 hour ships, and one pre-order. During this time, they were running a free shipping promo which I took advantage of. The two 24 hour ship items were a light sweater and a bralette. They arrived 09/27/15. They were as I expected - not the best quality of clothing but for the price I did not expect them to be high quality. Both have been worn and held up fine in the washer/dryer. Both items were as they appeared in the site's photo.

The pre-order item arrived 10/02/2015. This was described on the site as a grey sweatshirt with embroidered cats on the back elbows. What arrived was a cream colored, see-through thin shirt with cats embroidered on the front elbows.

Customer service is a NIGHTMARE. Their customer service page states tickets will be responded to within "1 working day". I first contacted customer service 10/02, with the complaint that I received a defective item and a photo of the item. I did not receive a response until 10/07 (three business days later), at which time I was told that they do not "have any clothes on outside of arms, check the pictures on our website" and was asked to send a picture to them of the item... which had been included in my first message to them. They ended the message with "waiting for your fast reply". I responded the same day, re-attaching the picture of the item, along with their own website photos showing the difference. Two days later, they ask me for a picture of the packaging, I respond same day with photo, and another two days later (today, 10/10) they send back "Thank you for your photos but sorry for the problem. As the shipping fee might be high back to US, how about you keep it, and we give you a 50% off coupon for your next purchase to make up for you?"
As I continue to receive their mailing list emails with 55% off coupons, I declined their offer. Since items seem to be hit and miss, I will not be purchasing again, and will attempt to have the item returned to them and refunded for my order.

UPDATE 10/12/15: Return label has been offered after I opened a dispute with PayPal... also received an email from Romwe asking me to remove my poor review since they will be providing the return label.

UPDATE 10/29/15: Eventually provided a return label, but they closed my ticket for "no response", even though I was just shipping back the item. Have opened a new ticket.

UPDATE: 11/05/15: Returned item was delivered back to Romwe 10/26/15. First, they claimed they had issued a refund. A week later, still nothing, so I opened yet another ticket. Now they are refusing to issue the refund, claiming that since a Paypal dispute was opened, they will not issue the refund. So, now they have both the defective item and my money. I suspect they refuse to issue the refund because they had to pay to return their defective item.

IF YOU USED PAYPAL, IGNORE THEIR TICKET SYSTEM AND ESCALATE YOUR CLAIM IMMEDIATELY.

Absolutely terrible.
I hadn't heard of this company and I regret not looking it up before I placed an oder of $190. The quality is poor, materials and fitting terrible, sizes or very big or very small. I was very careful measuring before ordering because I noticed that I could be a S in one piece of clothing and an XL in another. Even so I managed to get a pair of jeans (size L) that wouldn't fit even a 10-year old. Arms are way too short, or length in general showing your stomach, even though it's a "one-size" normal t-shirt and we're not in the 80s. So now to the "fun" part. Romwe.com say you can return the items within 30 days. As I opened my ticket and didn't get a reply I googled "romwe refund" and I can't say I was surprised to see so many disappointed customer out here. More or less with the same complaints. But to my horror many customers never got their refund, or was even able to get in touch with the customer service which is also my case so far. Seeing all the reviews with people waiting for a reply feel like the options I have are:
1. Say goodbye to my $190 and cry.
2. Spend another $50 to ship everything back and then cry over the $240 I've lost.

Update: Customer service has finally got back to me, so I shipped everything back and they say they will make the refund three days after they receive the package. In that case I would "only" have lost $50. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Update: It's been 2 weeks since I returned the package and 1 week since they confirmed they've got it. In the confirmation email I was told to let them know if I wanted other items or vouchers (obviously a no thank you) or do nothing and the refund would be processed automatically. So I did nothing. Then a few days later I got another email saying I had to confirm either one option or the other and that they were waiting. I then said I wanted a refund and they replied that it would take 15-20 business days. 15 to 20 business days literally means 1 month. In the direct communication on their website through their wonderful "ticket" system, they said it would take 3 days after they received the package. On their website it says that you get the refund within 7 business days under the refund conditions. All I know is that I have not received my refund and I still wonder if it will come at all.

Surprisingly good, You do get what you pay for
I'v been seeing many of these wholesale/cheap clothes sites pop lately and have been really curious. After doing a bit of research and reading many reviews I decided to give it a shot. I purchased 4 items all with the 'Ships Within 24hrs' logo on each piece as I understood these companies have many warehouses and some items take longer. Well I placed my order on 27th Sep and I received all items on the 7th October. TWO WEEKS! I am impressed especially as I live in Australia and sometimes things take a little longer.
As for the quality, all items look exactly as the pictures and are sewn well. Some of the material is very thin and does feel cheap but you literally get what you pay for. These items look like boutique store clothes at less than half the price so what do you expect. And considering how hot its going to be this summer I'm not complaining about the lightness of material.
Now for sizing. The internet and many reviews had brought my attention to the fact that some items do run small. So I did follow their size charts and made sure to measure myself to get the closest to my size as possible. All 4 things fit well.

I would defiantly shop again. But be aware, it might take a while for things to arrive, if your desperate for new cheap clothes than I suggest you look for the 'Ships within 24hrs' logo. Make sure to measure yourself to avoid getting wrong sizing. The material might be cheap and light, but YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. And look carefully at the returns policy so you don't look like an arse when you complain romwe.com made you pay for shipping to return it. The policy was there before you shopped there, they didn't make it up on the spot to piss you off

Honestly terrible
So it was my first online purchase and it taught me buyer beware things.

1. That 60% off is a lie. It's 60% total on each item. So let's say you have something $30 and it's already on 50% off romwe.com only add 10% onto the savings not an extra 60%
So that was a bummer...
2. If you look at material it actually doesn't tell you the material they use. It'll say "stretchy" or "warm". And it sucked because it didn't tell me this sweater was made of this itchy weird material and I apparently am allergic to it. So that was a nice surprise when I opened the package.

3. The items with out a person wearing it are photo shopped. It's meant to look better, so when I got the stuff I didn't like it (on top of the allergy).
A) it sucked because
Majority of what I bought was see through and it didn't say it in the description.
B) it doesn't look like the photo. Sometimes it does look exactly like the photo. But is too small. In real life because they didn't specific how "cropped" the crop tops would be on a person.
C) material isn't specified so if you plan to wear something for summer, it may be really thin. Something for autumn, it's a weird thin thin material. It won't be a warm autumn.
D) crop tops are children size. And I mean it. It says on the tag it's toddlers...

4) it's not FREE shipping. They charge you for duties and taxes. So if you live in an apartment- that's a charge if no one is there to sign for the package etc
The shipping company only try's to get to you til Friday of that week.
So let's say your package arrives on Thursday and you weren't there, Friday is the final delivery before they send it back to ROMWE... Oh and you pay for the shipping all the way back too.
I had to call ROMWE about my package, and I had to call the shipping company 6 different occasions about shipping, shipping to the wrong place and also specifics of shipping like (after 3 no one is home. Please send to basement suite of house. Different people live in the front)
Lastly the delivery people didn't read the instructions to where to go an didn't send it to the right place. The 3rd try they had had, was in the right place, there was a person to sign for the package but sadly they didn't look that the duties and taxes were paid for so my sister paid a second time for my package costing me $65 instead of $24,51. The delivery guy didn't look that there was already a transaction payment made.

This was a horrible experience
I bought 8 items and I'm selling 4 of them back to the community and donating them because they were utterly a huge disappointment to the photos. 3 of them I am keeping because it's sorta what I want. But I am only satisfied with one thing, a vest. The shirts, sweaters and dresses were all disappointments to size, and look.

I think that was the worst credit transaction made.

Hit or Miss - 90% of The Time it's a Miss and at Your Expense
I've ordered over 10 times off Romwe all over $150 and here's a very honest review. Great site for dresses, that's about it. Even ordering dresses i usually have to use pins somewhere on the dress because the fit is weird. Pants don't even try, its ridiculous how romwe.com size them. Shirts the sleeves aren't made for humans and are always see-through and the material used feels like paper.
I've written a review before to say as long as you use their measurements you will be fine, this is completely wrong now as i can order a medium in every single thing i buy and half of the items will be a fit for someone weighing over 200lbs and over 6 feet tall, other items will come and be small enough to fit on a kids doll, not a human.
The most recent order i posted reviews for the items that came and were completely not the size they claim, as you can see if you go through the reviews they post on the website, the only answer they give is "did you check the measurements, we craft the clothing to those sizes" so i posted the items with a measuring tape around them and BIG SURPRISE, they didn't approve the reviews.
So instead i attached the reviews here and I hope this is enough for you to order off another site. If you choose this site you'll be disappointed with the amount of time it takes to receive your order, the length of all the arms for any shirt or dress will be way too short, and the quality is see through 90% of the time, and the sizing will be wrong 100% of the time.
Now if you order a large enough order you get free express shipping (yay! - just kidding) they will separate your order into several orders to ship it and only send 1 order as express whether you pay to have them all express or not, only one is sent as express and the others you will wait over a month to receive.
Dealing with returns is a whole other boat load of issues, remember i haven't ordered just once off this site so I've gone through it enough times to tell you it doesn't get better and its a waste of your time and money.
ALSO bathing suits, don't even waste your time, last year i ordered them (to my size and measurements) but they came in and were made with over 3/4 of the measurements into the cup size on the top which made the whole bathing-suit just completely wrong - Should have fit me sitting at a B cup, instead the top had a top for size F, the cups wrapped all the way around to the back, the other one i received last year was the exact same measurements and i wasn't even able to get it on my body. I was told that the measurements are posted online and its my problem if it doesn't fit.
This site is the same as Shein, half the stuff you order comes with Shien labels. So don't use Shein either.
Also heads up, any good review, they actually email you saying they will give you free credits and things if you give them a good review on this site, so don't think the good reviews are legitimate, people are getting paid to post them.

Exceptional Service
Let me go straight to the point, I was never a fan of online shopping until I found ROMWE and now I am addicted to the website and cannot help but always buy something, what else could I have asked for? Very professional with their service and excellent customer service! A friend of mine introduce me to ROMWE, I was skeptical to shop from them because of some bad experience I have had overtime with some companies online, couple with some of the reviews on ROMWE, but after so much persuasion from my friend, I tried to give it a trial and the experience was unbelievable experience, so glad I make a try with them. Romwe.com are so great and real, ROMWE is an astounding online store to shop. Their delivery time was also excellently superb, just love everything about them. Very quick and their fashion styles were okay, Excellent site, great price and quality. I went there to order some dress for my niece and my children as their birthday gifts and found out that I couldn't even stay under my budget because they have so many cute things. The website is really easy to use so ordering was a breeze, and it was shipped and arrived within the time frame they listed on the shipping FAQ chart. The clothes are seriously great. The quality surprised me a lot. I am a fashion snob and I inspect stitching, fabrics, cut, etc. All of my items rank right up there with some other high end brands, the quality of the cloth I got there are of great quality, the store is filled up with so many great materials. Most of the dresses are nicely made, Romwe always have the best fashion in the clothing industry with comparison to other fashion labels. The Material of the clothes was pretty nice, the cloths are even cheaper than their competitor's own, and the material doesn't fade or shrink in the washer. The dress came exactly like the picture I saw on their site, which is a huge plus.
Honestly speaking, Romwe has become my favorite catalogs. It has a wonderful catalog selection with different things to suit everyone's fashion needs and desires.
To be on ROMWE always, is an unforgettable and awesome shipping experience of my Online shopping and getting them at the fastest speed at my door step.
Finally, ROMWE will be recommended to all my associates, I must say, with all fact and evidence before me that this site is one of the best I have ever ordered from in my entire life. I have being ordering from many sites before, but with ROMWE, I have never had such an easy and stress free experience in online dealing. What entices me the more was their Extra-ordinary customer support, which was available to answer all my questions, in regards to the item itself, and other item not related to what I purchased. Nobody's perfect, i guess?
My order came in today, which I was pretty surprised about, considering all the terrible reviews I've read. It took about a week and a half only! I bought two simple crop tees, and romwe.com came in decent shape... except for the sleeves and neckline. One tee has a crooked neckline. Both tees have one sleeve that's longer than the other. On one of them, there's a difference of about 1-2 cm and the other one is not that noticable. I just have to remember to roll up one sleeve more than the other I guess, lol. It's not that big of a deal, since the one that has a 1-2 cm difference is black, so it's not noticeable that I only rolled up one side. Still, that was a little disappointing.

But the shirts fit well on me! Perfect length, good quality and all-- I highly recommend checking the measurements chart, though.

I actually bought my shirts on impulse and didn't read any reviews until after I bought them! Honestly I don't regret my decision because if I hadn't bought it, it would have bothered me. Who knows, I might buy something from them again?

Overall, I think ROMWE is okay. If you're looking to purchase anything from ROMWE, what I can say is think about it. Do you really want that shirt, is it worth it, should I give my money to this site with a relatively bad rep? If you do, don't SPLURGE on your first purchase because if the package doesn't even come to you, that's a lot of money down the drain! Most people have bad experiences with this website, but that's not always the case. I think it also depends on what you're buying.

My purchase was quick, the shipping was done in 3-5 days, and I was able to track my order. Try the site if you want to. But almost every review I've read, there's always one thing wrong. Yeah, I'm pretty neutral so this might not be the best review.

From what I've read though, their customer service is down right $#*!TY. If you try to contact them, GOOD LUCK!

Romwe Ain't Loyal Buyers Remorse
Don't let the cheap prices fool you people, guess you get what little you pay for on this site. Prior to confirming my order, I was very happy with the selection of swimwear on this site. Given that the majority of items I was ordering were "priority dispatch" and were coming from China, 3 weeks seemed like a reasonable amount of time to ship and arrive. Live chatted prior to ordering and was assured my items would arrive within the given time frame. Don't believe the hype people "Priority Dispatch" is just a ploy romwe.com tack on next to items that give you the assumption that they'll be packed and shipped in an expedited fashion. Your order will likely go from paid to processing status after two whole weeks.

They don't send email updates, they'll only confirm payment through email, be prepared to stalk their website for updates to your order. After a week of no updates, I opened a ticket to inquire about what the hold up could be, they responded by saying I'd basically have to wait, my order was being "processed" (they're so unbelievably flat and NOT helpful). Fast forward to two weeks, I ask yet again, what the delay is and that I "may" have to update my ship to address or be forced to cancel my order. Cut to the next day, I received a follow up email and response from customer service stating that my order had been cancelled. WHAT, how $#*!ty! All that time spent waiting for my items I could've gone with another retailer. They never even confirmed with me prior to cancelling my order, they just went ahead and did it. Blame it on the language barrier, I don't know rude is rude.

Please note! Once you place your order live chat is no longer an option, when you need updated tracking information, you've got to "open a ticket"... At this point customer service takes 24hrs to respond to all requests, funny how prior to buying live chat is soooooo unbelievably responsive (less than a minute). Total scammmmm this site will ruin your vacation and trust in buying from these overseas Asian retailers.

I placed an order 04-11.3 bathing suits. I was aware that it was going to take 3-7 days for shipping. After a few days i went on the website to look for the status to show that it was still processing. I spoke to an online rep who said romwe.com would make the order a priorty shippment and it would be shipped out within a few days. I than got an email from costumer service saying that the items will be shipped in 4 days. A few days goes buy and still processing. I spoke to another rep who explained it was because 1 of the bathing suits is in high demand so its taking the warehouse longer than normal. So i said okay and than explained about the email that was sent to me and nothing. The next days i went on again to speak to an agent and they said that all the bathing suits have been processed and we are waiting on the warehouse to ship it. A few more days went buy and what do you know processing. I spoke to another agent and they explained That the their warehouse was moving so all shipments have been stopped and she is unaware of when the shipment would be shipped. So i wrote a ticket explaining everything and they said that they would ship it the items that were already processed and for the inconvenience there will be a $5 refund. I said i would rather my order be over nighted than have $5 dollars given back to me. I than got another email saying they will ship out the package with no further delay and than send the other bathing suit when it is ready at no extra charge. So i said okay but than received an automatic email that since the warehouse is having a software update they have stopped all shipment. So i went online today for another chat a what do you know... My shipment will be part of the delay after customer service specifically said that my package will not be part of it. Im sick of all the excuses and lies. I need these bathing suits for my bachelorette cruise. I dont want my money back just yet. They said it will be shipped with in 48 hours? If i want my money back it will take 7-15 working business days for the bank to actually process it. Im hopeing i can get an actually answer. Plus they have no contact number to speak to a manager and the manager was off since it was 2 am.

I didn't do my research prior to ordering. I ordered 5 items and received 2 of them. The 2 that I did receive I was actually happy with and surprised the "one size" fit ok. I waited a few days, assuming the additional items were on their way. After romwe.com didn't show up I tried to contact them about it. I first clicked on the link they sent in their order confirmation email that states "click here to learn how to contact customer service". It's an invalid link. I searched the whole site and there is a whole page about returns and how you would basically have a better chance of being struck by lightning than getting a return. However, there is NO contact information except for a return address. I finally found one under "about" but wasn't sure how accurate it was or if it even worked. In my opinion, any company hiding their contact information is a company that has no interest in being contacted or providing service to their customers. Thankfully I used paypal for my order and have contacted them through there, and I feel much better protected having done that. Please, if you have to order from them, use PayPal! I normally wouldn't jump the gun and write a review before I wait for a response, but my experience so far has not left me feeling very confident about a resolution. And as I said, the return process and lack of contact information makes me very skeptical. Also, I used a 60% off code and it did not take 60% off the order. I thought maybe it had to do with the sale prices but the math still didn't work out. It still seemed like a good deal I went ahead and ordered. But be aware that the coupon codes you are using may not actually reflect the discount you think they do. If this issue gets resolved quickly and satisfactory I will come back and post an update.

Neutral About Romwe // Long Review
ORDERED: 4 tops and 1 overall pants. Spent £37.67 in total.

SHIPPING: I had standard shipping and live in the UK (Items are coming from China). I ordered my items on the 29th of August and received it on the 7th of September. Totalling 8 days (excluding the weekends), which I was impressed with. Keep in mind that the products I ordered were all "Priority Dispatching".
Romwe.com are fairly informative on what stage the product is on. They sent my product through GLS, which was constantly up to date so I knew what was going on. The stages are: Parcel entering the data system. Parcel handed to the shipping company (took the most days). Parcel reaching my country. Parcel being placed into the delivery vehicle. Parcel reaching the Companies Location. Parcel reaching to me.

QUALITY: You get what you paid for, nothing mind blowing but it's not shabby. The only thing I dislike about the tops, but was expecting as I have watched a couple of reviews, was that the tops are see through. It's very obvious if you are wearing a bra. You can tell if the top is see-through online by looking at the coat hanger and seeing if you can see it through the top. I unfortunately found this out after I had ordered.
2 of the tops I have ordered have patches on it. When I flipped it too see the stitching, I was/ still am wary on it surviving a washing machine. Just got the products so I haven't washed them yet. All the tops are stretchy, even though the item said it had no stretch.
The overalls I bought are a decent quality. The only downside to it was the straps. They are a bit too long for me but I have already fixed it myself.

FITTING: I don't know if this information will help, but I am a mixed Asian and White. So maybe my body are a bit more ideal towards the products, being an Asian based company, since nearly everything fits perfectly. I bought the sizes: XL, L and one-size, I am typically a size 12 in the UK. Only the overalls are a bit tight on the lower legs but it's not world ending. I wanted the tops to be baggy on me, which they perfectly were. Make sure to look at the measurements before you buy. Sizes vary on each product.

60% DISCOUNT DECEIT: So this was my first order from Romwe, so I decided to use the 60% discount code, little did I know that it only worked on items that aren't on sale or has a larger discount. Nearly everything is on sale or just 55%... So yes, its pretty pointless and just a way into making people buy their products. I am glad I caught this before I bought my items since I only realised this when I was on the verge of paying. This wasn't mentioned AT ALL within the email that gave me the code, nor the little pop up that mentions such discount. You can only find out this information on the F. A. Q. Bit of a low blow.

I never had the need to talk to customer services, so I can't comment on that aspect. In total, I am content with what I received. I purposely played safe, making sure that only one item had a print on it, since it can easily be done in poor quality and fade off. The embroidery tops aren't hard to mess up on, so I bought that with that in mind. The only daring item I bought was the overall, but I had watched reviews beforehand and they seem to have a grasp on denim items.

Would I recommend Romwe? Yes on simple t-shirts/ items, but from what I have seen from video reviews, not on every item. Sometimes the quality can be worse than a tissue paper or amazing, like it was crafted by 10 monks. It's a hit or miss from what I saw. It's a good idea to play safe with these sites and stay simple.

Took advantage of Teenager!
My Granddaughter ordered 7 things from this site for Christmas (2 years ago), only 4 showed up and none of them were the correct items and were also not even the same color as what she ordered!
She says looks like cheap knock off, not as picture showed at all.
We were charged for all items.
Arrived in dirty bag, no paper, receipt, Nothing!

All makes since now, you don't put receipt in the bag so that the customer has no record of purchase, or the order number, and you get to remove all the negative reviews. Genius! LOL
I don't have order number because you sent us nothing! Items weren't even wrapped in tissue.
SOME Items did FINALLY arrive (2 did not), but 1 shirt was ripped, they were wrong sizes (EXTREMELY Small!) and they were Bootleg knock offs, also received the wrong colors, and items were not what was in the photos online at all!

Example: 1 item was to be a leather jacket
What arrived?
An Ugly, brown polyester coat that stops just under her breasts.
The ripped shirt was torn right across front so is useless and can't be sewn.

She did like 1 shirt but it was red and was to be black (red wasn't even an option in this style)

BTW. Teenager doesn't think to write anything down when ordering online...

You get what you pay for...
The only reason I'm even writing a review is BC romwe.com emailed me trying to bribe me with a coupon to write a positive review. Sorry I don't take bribes, but I'll happily wrote you an honest review.

I took a chance and ordered from Romwe a couple times. Most of their clothes are VERY low quality - but I guess I would not have expected much more - for the price. Quality expectations are relative... I shop at Neimans and Saks and also have found good items at a really low price at places like TJ Maxx and Forever 21... so took a chance here.

I thought that the service was ok. It's all via email and you need to open tickets for assistance. Return credit process is confusing. You open a ticket to initiate a return, and then you send it back and you get NO notification the return was received, or credit was issued. I had to proactively ask them about my return and credit, at which time, they issued a credit and confirmed receipt. Had I not contacted them, who knows if I ever would have been credited. Also, they close-out tickets that to me, were not really "resolved" (i. E. my return-related tickets). Finally, i agree 100% with others on here. Shipping was very slow. I even paid an extra $10+ for expedited shipping to get an item before a vacation, and even calculated fulfillment time, and it still did not arrive in time. I emailed a complaint, but there was no refund for the expedited shipping, which would have been a nice gesture. To be honest, it was a hassle for me shopping here, because I returned over half the things I purchased. Also, even if something looks cute online in the photo, just be careful because the fabric is really inexpensive... but like I said, if that does not bother you, you get what you pay for. :)

Don't let the cheap prices fool you
After reading majority of the reviews on this site, I went against my better judgement and decided to give romwe a chance mainly because the prices were too good to turn away from. I decided to only pick 1 item because it "SHIPS IN 24 HRS" which was great as many of the reviews mentioned how the product took so long to order. After waiting 24 hrs, I get an email saying my order is "packaged and ready to ship" but does not. A few days later, I get another email saying the item has finally shipped but this was already red flag number 1 (longer than 24 hrs). Although I know the item is coming from China, I did not expect it to come within the week.

After the week went by, I did not get any email about tracking numbers, etc. So I looked on my account and nothing was there!?! So I talked to customer service who gave me my number but the website was not telling me the items location cannot be found. RED FLAG NUMBER 2 (asking for tracking number WTF?). Waited and waited and as I waited, I grew more impatient because I had no idea where my item was, when it was going to be delivered.

After another two weeks of waiting and constantly checking the website (this is week 3) I talked to another customer service rep who told me to "ask my neighbors" if romwe.com might have taken my package...? Okay, not helpful at all and did not give any proper suggestions or even tell me where my package was. After communicating with this service rep for a few days, he/she gave me a 50% off coupon which honestly, I didn't even care about as all I wanted was my 1 item that I ordered. However, it was a nice gesture and I accepted. I waited and waited and waited and with my waiting, my excitement for the item grew less and less.

After 6 weeks of waiting, I finally got my product and IT DID NOT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURE AT ALL. What I was expecting was a dark tan vest but what I got was a light beige vest. I am utterly disappointed and will definitely not be spending my money here again.

Bottom line: don't let your curiosity get the best of you because I did and boy do I regret it.

Another nice and cheap online shop
Romwe is yet again another Asian based cheap online clothing outlet. As with all such stores, you have to have reasonable expectations as to the quality of the clothing, your responsibility as customer and shipping delays. A 5$ shirt will never compete with an 150$ from Calvin Klein, quite obviously, but that 5$ shirt can supply you with fun, of-the-moment trends without breaking your piggie bank. The quality varies greatly from item to item (some have a pleasantly good fabric, others not so much) and each piece is a bit of a gamble on that, but even your worst scenario is about a forever 21-cheap-type of cut and fabric. READ THE SIZING AND DESCRIPTION: I cannot stress this enough... not all "size small" are the same on the web site and small doesn't necessarily mean an american size small. Also, questions about lining, length and stretch level is noted in the description box, so use it! Take in account that as with any given online sizing, a various of 2-3 cm can occur on items. Many of the "one-size" are equivalent to a small and generally, the clothing runs a bit small: all sizes are usually available (large, medium, small), you can be surprised with a extra-large from time to time. Shipping is quite standard, having a 3-5 business day "preparation" pre-shipping, and then usual international shipping time (up to 10 business day in North America). While Romwe rejects responsibility for custom fees should romwe.com happen, they are open to compensation if you care to contact them about it: my guess is that they will offer reduction coupons for your next purchase. Free shipping is given for standard shipping on purchases above 50 USD and free express shipping for purchases 100-120 USD and more. Express shipping usually creates customs fees (at least in Canada) as the customs retains and verifies the package for some reason, I would suggest you still select standard shipping regardless of your options.
Now for the good part: their t-shirt/sweatshirt/bathing suits selection is fantastic, very original and unique. Their shirts and sweater is worthy of any large brand such as H&M, zara, american eagle, and you can even spot sometimes the exact same items for a 1/3 of the price (I once purchase on romwe a white shirt with leopard pocket detail and it came in WITH the zara tag on it). Trickier clothing such as pants, skirts and dresses are also good but more of a gamble as sometime the crotch stitching is not the best and the stretch of the fabric isn't either: be careful with the hip width, as the waist/hip/thigh width ratio is surprisingly narrow (waist and hips are almost the same size which rarely is the case on female bodies...). The bags/purses are great and quality is quite good in that department.
Overall, great source of fun, trendy items that you don't expect to last long so you don't want to pay a fortune for it. I have purchased about 30 items so far in different hauls and 3 pieces turned out to be bad, a horrid pair of jeans with stitching all over the place (I recycled them in distressed high-waisted shorts), an off the shoulder dress that was shapeless and a way too large bikini. Read carefully descriptions that are given and do not rely on the commentaries left by other buyers (especially on the Romwe App) as everyone complains sizing is too small... JUST READ PEOPLE! Their customer service in my experience has been very helpful and quick in their response, however they are not native English speakers so be precise and clear in your requests. As with many online stores, make your first purchase one with fool-proof pieces to test out the brand, such as t-shirts, accessories, loose fitting shirts and so on. Tops are usually easier to get away with and don't require a perfect fit. And remember, if it's too good to be true, it's because it is: that perfect pleated structured midi skirt for 8$ will look like a paper thin, dollar-store "Chinese" lantern accordeon. Also, if unsure of your items, leave them in your cart for a few days: romwe will send you a 60% off coupon in the following 4 days to incite you to make your purchase (bonus trick). You can also look up youtubers on "romwe hauls" to get an idea of IRL items to decide whether or not this is something for you!

NOTHING BUT A NIGHTMARE
I was trying to place an order earlier today but my card was apparently getting declined. The status of my order is waiting for payment. But to my surprise, I checked my bank account and you actually charged me three times! Please reverse these charges immediately! I already opened a ticket. I'll be waiting for a response within 24 hrs as promised.

UPDATE:
I opened a ticket linked to the order number explaining the situation in detail but their customer service rep keeps on insisting that romwe.com cannot find my order number? How can it be when you can clearly see my order number in the ticket? Also they keep insisting that they cannot find any record of payment coming from me. Because I'm getting desperate, I started chatting with a representative via their live chat. At first she cannot understand the situation and kept telling me to just use a different card. I told her I don't want to purchase anymore, I just want my money back! My original order was worth $51.33. My card got declined for some reason so I just stopped ordering. When I checked my bank account later that night, I was mortified to see that they charged me three times, all were made at exactly 15:58. My bank said the charges were made within seconds apart! How were they able to do that when I only tried to place an order once?! So the girl I was chatting with somewhat got the situation after sending her screenshots of my online banking and the order itself. I just gave her my whole card number, date and time of the charges so that it would be easier to look up. I worked for the Fraud and Payments Department of a major Fashion Website in Manila so I have an idea of how it works. She said she will have her colleague check it and they will e-mail me within the day. Based on what I have already experienced, I'm losing hope that I can resolve this without involving the bank so I am now disputing these 3 charges with visa all amounting to $153.99. What a nightmare! I do not recommend this website, they will just cause a whole lot of inconvenience to you.

Wow, I failed to pay but I have clear evidence that you charged me not once but three times? And you have the audacity to accuse me of lying? And yes, I DON'T TRUST your company. I have been patient and understanding that there is a language barrier and your English is limited that is why you may come off as rude, but this is just gross! There is no point arguing with your incompetent customer service rep. To anybody who might be lured to this website because of the cheap prices, you won't even get what you paid for, you get nothing but inconvenience.

HORRIBLE everything
Let me start from the very beginning here...

I placed my order on 02-21-2015, I received free "express" shipping... romwe.com state it takes 3-5 to ship out an item and 5-15 to receive your package. I just TODAY, 03-20-2015 received MOST of my order, I am still waiting on a pair of shorts that have not even shipped a MONTH later! When contacting customer service they said it was because of Chinese New Year, which i would have been totally okay if they could have let their customers know there would be delay from a holiday (which you think they would since they ship all around the world and not everywhere even knows there is a Chinese New Year.) BUT when responding to me a second time they stated it was because of a COMPLETELY separate delay... still no time estimate of when any of it would ship out...

Anyways, on to the next topic... sizes! Everything fit, but I ordered it larger than my size on purpose because I planned to wear all of the shirts with leggings so therefore I wanted the shirts to fully cover my butt, I personally checked the measurements the website provided and they are ALL incorrect on all the shirts I received... none of them are the length stated, another lie on their website!

Last but definitely not least, the customer service is, for lack of a more satisfying AND fitting word, SH*T. They offered no help in all of this, besides trying to make it better by giving me a 55% coupon off of my next purchase (... YEAH RIGHT! I will never order from them again) but also I know all about trying to make a customer FEEL like they are getting a good deal and that you are "sorry" so their 55% coupon doesn't mean anything... you get about $5.00 total off of your next purchase...

I can't even wait to see how much trouble they TRY to give me about returning my stuff and giving me my refund... I will make sure everyone I know NEVER orders from here.
