Initial purchase was stuck on "loading" when clicking...
Initial purchase was stuck on "loading" when clicking on "purchase" while attempting to use my credit card. Web page did load through to "purchase complete" or whatever, nor did I receive a confirmation email. I attempted this two times before I switched to using PayPal as payment method.

Great product
I don't like that there is no automatic response section. I am not sure I did things correctly. I also did not like the section that said 4 payments- then I could not figure out how to do that, instead, I ended up signing up for a credit card that I did not want and cannot reverse.

Small and Slow
I ordered a bracelet with heart-shaped charms engraved with the names of my grandchildren. The bracelet was surprisingly lightweight, even flimsy. The charms were so small that it is difficult to read the engraved names with the naked eye. The shipping from China took a long, long time, and I missed out on giving this gift to my wife for Christmas.

Production and Customer Service Support is A++
The Production staff and the Customer Service Support works so well together. The results that I had was far and beyond my usual jewelers' experiences.
A++ is my overall rating!

Nice
This necklace is soooo much better than the pictures lead on! I purchased this as a gift for my mother in law and I cannot wait to give it to her! Customer service is amazing too! I messed up on one of the initials for the necklace and RoseFeels fixed it for free. I will definitely purchase from Mignonignon again. Thank you!

Embarrassing
Ngl this is embarrassing from them. Nearly 1 month since I ordered my product and it still hasn't arrived. Been sent emails saying all this rubbish bout COVID and $#*!! Sort your website out feels like this website is run by absolute Mongs, then when I try contact them wiv the "contact us" it keeps saying "failed" if I ever get my order, which I probably won't then I'll be happy but still never buying off her again. DONT BUY FROM THIS $#*! WEBSITE

Necklace
It took over 3 weeks to ship when it states it'll take 4-8 days. When I received it the box was super damaged. I do like the necklace.

I don’t like that there’s not a number you can call you can only email and it took 2 days before I got an email from costumer service about my order

Second necklace from rosefeels
This is my second necklace from rosefeels. Although, the customer service is absolutely phenomenal, and the first necklace I loved, this necklace was disappointing. The chain is ugly, the charm is way smaller and less detailed than the first necklace I purchased. (I purchased the same necklace just changed the names to add my new baby.)

Arrived quickly and in great shape. Packaging was great
Communication is A+++! The product is A+++! The customer service is A+++! Order! Order! From her she's so awesome we were all so shocked how it looked. It made feel as if I was reliving that moment. Will order many more times. Thank you! For your talent I'm so grateful.

Good
I didn't receive a tracking email until I asked for one when it hadn't received any update in 2 weeks, but I was sent one immediately after the request and my package got to me the next day with no issues outside of that. Good overall work and experience but needs work to become great.

Very nice
Very nice. Was very well pleased that I didn't have to go in and type in special characters or type in special notes. It was all there for you. Only thing was, I wanted to see a preview for what I ordered. Idk if that was an option, I could of accidentally missed that option before my order, but that's the only thing I can say was a slight inconvenience. But hopefully my delivery is just as great as my experience :) thank you rosefeels.com

3am Response and Refuses to Cancel
I ordered something for my husband for our anniversary. Well he caught wind of basically immediately (he saw me check my email with the confirmation) and told me to cancel it because he already had plans and he didn't want us to spend the extra money (pretty sure he just would never wear the leather bracelet). Anyway, I emailed them within minutes of ordering to cancel and RoseFeels respond only once at 3:30 in the morning for the last three nights arguing with me. Each email is the same "due to the increase in orders…" which doesn't make any sense. If there's an increase in orders. Then you should have plenty of time to cancel it.

Absolutely love my necklace!
Arrived quickly. Came in a cute little box... & was exactly like the photo. (I ordered in silver with the middle chain length for an older woman.) Names were done perfectly! I'm excited to give this to my mom as a gift, with kids names on it! Thanks again! You did a great job on it :)

Necklace review
The website was suspicious + the customer support was terrible. My order came 2 weeks late and when I reached out to get help and showed them my emails + receipts RoseFeels said "you never ordered anything from us." Terrible company honestly, but the actual product is great.

Terrible. Got no help and was told that I never ordered anything.

Quality
I spent extra money to receive this item before Christmas and it came well after Christmas. When I emailed to ask for the extra money I paid for the expedited shipping, I never received a response. The quality of the item itself was not was I expected. The images look much nicer than the actual item. The gold plates with the kids names on it were slightly scuffed giving the item a even lesser quality look. I am disappointed.

I di not receive a response back on the extra money spent towards expedited shipping.

Adequate I Guess
I paid for expedited shipping, received my order over a week and a half late.

Also was not expecting the sign to be so little. Not impressed, wont be purchasing from your website again.

I told them i still did not receive my package after it was over a week and a half late & i paid for expedited shipping .

i just got a simple apology and it was shipping out in the next day or so. I should of been given credit for a future order or even a discount on a future order. RoseFeels didn't even try .

I wasn't able to go back and add gift packaging
I wasn't able to go back and add gift packaging. I had added my item to my cart then changed my mind about the packaging but couldn't add it. Wish I would have been able too. Should be another option at checkout. It was only offered to me when I had already created my order. I would have had to start order over.

Very satisfied
My son ordered a necklace for his girlfriend. It came in a nice box and was just like it looked on the website. We were very satisfied with our order.

I ordered the wrong necklace at first and emailed Rosefeels with information about my mistake. RoseFeels emailed me back within a day and refunded my money.

Pleasantly Surprised
I ordered a necklace for my daughter for Christmas. I wasn't sure how it would look and hoped for the best. She lost her best friend some years ago and still struggles so I wanted to give her something that she could keep with her at all times. The necklace has an angel wing, a heart with her best friend's name on it and her BF's birthstone. She loved it and cherishes it. I am very happy with the quality and the look of it.

Exactly what I wanted and a responsive team!
You all were great! Took slightly longer than I expected, but I didn't pay for VIP service. And I had to edit my order after I placed it because I forgot something, and RoseFeels helped me no problem. Very happy with the finished product, it's exactly what I wanted! Thank you!
