I My wife will try this item out for 30 thru 90 days! We are now going on our 50th anniversary! I purchased her some flowers as I have been during most of our married life! It was delivered about two weeks after I ordered and I started using it right away.
Compared to my experience of laser treatment at the clinic, I could feel that it was much less powerful than the clinic as it was for home users. But hopefully, I can see good results in a few weeks!

PayPal was immediately available and the multiple messages to receive notifications for upcoming purchase opportunity was obnoxious. However, if the unit works as advertised and as highly evaluated on multiple critiquing platforms, I can handle the capitalistic obnoxiousness.

I couldn't find my 25% off deal that was initially offered after my first purchase & I didn't have time to contact you to recieve it because it only gave me 20 minutes & you were not open at the time I bought it. But it wasn't mentioned in the purchase of the IPL unit that it was needed which is a bit misleading

I've only used the product once so I'm still waiting to see the results. Shopping wise, it took longer to be shipped here in US but considering the pandemic, I guess it's reasonable for it to be delayed.

RoseSkinCo replied promptly and they followed up on my concern so I’m happy.

The shopping process was good and I wasn't sure if it was legit because I brought It from Snapchat so I wasn't sure what to expect and the shipping program you go though I still haven't received stuff and it's been a whole year so those weren't legit so I lost my money from them and didn't get my money back which I was mad about but this one it arrived so I'm glad about that but me stressing weather I just lost so much money or with it being legit

Quick and easy! I ordered the 4D shaver for my legs as I have tattoos so can't use the awesome rose laser hair removal handset which I have been treating my face and armpits with. ILP laser treatments take no time at all to do and after 4 sessions a week apart slowly increasing the strength I have notice that barely any armpit hair has grown back and my face is significantly less! So happy with my purchase Can't wait to try the 4D shaver

It took a while, the tracking number was incorrect when I tried to track it in the delivery webpage... So I had no idea on the status... I actually wrote an email to see what happened with my order and suddenly it arrived to my house that same day.

My product arrived the same day as my email sent, asking for support. So no need for support anymore.

Check out was easy, website very straight forward, and was able to find a promo code THAT ACTUALLY WORKED. I have not been this happy about a purchase for some time. Fingers crossed it works and I don't have to send it back do to my hair being such a light shade of brown.

At first after going through the checkout process it wouldn't work asking me on three occasions to put valid phone number. I did this 3 times!
And then finally! I get past that and it says can't ship to my location!
Anyway... 7th time lucky after the valid phone number thing happened 2 more times... the order went through!
Let's hope there are no further issues with receiving this product and that it does what it says it will do! If not I've totally wasted 45 minutes and $154 ordering it!

My item was ready for delivery last thursday May 6,2021. The delivery man asked for the location and i sent it to him. But he never arrive or contact me. When I called him, he told me he is already far from my location. And he will deliver on saturday. Yesterday, i called him he said he is on rest day and don't know who will deliver it. I keep on calling them to update and RoseSkinCo kept on delaying the delivery. Today I called again because they might forget again to deliver it.

Overall the shipping has obnoxiously long. When I tried to contact customer service I would get the same response over and over. All that was communicated is that there were delays. Meanwhile the item I ordered sat in a carrier's warehouse for over a week (approximately 25 miles from my home)! Just disgraceful.

The item worked just fine the first time. I put it away till my next session one week later as recommended. However, it did not turn back on. I followed the steps carefully and tried different outlets in case it was an issue on my end but still not working. I contacted customer service and RoseSkinCo sent me a link to upload a video. I did that and have been waiting. I contacted three other times and still no response. I keep getting bot responses like they don't read my emails. I understand they're trying to mass produce and mass sell but at some point, someone or bot must get to my concerns. I am starting to think that this company might be a scam or selling products without proper quality control nor accessible customer service.

Delivery was fast even though I'm In Brazil. RoseSkinCo were very nice throughout the delivery process also and and attentive! Also everything was super informative and easy to track too. I'm shopping internationally so it makes me insecure overall but definitely would buy with them again! Product received and it's beautiful! Really happy to try it :)

First found product on an American site. The link led me to an American source that did not like my address at all. Went back to Google with the name of the product and found your Canadian site, which worked well, and in Canadian dollars. Happy with the purchase, now to see if I'm as happy with the product!

Your site is whacky. I had to go through PayPal three times. If you click on that it should be once and you shouldn't have to enter your address and email yet again. I better not be charged multiple times. Also it is not intuitive where to put the discount code. I had to click around. It should be available without a click to a submenu.

The shipping issues were a real problem as well as the lack of information and ability to track the package. Apparently mine sat in NY for three weeks... I have no idea what was going on and did not get any new information from customer support. Apart from that it was a pleasant experience.

RoseSkinCo didn't help me. :( I sent a scathing email back to them and then another one to apologize for my scathing email because no one should ever loose their cool and yell at people who are not responsible for the poor quality of service the company provides. I never heard back, which is fine. Thankfully after 4 weeks my order did finally show up in time for Christmas. I still have no idea where it was the whole time and neither does the USPS who tried to help me find the package. Regardless, in the end I got it and that's all that matters....though I think I lost a few years of my life due to the stress of it all. :)

Overall pretty good but a little bit confusing. Kept redirecting me. I bought the bundle and I believe I'm getting the glove for free. I'm looking for a phone number to be able to reach out to this company where exactly are RoseSkinCo located?. It says they are valid that's why I use my American Express just to make sure there's no funny business. Thank you new customer

I have recently purchased the laser hair removal handheld set. First of all, it came within a couple weeks which was pretty fast, considering the current pandemic. Only used it once quickly before work today, so have not seen results yet- but it's definitely super easy to use right off the bat and the device is very reasonably priced. I used to spend 150 a pop to do my whole face at a laser hair removal clinic. Hopefully I now start seeing results!

I'm not looking to be negative, my opinion really doesnt mean anything "wrong", I was excited for this purchase until I noticed it WILL be shipped from China. I would of canceled my purchase but it was already in transition, it felt like it would be a huge inconvenience for anyone to correct my issue. I am interested in the product but I would of rather known that it's coming from China. Maybe later through time my opinion could end up more positive but we shall see!
