Wonderful Buying Experience
Love this website. Rosewe are having tons of super stylish dresses, awesome swimsuits, very standing out Jewellery, fashion tops... Enough to surf a whole day and to still discover something new that I definitely wanna have;)but before you purchase, you need to know your own measures and check the size charts in the description of each item, almost all clothing is produced for the Asian market and the sizes you have to order here most probably differ from what you're usually grabbing at your local store.

Five Items In; No Complaints
I have ordered five items from Rosewe. Rosewe are: grey off the shoulder top, grey off the shoulder maxi dress, V-neck color block maxi, black and white sheath dress and black off the shoulder knit dress. I avoid ordering items in polyester, so Iike and have worn all of these items thus far. They are all really comfortable and cute. The only down sides are that the material of the color block maxi is a bit thinner than I expected; I still love the dress. The delivery time is several weeks. Other than that, I plan to order from Rosewe again.

That's such a brilliant dress
Once upon a time, a little girl received a sparkly, sequined costume that had the power to change the world of dress-up and imaginative play.

More than twenty years ago, a well-meaning friends mom gave my then three-year-old me this gift, and it wouldn't come off. I wore it everywhere. I loved the sparkle and the feel of the silky fabric. It even went over turtlenecks and snow pants when it was cold. Even as the costume type fabric became frayed and worn, My mom couldn't peel it off me.

The idea of replacing it got me thinking always … and as I grew up I realised that to be a fairy always doesn't have to glitter only it can be flowery or flowy or serene colours or statement hands!

Great buying experience
My buying experience was great. I was scared at first because after I spent 105 dollars via pay pal from my checking account, I looked up reviews and I could not find one positive review. Everyone was calling them scammers. Saying that Rosewe didn't get their clothes for months and it didn't fit right etc... Well I purchased 4 outfits on Jan10th 2017. I received my items on Jan 26th 2017. They fit perfect. I'm 5 feet 9 inches 225lbs. I ordered Xlarge. The material is as expected its not gucci but its worth the money I will be buying from them again.

Review of experience with Rosewe customer services
Excellent customer service, Dec 2021 was my first time buying from Rosewe and I was at first sceptical, but I love the design, patterns and texture of their dresses. Also love the free gifts and free delivery (if u buy up to certain amount ( that comes with the purchase. Out of the 10 dresses I bought I had an issue with the size of one and thought Rosewe had sent me the wrong size. I sent an email and also generated a query ticket about the issue. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly they responded and with detailed explanation. They were very professional and patient in responding despite the fact that there were several back and forth emails between us.

Customer service
After I posted my original review (below) with a one star rating, Rosewe did refund my expedited shipping charge. I appreciate the effort by customer service to make it right. Just be aware that if you have an issue with the company, and they won't fix it, it pays to complain on ReviewFeeder.

I ordered a dress for my sister. I paid extra for expedited shipping. It didn't arrive at her home until about 2 weeks after it should have. They won't refund my expedited shipping charge.

Got what I ordered Fantastic
Started off Rocky as we got crosswires but I have to say very professional. My emails were answered very promptly. What I ordered I was very pleased with. The quality was good for the price. Kept Rosewe word as my goods arrived on time even though I placed my order 28th December 2017. Received my order 12th January 2018. I think that's Very Good (Christmas Rush). As stated the order was delayed by errors at the beginning but once we got on the same page the order was smooth sailing.

Im always going to go there.
I couldn't be happier. I bought a dress as a gift for a lady friend of mine. It was even better than I expected. It arrived on time and was nicely packaged. Beyond all that, it was such a good deal. To buy the same thing at other sites would have cost at least two times more. I was even more surprised when my friend put the dress on. She looked simply amazing in it! When it comes to buying gifts for my friends, Im always going to go there. Their great prices and good service cant be beat!

Excellant customer Service
I ordered bathing suits for my upcoming Hawaii vacation. I was so excited Rosewe were coming weeks before I expected. The day they were to be delivered I recieved nothing but a confirmation they had been delivered. I was devestated. I wrote a note to your company explaining. They promptly answered me. I did what was asked of me contacted the USPS. They started a ticket. When I wrote your company again they offered to resend my order. I was shocked. I dont know if this person is male or female but the are kind, considerate, proffesional they never were rude always responding quickly. This has sealed a deal with me to be a loyal customer and yes i will tell people what excellant service i received! Thank you all

My order got lost I had to contact
The company over and over Rosewe were so helpful trying to help me figure out where my package was finally I was told that my package by the postal service that my package was lost and they did not know where it was I contacted the company again and they re ship me my items this company is a great company I love their clothes and I love the way they treated me and took time out for me I am so thankful for them and their patient that they had with me I will definitely be recommending my family and friends and anyone else I know to this company

I am very satisfied with my purchase from rosewe.com. Everything is very well made, especially for the prices I paid. The items I ordered are very stylish, and fit well. The sizing does run a bit small, but not outrageously small (as another reviewer believes). I have also had great communication from them regarding a back-order. The back-order has since arrived, and I am happy with that purchase too. It does take a little while to receive the items here in the U.S. But Rosewe are traveling all the way from China. Please be patient, and your beautiful items will arrive.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
I put in an order for two blouses back in MARCH... No delivery, EVER, and it is now JULY. Rosewe gave me half the cost in refund after I bugged them several times about lack of delivery. They kept telling me the shipment was pending delivery, but it was apparently hung up in a customs broker that could not track the package and referred me back to the vendor! Totally circular and no help at all! After another two months, they eventually refunded the balance of the cost. Apparently a Chinese company, will NEVER order from then again.

Canceled Order
I made purchases but not until my order was completed did I see that it was not going to arrive in time for the event I would be attending. I immediately cancelled my order. It did take a couple of e-mail requests and correspondence's but I was able to get my refund back completely and within just a few day. This company always responded quickly and did everything possible to make me happy! I will order from them for my next event. Thank you for your devotion to make my experience a good one!

Don't buy from these people
Don't buy from these people. Rosewe have terrible customer service experience. I ordered clothes November last year (2020) for an event and I paid for a 2 week delivery. When it initially delayed I was reasonable and tried to be patient. Now it's January 2021, tracking doesn't give you helpful information and when you contact them all you get is a dismissive generalized message saying we'll arrange with the shipping company to deliver the package. Such a frustrating situation and they don't seem to care at all. All they want is your money. I've repeatedly asked contact information for the shipping company so I can contact them and go to pick my package myself they refused to do so. I'm wondering I was scammed because where on earth would you request for the shipping company details and not receive them? I'm beyond disappointed. I'll be happy to post all my interactions with them here!

Returning an item purchased is PAINFUL!
I would NEVER order from this Chinese company again. Yesterday I returned an item for refund. It took so much time that it was painful. There was no return slip in the package received. ***Rosewe makes returning things very difficult.*** There are many steps. And their system does not work well. For example, system asked me if I wanted to "Exchange" or "Refund". I selected "Refund." After I had gone through the 10 steps to return the item, including sending them the USPS tracking number (required), I received an e-mail reply asking if I wanted "Exchange" or "Refund." CLEARLY, Rosewe do not want customers returning things! I do NOT think their "3 stars" are from real customers. I think they hired people to "rate them", as many companies do.

I am somewhat disappoint!
I have had many good experiences with you ROSEWE, however, my most recent purchase have not been a good experience. First you responded by saying saying " the items are NO LONGER AVAILABLE OR the items have EXPIRED." You have $600+ of mines and I have NO CLOTHES, YET!. Whatever the problem is, I need for you to resolve this matte AND SEND me the clothes that I have paid for. PLEASE?, let me know when I can expect the clothes that I have paid for. Impressed with quality product and customer service
I was apprehensive about buying anything shipped direct from China but I am pleasantly surprised. The shipping was super quick - order placed on 5/11/16 and received on 14/11/16. The item is well made and good quality (even lined which I wasn't expecting), and the sizing was accurate.
Unbeknown to me, TNT 'recycle' their shipping numbers so initially it looked like my parcel had been received at an address in Poland. When I queried this with yourselves, you replied by return and explained I needed to select my address from the drop down menu - great customer service.

Frequent shopper
I am a two year shopper with over a hundred orders I love All of the products and they're unique this is why I continue to shop with this company because of it but the customer service isn't that good, some what rude seems like Rosewe only want service compliments rather than the products as some are deleted or altered. As a consumer I want to hear about the products and be treated fair with respect when there is a concern or problem, also the most current reviews should not be buried months back. Another thing the same model should not be shown with perfect fit items as if they are custom fit, they will sell more by being realistic for shown sizes thanks for this opportunity to express my thoughts
