Initial rug ordered had a disruption of the weave when we opened it. Contacted RDR immediately - heard back from them a week later. Got a return label for the defective rug and sent it back. Got a message that they would send a new rug but almost two weeks later, I haven’t gotten any indication that they are sending the new replacement one. I’d call this company Rugs Done Wrong.
Although it took a few weeks for the rug to arrive, every time I contacted your company about the order my email was answered very quickly and the person answering had thoroughly investigated where the rug was at the moment and let me know the status fo the order. I appreciated their help. The rug arrived yesterday and it is beautiful.
Associates were extremely helpful with my order! I made a mistake and they were quick to assist and help me get it corrected. Much appreciated!
The delivery took longer only because we live in the NC mountains and deliveries take longer!
I really love the bright colors of my new rug. The rug looks beautiful in my kitchen. The only problem I have with RugsDoneRight is I specifically asked the person I spoke to online if this rug was washable and she told me that it was. When I received the rug I found out it is , in fact, not washable. I am very disappointed I was lied to but I am keeping the rug because it is beautiful.
A very nicely done website; easy to narrow your search to find rugs that are contenders! I have also been chatting with a customer support person about a rug not on the website.
She has been very helpful! I value that she is touching base with me so I can get all the information to pick the "perfect rug"
Very pleased with service. Got 2 samples ( smallest size available but still 3 feet round) back in November to compare colors, and company took both back at their cost to return when I ordered the larger one I needed, knowing I needed to wait til Feb. to get the product. Good customer service, when I called I got a knowledgable person.
I rarely take the time to comment on my purchases (2many) but this rug deserves my time. It is simply amazing. I’m so happy with it that I bought a second one for the desk area. I looked at about 50 rugs ( in person ) and this rug won me over. I bought all my bedroom from RH and those rugs cost 3k … this one is a fraction of the cost and it’s beautiful and amazing. I doubt anyone will be unhappy. Read the description and measure your area.
I loved customer service, helped me select an alternate rug due supply chain delivery time. Problem, they sent the wrong color rug. Working to resolve at this writing. Ms want to focus on Logistics QA! Beautiful rug, but BROWN, not red!
Liz in customer service is a star. She went the extra mile to ensure that I had the information I needed regarding my purchase. I was so impressed with her responsiveness and attention to service. Because of Liz, I will definitely purchase rugs from Rugs Done Right in the future. What a great experience!
My runner arrived today and I love it! The colors were exactly as shown online. I also want to complement your customer service department who helped me when I inadvertently chose the wrong size and hit order. I contacted them and they immediately took care of the issue. I got the right rug, at the right price with great quality.
Buying this rug was a very pleasant experience. Staff were extremely helpful and the selection is broad and well organized. It arrived promptly and in good shape.
I would just suggest that you warn about and give instructions for dealing with off-gassing. The smell is bad and probably not healthy.
This rug was not what we were expecting, particularly for the price. We are persian rug owners (and TJ Maxx rug owners). We love a good rug. But for this rug, even though in the pictures it looks beautiful, (and when placed together with the price), we assumed it was a much nicer higher quality rug than it ended up being. We returned it and it cost us $300 in shipping. Quite an expensive mistake. Unfortunate.

Iwas very pleased that Rugs Done Right would match a lower price I found on another site. But I was disappointed when I learned that the rug I purchased could not be returned, as it was on clearance. I didn't read the return policy at the time of purchase (my error), but since I actually spoke to a customer rep via telephone about the price match, I think it would have been helpful for that cs rep to advise me of the "No Return" policy on that particular rug. I'm unlikely to purchase from Rugs Done Right in the future.
Initially when I was deciding on ordering from Rugs Done Right vs. another company I had a live chat on their website and was told that the rug would have been shipped out within 5 days. I placed my order on 2/9. It’s now 3/2 and my rug has not arrived. I reached out to Rugs Done Right to inquire about the status and a really nice customer service rep responded to me quickly letting me know it should have been sent out the end of last week or Monday the latest. I have received no word that it has been shipped. If I knew it would have taken 4+ weeks to receive this rug I would have chosen another company. I am aware that there are delays across the board but given the choice I would have chosen the company that would have shipped it within the 5 days. I understand that the world is volatile and at the end of the day this is just a rug but I also feel that at this expense the updates and expectations should have been more transparent. I appreciate the gal that responded to me with the status but disappointed that I had to reach out vs. being informed.
I love my rug and it is EVERYTHING that I hoped it would be. The colors are very neutral and seem to go with everything in my home. I did have to wait an insane amount of time to receive my rug........over 10 months from the time I ordered until the time I received it. I can't imagine that most folks would be willing to wait that long, but for me it eventually worked out. Part of that was due to the pandemic, but also I "think" that there might have been some shipping errors. I did get the rug, so that is the bottom line.
staff and sales team is great, however the Fed Ex delivery is unacceptable. This rug was ordered on Feb 18 and promised in 2 to 3 days. Given Covid and shipping delays, I expected it to be a few days later but the FED EX tracking is useless. I made arrangements last week for someone to receive, then dates were changed to Saturday, then Sunday at which we waited all day. - tracking shows it is here in Atlanta yet still have not received as today the 28th. I needed this for a staging. You need to change your delivery company.
FIVE Stars for customer Service. I always received prompt, courteous
responses. My rug is enroute and I can't wait to receive it. I've compared the same rug to other sites and the costs comparisons and savings from RugsDoneRight are almost 50% savings. I am so excited to receive my new rug.

All the rugs I have ordered have been of excellent quality. The company employees are wonderful with communicating with any shipping issues, as there has been with Covid and more than willing to help you get your product to your satisfaction. Prices are also some of the best in the market.
This review is on the quality of the rug (Surya Closeout Monte Carlo MNC-2328 Sky Blue Rug). I’ve had it for two weeks and the edge is already frayed. I would not recommend this rug.
The customer service was great. FedEx said it had been delivered but I didn’t receive it. The representative tracked down the issue and got it resolved.
