Sabo Skirt

Missing order after 2 months. Soooo frustrated. This was my first time shopping with saboskirt, and I was so excited. But it took 2 months to get my package, and then the tracking said it was delivered. And I never saw it. Maybe it was a scam, but I've read great things. I don't think I'll be shopping here again. I've reached out, and nothing was fixed. I'm so upset.

Takes way too long to recieve items and i returned an item and still haven't recieved a refund two months later. I know delays are expected with covid, but if this much of a delay is normal, it would be nice to clarify that before I placed any orders. In the future, i probably won't order from you guys again because its just too much of a hassle.

Easy to see layout, efficient fast loading back and forth viewing items. Page scrolling at the bottom of each page showing which page you are on could be highlighted darker instead of lighter as it's hard to see. Love that so many items are cotton linen or soft natural feeling and looking fibres and not too much polyesters, although personally think you shouldn't bother with polyesters as ii really believe you looses sales or at lease do the dress in both and investigate which sells better, I think most people will be happy to pay more for natural fibers over plastics.

Came online to order a piece that was expected to sell out and put it in my cart then decided to shop for some things to go with it however after compiling a cart that was almost 350$ the original item I wanted was "no longer available" and had sold out. Once an item is placed in a cart it should be reserved for a short period of time especially when considering that person may be shopping to spend more. Really disappointed I couldn't get the original item because of this.

I'm trying to give everything 5 stars but ReviewFeeder has a glitch where it'll only let me select up to FOUR stars, so the stars don't accurately describe my Sabo Skirt experience. I give 5 stars for shopping experience and 5 stars for overall experience. Shopping was good, was easily able to navigate, and nothing was misleading. Shipping was fast. It shipped right away and got to me in America in about 2 weeks. Would definitely shop at Sabo Skirt again.

After completing my purchase of $250 of stock, a few days later I was notified that one of the items were out of stock in my size. Because it was a matching set I asked to exchange to another matching set, there was a $30 difference and which I was asked to pay. If this was my business I would not have asked the customer to pay the difference, or a least offered a discount code for next time for the inconvenience.

EXCELLENT! Love the clothes! Great service! Even when I needed to return one thing the process was sooo easy especially with the digital return code, the communication was great, Sabo Skirt let me know where my package was, when they received it, and the process stages of my refund, definitely will be shopping again soon!

Would recommend having a bit more variety in clothing styles

Really cheap products, sizing is inconsistent through their whole brand. I tried to leave an honest review on the Taffy shorts I got recently yet for some strange reason it is not being posted and I have attempted it a few times, i gave it 3 stars. Surprisingly the only reviews on their sight are 4 or 5 stars, funny much

I had ordered two dresses from the site and paid extra to have expedited 2-5 day shipping. First Sabo Skirt make it unclear that this is 2-5 BUSINESS days AFTER the items have shipped, but not only that my items came late anyway. I emailed customer service to tell them it was late and asked for a refund for the shipping charges and Lily said it's not their policy and "out of the company's control." I got store credit, but I would never purchase here again given how much of a fight I had to put up for a situation the company should have addressed the issue.

The dresses themselves I returned- cheap quality and not at all as advertised.

I really liked the experience however I was going to purchase items and by the time I got to my bag some items were sold out so I deleted items super sad about that. I love that in your insta you have a model that is not super skinny because I'm in between and so was she makes me so happy to know that I will like the way the items will fit. Love that you have models of all sizes... thank you! Thank you!

I have done a few orders with Sabo Skirt and love them. Sabo Skirt don't often do sales but that is because they start their price points so reasonably which I much prefer. They have original designs and are good quality. Their shipping and returns policy is also great for online shopping with confidence. I definitely recommend them!

Love all the photos and angles of the clothes, including the videos! Was really helpful to see how the pieces moved. It was also really easy and quick to fill out my info when checking out! Only thing is I would love to see the sunglasses on a model- since Sabo Skirt were only $24 I was willing to take the risk but would rather see a pair of sunglasses on someone's face before purchasing!

Really love the clothing, the shipping isn't my favorite. I've ordered from other Australian brands before and Sabo Skirt get here to the US so much quicker than Sabo as well as the providers they use to deliver are much better at updating than the Australian post. Returns will also cost anywhere from 14-30 dollars if you have to return something from the states. So overall I would definitely order from them again but make sure to get the right size and order well in advance from when you need the items. I do think for how much you spend shopping there Sabo could consider other shipping options

Wish I could zoom in on photos. Wish there were free returns. Love the styles. Absolutely gorgeous in the photos, But Iv only had success with a couple items as far as fit and quality being as pictured. I would be more likely to return for a different size if there was free shipping for returns. Then I would be completely satisfied with the brand

Your website is great but the photos you take of the clothes on the models aren't helpful. There were many other beautiful pieces which I wanted to have for myself but was unable to judge how Sabo Skirt would actually appear on my body due to the abnormal poses the models hold. I hope in the future there will be normal stances to see front side and back of the clothing as well as your non traditional fun loving photos!

My order has been stuck win New Zealand since April 5th and has not moved since. I reached out through different channels but it seems like Sabo Skirt have a habit of not responding to customers. Let's see if they will actually respond to my messages or send another message of their on going promotion. This is ridiculous and if this doesn't get sorted, I'll probably never consider buying again!

I am accessing page thru Instagram, on android phone. When scrolling the clothing sections, the page would glitch heavily, becoming a black screen, remaining until I scrolled futher down. Same issue again when I went back up to same point. Happened at multiple points. Made it hard to shop :p otherwise love your store :)

This was my first time ordering with your company, so I was unsure of sizing. I purchased xs sizes and was disappointed to see that Sabo Skirt were still much too big. So I had to send the products back and the cheapest shipping from Los Angeles was $48 USD. I was so disappointed at how much it cost me to return the products. I do feel that the cloud shirt and short set is very overpriced.

I LOVE Sabo but sizing can def be hit or miss with clothes and shoes. I think biz would further expand if Sabo Skirt offered additional sizes (although I'm a L i need an XL or XXL in certain styles sometimes to accommodate my larger chest and I'm sure those that are in that actual size would love to shop this cute boutique)
