I would give this company minus stars, as SaferWholesale are a complete rip off order a 250cc Scooter back in July 8,2013. It arrived 3 months later, never told it was a Chinese made scooter, that had multiple problems, first off paid for a certificate of origin, which after a year, July 2,2014, still have not received. The bike is a piece of crap, the original battery was bad, ordered a new one from Great Sports, Inc.aka saferwholesale.com it was useless. The starter was bad, wiring was bad, had to have it towed to a local bike shop to repair it. Without the certificate of origin I can not get it register in Pa., I can not get plates to drive it on the road or sell it. I also made a very bad mistake of ordering a sidecar, it took 6 months to get it, it came from Indonesia, it is a piece of crap, the kit, had no directions, poorly made, the sidedoor does not close, the top pieces do not fit and it does not fit the scooter. With all the charges to get inside the country it was about $1000 dollars all together this whole transaction for a Chinese bike and unknown made sidecar is well over $5000. This is not including the costs associated with repairs and towing costs. The company including Artie the supervisor just give you the run around. I am filing a compliant with the Attorney General's office.

I bought an extended Lightening UTV (adult) and i did not receive what i ordered. Instead i received a cazador. A completely different product. I talked with Artie today and informed him what i was promised and i have not to this day received. One the machine, i received a kids machine with no side standing bars, the wrong windshield, which today i was told well atleast we shipped you a windshield, It is not street legal which he promised to send the kit and never did. The machine i got was nothing like what is on there website. Not even close. I have been dealing with this company for almost a year now and SaferWholesale REFUSE to fix their own error. I will now be traveling to Illinois to file a lawsuit as well as go to the attorney general in person. I not only have texts, but messages, voice mails pictures and much more. They try to say this is from a different distributor but that is not what i ordered. I still have no title as well. The thing has broken down from day, has aproximately 10 hours on it and still keeps breaking. Today I was told to send him the email that he promised to send me the light kit. Well not only do i have that but i was also told by yet another salesman that the side bars are metal, mine have none, but yet I was told i received the newer version a complete peice of crap and not the wrong machine and they do not even have pics of the new machine yet, but somehow sent me one. The cazador has metal side bars as well as headlights tail lights turn signals etc. All a lie as well. Arties response was why do i need the turn signals and tail lights if i wanted nobby tires for dirt. Which i also did not receive. I was also told by sales today that if comes with a roof hard top and a windshiled included in the price. I never received a hard top. I was told i should have never excepted the machine if it wasnt right. Kinda hard to tell until it is put together but now that is was i could not take it apart and swap it for the correct machine. I was told its put together and looks good though. Well still not what i paid for not even near it. This machine holds a kid and i was told mine held an adult up to 6'6". The kids is up to 5'8" but both are street legal and have metal side bars. None of which is true from the messages from the salesman, in writing of course. I have nets though for a Extended lightning as well as a windshield for that but no LIghtening UTV. Artie cant even get his stories straight. Dont ever spend your hard earned money here. They are a complete scam. Not only listed as saferwholesale but great sports as well. I have now heard from so many others what a scam this company is and they are the rudest people i know. The service dept on the other hand is wonderful. They need a better company to work for. This place is a disgrace. Anyone that would like me to take anything to the atty general just let me know. I have heard they are famous for shutting down one name and re opening under another. I am not sure the truth to that but i will be doing alot of research to find out. So becareful what you are told by sales as once you get the wrong thing they will send you a nasty letter telling you to get a lawyer if you want. Well good thing i have some good friends that are lawyers. I dont expect any response from them as that is not what they do. They just yell at you on the phone and are rude as hec to you. So remember buyer beware. I plan on having this experience put out there as many places i possibly can with all names i can get as well. BUYER BEWARE!

Update on waiting for my boom pyt scooter
Hello everyone well like I said on 06/01/20 I went online to www.saferwholesales.com and I made a $969.76 purchase for a model VIP 49CC GAS SCOOTER after a week I was given a call by someone at safer whole sales telling me that the VIP scooter is actually out of stock and will not be back in stock soon that SaferWholesale have a boom pyt scooter to give me if I agree to it so I did after another 2 weeks of waiting I called back got the run around and was even hung up on several of times repeatedly, I also was placed on hold for long periods of time like 45 minutes long I would just hang up finally I got through and asked to speak with management! A nice guy picks up takes my call he then informs me Mr Lopez I am personally taking care of your order thanks for being patient the problem is the front fender was cracked on the boom pyt model we were going to send you so I was then offered to choices a full refund or a later ship date of July 3rd 2020 for the boom pyt scooter he says to me a bran new shipment will be in and I and a couple others who have been waiting patiently and who has ordered in June will be the first ones to be shipped off no later than July 3rd 2020 so I picked a new color of choice scooter and today is 07/07/2020 I'm still waiting on shipping details and tracking confirmation? I am trying to be patient but my patience is really running slim I hope to hear from safer whole sales informing me of the status of my purchase any day now from what I was told by Bob the manager is that by July 3rd 2020 my scooter will be shipped off to me that they will then forward all new information with ship date and tracking over to me being that we just had 4th of July weekend I'm thinking it can be tomorrow when I finally hear something from these guys my gut feeling tells me I'll be getting my scooter this month some time soon? I will definitely be upset if I don't! I'll post my final last review on this when I receive my scooter if I do? Guys don't get me wrong if I receive my scooter this month and had to wait almost 2 months I'm gonna give them a good RATEING out of five BECUASE calling in trying to find out the status of my order is hell with the customer service guys but as far as the price and items and shipping goes I understand things happen but if I don't receive my scooter by the end of July giving them 60 days in total I will then give a poor RATEING and a bad review all the way around I'm not gonna be all upset for having to wait up until 60 days though because we are in the crisis of COVID-19 alot of people including myself are purchasing mopeds scooters and bikes orders get backed up and things do happen that causes delays so come when I receive my order this month you will hear back from me with another unboxing review if I don't receive it by the end of the month then you'll still hear back one last time from me with a bad RATEING review? But until then guys I'm just waiting trying to keep it positive!

HORRIBLE, DISHONEST, RUDE COMPANY
We purchased a go cart from this company on November 15th, 2020 before purchasing we spoke to a "manager " by the name of Brian he assured us the go cart would be delivered by Christmas, we explained to him that this was the only gift for our 13 year old daughter and we needed to make sure that it would be here in time for Christmas, he assured us it would be here by December 10th, once we paid for it which was $3545. 00 we NEVER received a email with the tracking # it was December 10th still no tracking # my husband and I called and called and we kept getting the run strong until finally December 14th we were told the go- cart would NOT be delivered until January 2021. SaferWholesale were very rude, not apologetic, treated us as if why are you calling and etc. We were then told by numerous people that we would be refunded and the check would be put in the mail by December 23 so everyday we're looking in the mail it NO check, we call every day only to be told there was nothing they could do the check was lost in the mail, finally on January 8th 2021 was told the check had NOT been sent out and would issue another check. We called everyday and it was always some excuse not to mention they were very rude showed no concern, finally contacted our attorney and told them we were suing them for the $3500 so that's when we just received a check in the mail today so for 2 months they would not refund our money and just kept lying to us. This was the WORSE experience for my husband I of buying a product and I Would NOT recommend buying from those people at all!

Pay a Bit More, Get a Lot More
I jumped on the Saferwholesale trike kit for the lower price -- with wheels/tires and light kit, it came to $2645. 00. Other trike kits were close to $4,000 or more. Note that this trike kit will not work if you have fiberglass or other rigid side bags -- I bought it for my 1986 Honda Goldwing, but the hard, immovable side bags blocked access for the trike kit. Fortunately, my girlfriend's Yamaha VStar has leather side bags and would work with the kit. But the kit you get from Saferwholesale is universal and takes significant metal work to attach. The supplied brackets really don't do the job and are thin metal. Luckily, I found a motorcycle mechanic who fabricated the needed brackets and mounted the kit, for about $300. Still, you get what you pay for. For $3790, I bought a trike kit from Richland Roadster that is custom fit for my Honda and was able to mount it myself. What a difference! Instead of the thin metal of the Safer Wholesale brackets, the Richland Roadster is 1/2" thick solid steel bar! It attaches to the center kickstand and in front, whereas the Safer Wholesale kit only attaches to the bolts in the rear that hold the side bags. That didn't look safe to me, so I sought a mechanic to fashion stronger brackets to attach the kit. Additionally, the Richland Roadster has steel fenders with integrated lights, while the SW kit has black plastic fenders with trailer lights that are bolted on. And, if you send Richland Roadster a panel from your bike, SaferWholesale will paint the kit to match your bike. My recommendation: Forget Safer Wholesale -- contact Richland Roadster to order your custom trike kit. For $1100 more (actually just $800 more, given that you won't need to pay someone to attach the trike), you will be much happier with the result. (Voyager makes a quality kit too, for just a bit more that the RR kit). The only way I could recommend the SW trike kit is if you are very handy and have the tools and knowledge to fabricate and attach your own mounting hardware.

Bought a 27-ton log splitter for 1499. 00 with free shipping, if shipped to a business with forklift or loading docks. Money was immediately removed from my account, by electronic check, which was to give me an addition $50.00 off. Representative called and and total bill was for $1854. 00 with some story about transit fees via Los Angeles. After approximately 3 weeks and no delivery I contacted customer service and was told that the log splitter that I purchased was not in stock and that SaferWholesale were going to replace it with a 42-ton log splitter of equal quality. Again after two weeks and no delivery, I contacted them again and told them I wanted to cancel the order. I was told that it would be impossible to cancel the order because it was in the final stages of processing.
Now for the nightmare. When the log splitter arrives, I knew right away that it was a piece of crap. As I put it together from a diagram enclosed done of the figures matched the log splitter that I received. In addition there as absolutely no way to identify the maker of the log splitter or engine. Everything was painted black. After finally getting put together by looking at pictures of log splitter on line it was time to put it to use. Within 5 hours the whole thing began to buckle and twist. Parts started breaking off within 5 1/2 hours of use. The whole thing is absolutely useless and can not be fixed with replacement parts. Th I-beam is bent and twisted. The wedge completely fell apart and broke off of the compression rod.

Contacted customer service and was told I could not return it or get a refund because the order had been processed over 30 days ago. When I asked about the 2 year extended warranty I was told to send pictures and all defective parts would be replaced. When I told them the extent of the damage and that replacement parts meant sending a whole knew log splitter built of the correct gauge of tempered steel, I was told that the manufacturer would be contacted to see what could be done. Have not heard back and it has been over two week.

Have a feeling it was a very expensive lesson. Should have looked at reviews before I ever purchased the thing. I am in the process of filing a compliant with the BBB and looking at all avenues to help shut down this company. How a company like this can stay is business is beyond belief.

Oh my God!
Oh my God! This is without a doubt the WORST customer service experience that I have ever encountered. I called about a trike kit listed for $1999. 00 (price negotiable). I was connected to sales who spoke so quickly that I coukd not even keep up. The price immediately went from $1999 to $2900 once all the "options were added on". I then told the salesman that was more than I wanted to spend. He then asked my price range. I stated that I saw one listed with a vendor on Ebay for $1400 plus $250 s and h. He then stated that I must be really stupid if I am calling a retail site expecting them to match an auction site. (The price was not auction, but from an Ebay vendor). As for the stupid part, I have been on active duty in the Army for 22 years, am currently a doctoral student and have an MBA and an MA in Logistics Management. In addition, I have a documented IQ of 139 and Mensa member. I was so shocked that I addressed the salesman with profanity, something I rarely do. The salesman then proceeded literally say DA, DA, DA, DA over and over again I hung up. I called back to speak to a supervisor and was placed on terminal hold. Called back again and the person answering the phone asked the name of the salesman. When I stated that I didn't catch it because he spoke so fast, the response was there was nothing that SaferWholesale could do and if I didn't like the experience, shop elsewhere. This seems to be a company wide systemic problem. I could only hope that the CEO of Safer Warehouse reads this site to get honest customer feedback.

Like Richard M. We also purchased a tankless water heater. It also exploded. After contacting the company, SaferWholesale referred us to Shawn at Supreme Tankless Water Heaters. He stated that if I would mail the water heater back, they would refund entire purchase. Returned damaged water heater by certified mail. They signed that they received damaged water heater and I heard nothing back from them. After SEVERAL attempts to contact them by phone, with no success, I photocopied the certified receipt, wrote long message regarding dates and problems and faxed to Shawn. Shawn immediately returned phone call, thanked me for emailing him, said phone service had been out of order. Stated that saferwholesale would be taking care of the refund. Contacted saferwholesale on Nov 29th, they emailed me back, since no one at the company is allowed to talk with you on the phone, unless you are ordering something. Emailed that refund was processed on Nov 21st. And that it would take approx 15 days to show up on invoice. After 15 days and no refund. Emailed again and they informed me that was 15 business days or 3-4 wks. Well after 5 wks, no refund on credit card, no email from them. I emailed them again and was emailed back that they checked with accounting and that refund was denied and instore credit was applied to my account. Informed them that Shawn told me a full refund would be issued, no mention of instore credit and that I did not wish to purchase ANYTHING from there company and that I had to purchase another water heater and needed money for bills. They emailed back and said "I apolgize, however Shawn does not work for our company. Our store policy is that refunds cannot be granted under any cirvumstances. The only available option to you is an in store credit." I emailed them back and ask if they do not issue refunds, why on the email they sent me on Nov 29th did they state refund was processed on Nov 21st? I have since left message with Shawn, which I do not expect to receive call back. I will fax above info to Shawn again as that is how I was able to get in contact with him in the past. All info, pics, etc will be taken to my attorney and I am going to contact the BBB. Buyer BEWARE! Do not purchase ANYTHING From this company.

Thief's! Shady sales tactics!
I bought a casador dune buggie, that was advertised as a 200cc engine which was a lie, it was actually 160cc, they'll tell you all you need to do is connect the battery and put on the tires. False! Your going to need at least three people to assemble, and a full tool set. Mine was sent without control arms, scratches all over the paint, and the battery was also missing. I'm now stuck paying $570.00 in shipping costs to send it back, because I attempted to contact them for a week attempting to have them order my new parts. They're extremely rude and very disrespectful. RYAN the manager is a crook and a liar. As soon as he closed me, he promised me, that anytime I had a question all I would have to do is ask for him. That was also a lie, the other employees would go out of their way to prevent me from talking to him, but as soon as I disputed the charge with the finance company, he called me an hour later, ranting and yelling, asking me why I had filed a dispute. It's the only way to protect yourself from these $#*!s, hit their pocket book, and SaferWholesale call you back immediately. MATTHEW is a pushy salesman that only worries about closing the sale, and will say just about anything, in order to close you. He's the one that lied by saying it came built 80%. Save your money and save yourself the anguish of dealing with a small time crooked company, that promotes hundreds of sales on line, but only have about two employees answering the phones per shift. That should of been a red flag, every time I would call back the same person would answer. Read the fine print and remember that once these thief's have your money, your out of luck with follow ups or any type of customer service. RYAN, MATTHEW I would love to really tell you what I think about you, but your not even worth the time, much less lowering myself to your level and letting the reader think this is actually personal, because it really isn't. I could blow my nose with the shipping costs, keep the change. What kills me, is the people that can't afford it, and you people don't think twice about ripping them off. Lesson learned, don't do business with a company that's willing to tell you all you want to hear, prior to closing the sale.

I ordered a Ranch Pony and to my surprise it showed up on time with no broken parts. However, it did not come with all of the parts, no instructions for assembly, no wiring diagrams and no parts list.

I contacted safer and BMS Motorsports (where safer buys from) and was emailed all manuals. Still, no parts. I have spoken with Jerry and exchanged many emails, but sadly, still no parts, still no idea of if or when SaferWholesale will show up. Additionally, after using the UTV one time the fuel pump must be primed every time before it can be started. Looks like this is due to cut fuel lines when manufacturer placed retaining clamps on fuel line.

Not a very happy camper at this point in time.

I ordered a custom 1947 Chev GolfCart for a BirthdayGift for my husband in July. Our sales person was Creig. Waited as long as 3 hours to never have anyone answer. If only if only had read the reviews on this company I certainly would have never ordered anything from them. SaferWholesale lost allot of business because if how they have treated us. Our church was going to order some tents and tables for them,. Im on that commity and I said No to that.

SENT WRONG ORDER

The toto retails at most $800 anywhere i serched the internet all day today, it seems you made an extra 5-600 $ extra from me, i called salesperson and he told me the bullseye was a toto, just diff name, which is false, i feel i have been taken big time, this atv u sent me is a piece of crap, its a kids atv, i was assured the bullseye was an adult atv, i was excited about getting it, salesman was very dis-honest with me, maybe because im a senior citizen and didnt know better, i have done a lot of homework on this, i feel my civil rights have been violated, i am contacting the bbb in illinois, and i am visiting joliet in may, i plan on filing a civil rights lawsuit when i am visiting there, this could b easily resolved if someone contacts me, however i called all day today and got dis-connected 4 times. I have heard good and bad reports about safer wholesale but i am willing to give my business to anyone, i dont pay attention to those negative blogs. Please someone call me and possibly we could resolve this, this atv that you sent me is worth nothing to me its a childs atv. Bad customer service
I purchase a moped in June and requested for disability plates. SaferWholesale were so friendly and Craig was awesome with assisting me. We both called the secretary of state to get the fees.On my receipt it has the charges for disability plates with the taxes. He charged my credit card then after that it was a nightmare with them. First, the requested for my plates and didn't send Illinois a check. The secretary of state had to notify them. After two months the resent my paperwork. As this was happening, I kept calling them making sure that my divisibility plates were ordered and Ayllsaa and Jarrod(Manager according to Allyssa) was so rude and ugly. I was told that they couldn't see what was ordered from their screen and that my receipt doesn't show disability plates and they don't order those plates with Illinois.

After talking to DMV, I was told that That was a lie, and they have to order them from their end and My Vin number was not coming up, nor was my title in the system. I was told they they would file a complaint on my behalf after 90 days and for me to call them up to reorder my plates or i would be charge extra. I called them and even offered to send them the email and my copy of the receipt that Craig sent me with the information on it stating that disability plates were to be ordered.

Alyssa and Jarrod refuse to accept the email by saying, "I don't need to see it". Jarrod told me to stop calling and go to the dmv to get the plates even if i have to pay extra for their mistake. Extremely bad customer service. I will be posting my complaint with receipts everywhere until they make right by what they did.

I enjoy your website, especially the scooters and small economy cars (Snyder), but, I hesitate on ordering Chinese products because of difficulties with parts and professional service. I would appreciate more information on who manufactures the scooters. Are SaferWholesale mainland China, Taiwan? How long have they been manufacturing scooters? Are the manufacturers affiliated with Yamaha or Honda? How are they rated in China where they have already been selling? Example: Number 1 rated scooter in China! Over 200,000 sold in China! These would be helpful to a USA customer.
On the Snyder car, you must encourage them to redesign same basic mechanical components, BUT, go to Two wheels in front and one in the rear, plus go to front engine front wheel drive. This will create a winning design with a dramatic improvement in stability. The one wheel in front was disproved years ago in England. The design is probably fine for driving at slow speeds in large cities of China but not the best for USA. Go to www.eliomotors.com and have a look at a 3 wheeler, front engine, front wheel drive that will go into production in 2015 for $6800 in America. I would hope the Chinese could build something like it for your operation. I think they would sell like hotcakes! Thanks for asking for my 2 cents. Merry Christmas----------Fred

Did not have a good experience with saferwholesale.com. Sales person got an attitude with me from the beginning. Simply cause I was confused about shipping and delivery. Seems SaferWholesale are two different things. Second sales guy got all my info incorrect. Except of course my credit card number. So after anxiously waiting 8 to 10 days. I receive an email that says "could not contact customer your order has been cancelled".:(After calling and straighting this out. I had to wait a few more days. Finally get my 50cc moped. After watching the video. I assemble my moped. Oh ya they don't tell you that the wiring harness isn't fully zipped tied the right way on the "how to assemble video". Which could be simply done before you receive the product or at least brought up during the video. Would be safer this way. After assembly I start my moped and the headlights blow immediately. They have a parts only warranty. Trust me it's been 2 weeks and I've heard nothing about my parts I need except "we have contacted the manufacturer and we are waiting to hear back from them". My main complaint would be. If your are sending a product out that is "ready to be assembled" make it "ready to be assembled". This can easily be done by addressing the wiring harness and making it ready to be assembled. Just to make your product safer. I know this is a wholesale company but the products sold do represent your company and the pride you take in it. You do advertise you sell the greatest products. I would say great products don't blow headlights immediately unless the product was defective. Or a part in the product was defective. Intern making the product not so great.

Terrible customer service very unprofessional
I have ordered my scooter on November 25th, I was supposed to receive it in two weeks but it took almost 4 weeks instead. On the top of that the scooter was missing parts and it was scratched. I contact the company the same day I created the ticket id with claims and SaferWholesale said it will take about 2 weeks. Now its been over three weeks and finally ill receive the parts in the next couple days. The same day I requested the parts that I was missing I requested the title for the scooter so I can register it and drive it legally on the street. I order it December 20th (it should take1-2 weeks) today is January 12th, over 3 and half weeks later and called to find out what is going on with my title. Someone who claimed to be a supervisor but he wouldn't give me his name was very rude and unprofessional to me telling me that they will send it out sometime next week, I asked politely if they could expedite it since it was already late. What was his reply " end of story it will be send out sometime next week" I asked to speak to a supervisor but I was told that this person was the supervisor. I asked to return my order then since they can not keep up their promises on timeline and couldn't help me but the same person said no returns allowed. Dear customer be carful of this site and do not give them any business since they are not professional and they don't care for their customers after they make their sale.

I ordered an electric ATV for my child
I ordered an electric ATV for my child. The price was the lowest on the internet at the time. The sales dept. was pushy but not rude. I did get the "its not free shipping to a residence" after I ordered. I wanted to cancel after I started to get that "uh-oh" feeling and still got sucked in. I assumed the ATV would be shipped from within the USA as SaferWholesale have an actual facility in Joliet, IL. Because I try to avoid drop shipments direct from China. I was wrong however. The ATV was dropped shipped directly from China and entered customs through Los Angelas, CA. Most of there orders do. That's why the prices are low but that's that's also why they have so many issues. Little or no quality control here. Anyways, that's a long way for an ATV to travel. After much worrying, the ATV did arrive, not on-time but close. The ATV was secured to a steel frame/crate on a pallet with a box cover. It was next to impossible to inspect before signing for delivery. I had 30 days before my parts warranty expired so I kept that in mind. Upon opening I discovered that the ATV was in many parts and un-assembled and without instructions. This is not a toy. I am not a mechanic. Luckily I knew of someone who was into go-carts and he assembled it for me in his shop for $100.00. He informed that some parts were missing and damaged during shipping. I e-mailed Safewholesale and they put me in contact with the ATV manufacturer with a rep. In California. They were attentive and shipped me the parts that I needed after I sent them pictures, free of charge. The ATV is great! My child loves it. Not your typical buying experience here but I couldn't find anywhere else to buy an electric ATV in the USA that was worthy based on its power vs. price. I feel like a lucky person after reading all the complaints.

Worst Experience; The took over $1000 from me, and now won't respond - Scam Operation
I purchased a GVX 200 and additional parts on 06/20/20. I drove to their wharehouse to pick up my GVX, and paid for the additional parts as part of my purchase. I call back on the 23rd and ordered a windshield. I made repeated online inquiries to the customer service site, and NEVER received a response. I call the business over 10 times, filed a warranty claim for the missing parts, and still nothing... When I call now, I am placed on hold and wait for up to an hour before I hang up. I am filing charges with the Illinois attorney general as SaferWholesale have violated multiple statutes of fraud. The ridiculous system filing and calling, is just a shell game for a company that will take your money, and hope you go away. I fully intended to pursue legal action, and ensure that they are prosecuted the attorney generals office in all applicable states. Most people dont have time, money or resources, to deal with this... I have all 3. After reading other reviews I am appalled that they can stay in business. I will be attaching a copy of my bill of sale, call records and transcripts, and much more each week that I wait to show what kind of business this is. Tell everyone you know to avoid this business, and I am happy to dedicate my time to expose this slimy operation. They collect payment, and hold your money in their account without ordering the parts (in my case). They hope that you will give up. I will not stop until I have my money refunded, and report this fraud. For those who are waiting on parts or vehicles, I am very sorry you are experiencing this. I can only imagine if I had paid the full amount (over $6000) and never received my goods.
As for the GVX (UTV hybrid), so far it is working. However, the battery is crap and likely refurbished; losses charge often. The front grill on mine says, "Cazador". Tomorrow, I am contacting Cazador Motor Sports, and hopefully they will listen about the issue regarding the "wholesaler". Based on my experience with them so far, I fully expect that my GVX will have numerous defects in the future, but so far I have really enjoyed. I try to forget about the low quality and substandard business practice about the "business' where I found it. Why has the state of Illinois has turned a blind eye to the fraudulent practices. Contact the attorney general and read the laws regarding interstate and telephone sales. They cant take money if the goods are not in stock, and if they do take money, they must offer a refund, or resolution (that you can accept or decline) within 30 days. Write review, comment on their Youtube videos, and be heard. It is not slander if it is the truth. I have read some reviews where the "nice" owner gets on the phone and offers to "personally" take care of it. The only thing they answer the phone for is sales. If you call the sales line to complain or reach anyone, they are trained to divert the call. I have been to the warehouse, and was full of "stuff", and it was all covered in dust. I should have walked away, but I really wanted the GVX. I am reporting this to every consumer protection group, media outlet, etc., because I am not going to be someone who gives up and lets these fraudulent and illegal business practices continue. Contact your credit card companies, and report this fraud - They take money and don't deliver. Also, verbal is considered binding if that is the only method you were given. These guys win because people just want their stuff and to never deal with them again. I can promise you, they don't do will with repeat customers.
In Summary: The took my money (over $1000), wont respond to emails, online requests, or calls, and violate their own "Customer" service commitments (in writing on their website), BUT remain in business because they spend all their money on internet ad boosts so when you search almost any type of motorized vehicle, they appear.
PLEASE NOTE: For those that have such an issue with the service they provide, remember that they train their staff to say whatever to get you off the phone, or just ignore. If they collect your money, and never deliver anything, where does the money go? You can contact the Attorney General in your state, and tell them what is happening. I have read the T&Cs, and they have alot of language in their indemnification clause to say " they cant be held reponsible"; however, if the contract, and or laws are violated, then the can be held liable. The indemnificaion clause would only apply if they showed good faith.
I will keep posting, and pass along any and all legal advise to everyone who wants it. Save the next family from doing business with people like this.

This company is based on deceit to it's customers! I purchased a white wedding tent from this company on 6/2/14 that was supposed to ship as soon as my e-check cleared my account. The check cleared on 6/30/14. After seven days of waiting for the arrival, I began calling to get a status of my order. I was assured it would be here within my promised/needed date of 7/13/14, even though I wasn't able to get any shipping information on the order. A few days before my promised delivery date, I called and was very assertive and I was then able to get someone on the phone that FINALLY told me that my tent was back ordered for 3 weeks. Because I had an event that started on 7/18/14 (which was my main reason for ordering the tent), I was offered an UPGRADED size tent for my troubles and I did agree to the upgrade. I received the "UPGRADED" tent and proceeded to my event. When we set the tent up, it was then that I noticed it wasn't as large as had been described. I purchased a 23 x 16.5 white party tent, was upgraded to a 26 x 16 tent. What I received was a 26 x 13.

In addition to the tent being a smaller size, it was listed for a lesser price. I have requested my refund (back in July) and still have not received the refund. The same tent I received, sold for $400 on EBAY. That is $350 less than what I had paid. The online advertised description of the tent stated that you receive a "portable carrying case"... there was no case with it and when I requested the case I was told that SaferWholesale couldn't provide me with one.

I have sent numerous emails trying to get my refund. I filed a complaint with the BBB. The company hasn't even responded to either the first or second notice that has been sent to them by the BBB. Super aggravated and angry that I decided to do business with this company. Do yourself a favor and save your money, purchase from EBAY! At least if you have a problem with their products you stand a chance of a resolution PLUS you saved yourself some money, time, and aggravation.

You will be put on hold in the middle of your sentence
This organization has a culture of sales, not customer service. Rude. SaferWholesale want your money and that's all they seem interested in.

I called last night on a product question. The guy lacked product knowledge and put me on hold at the end of his sentence. I waited thinking it was a button accidentally pushed by him and then I called back and spoke to him again. He said he put me on hold bc he had other calls he needed to get to. I asked about shipping weight and he said he had no idea and that I should call back in the morning and speak to someone else. He ended with something like, "Are you going to buy this now?"

This morning I called. I got the shipping weight but needed some amplifying data. I started to ask the question and I was put on hold like the night before. Thinking, "I've been here." I hung up and called right back.

I asked this guy NOT to put me on hold until my questions were answered. His response: quote "As long as you are not asking for the world." Thankfully he did not put me on hold and I heard his conversation. In the background I heard words to the effect of, "Is he going to buy the f*cking kit?" Returning to the call he said they did not know the shipping weight of a kit and motor they ship, apparently, all the time. Then he demanded, "Are you going to buy this?"

When an organization is only concerned with sales you can feel it when you can't even get service before the sale.
