You don't have any customer service. A robot answers the call. I never received any meaningful communication to help me determine the hold up with my order. The ONLY reason I reordered is because the picture looks like a cute work shoe for my needs. Hopefully the quality is as good as the picture appears to be.

I bought a pair of boot from them about 18 months ago and rubber sole started coming disconnected from the bottom of the boot. I do not ware the boots everyday maybe once or twice a week. I contacted costumer services and was told that was "normal ware" and SafetyGirl would not do anything about it.

I appreciate so much that you have women's painting clothes. My husband and I are doing a lot of painting and I've already ruined a pair of jeans. He's a painter by trade so I needed to step up and look 'professional'. I didn't know your website existed until tonight, I'll spread the word.

I placed my order on September 8th and there was no indication when placing the order that SafetyGirl were out of stock. Once I placed the order and paid however I received an email on September 12th saying that the shoes were out of stock. Finally on October 3rd I get an email saying my order has been shipped and I received my shoes on October 7th. Unfortunately the shoes were big so I had to exchange them so I requested an exchange that same day and dropped it off the next day. Important to note that I was charged $8 for return. The package arrived on the 25th to the destination according to the tracking detail. Today is October 31st and the customer service told me that they still don't have the package in the system and I probably won't get my exchange for another two weeks. Just want to point out that these are work shoes and not fun shoes and I am put in a really difficult position at work for not having appropriate attire and have not been able to perform my job. I really regret my decision to shop at SafetyGirl.com and won't return.

Pleased with the product, not pleased with the shipping. The shipping started out with UPS and ended with USPS. If it had remained with UPS I would have gotten my package yesterday instead of today (8/1/17). I could have worn them all day yesterday to break them in before work. As it is I had to come home to find them, put them on for a few hours, then get ready for bed to be up at 4am tomorrow morning. The free shipping messed things up.

I wanted to but 2 different pairs of work pants. There was no size chart available, so I called customer service to check & SafetyGirl didnt have it available. I asked how the return policy worked & was told it cost $8 to return. I was given no information to properly order the correct item & didnt want to have to pay to return so didnt purchase either of the pants. Also wanted to receive my sgfl25 free led flashlight & carabiner w/ a $25 or more order & was unable to. Customer service said I would have to eliminate my 20% off promo which I didnt think was fair.

1) There's nothing on your web site indicating your women's boots are only available in wide sizes. 2) I placed a gov't purchase and cannot be charged tax. I read your tax disclaimer and tried to call your office. You have no one working past 2 pm CA time to accommodate your west coast customers.

My work boots are cute and comfortable. The lady I spoke with via online chat prior to placing my order was beyond helpful and gave me a few tips and tricks in regards to making sure I got the right size to fit. However, shipping was terrible and the safety glasses I ordered were broken by the time SafetyGirl finally got to me.

I ordered a size 6, but really needed a 5 (which was on backorder). Got the 6 and it was too big. Ordered a size 5 and got it much sooner than I was told, so I was thrilled about that! The size 5 shoes fit perfectly, and are very comfortable. I returned the size 6 with not issues.

These just arrived yesterday, so I haven't had a chance to really put them to the test. But, SafetyGirl look great, the fit is perfect, and they offer a lot of ankle support, which is what I needed. So far I am very happy, especially considering the low price!

I gave it a 3 cause it states at the home page if you create an account you get 5% off your order, I created an account and I was not given the 5% off nor was I even given an option, so therefore to me it was false advertising for getting accounts registered

I ordered my boots directly from the company website and it took about two weeks for me to receive them, no surprise there as SafetyGirl told me this may happen. The rumors are true. They're about a half size to big. But I recommend some gel or memory foam inserts because there's zero padding for your feet so that'll take up the extra room. Otherwise, this is only my first day wearing them so, so far so good!

You should make coveralls (lined & summer) with pretty colors and flowers and even BLING! I've done all trades in carpentry for 32 years, also im a home inspector, appraiser and run heavy equipment. Be nice someone offered "pretty" work clothes! I live at 7000ft where it snows. I'd be so happy to wear my pretty coveralls on those extemely cold winter days as I plow my way to my brokerage office!

I have never worn safety toe shoes in my life until yesterday. I wore them for 6 hours and it was the first time I wore them. To my big surprise my feet didn't hurt at all, and I have crazy bad feet. Plus SafetyGirl look like really cool exercise shoes and are amazingly light in weight.

I ordered the avenger water proof boot (pink/black), it has steel toes, wicking, electrical hazard protection and steel construction. Really comfortable boot, has great cushioning and is really cute. Finally have a boot that is cute and OSHA approved.

There were more options for woman however it has yet to be seen how SafetyGirl fit and work for a womans body shape and size. And even though its safetygirl.com there were alot of items for men and mens sizing... don't men already have a monopoy on construction gear. I thought the whole idea of this sight was for woman, not men.? And just because I am a woman and I do love pink, it doesnt mean all my gear needs to be pink or oastel colors. The hi-vis options on jackets, hoodies and pant was very limited, as was the overall selection.

From start to finish, my experience with Safety Girl was great! Ordering was a breeze, shipping time was faster than projected which is also great. The shoe fits well, I have not worn them in the field yet though. I wish the shoe had more cushion to it, but it'll do for my light use I intend to have with the shoe.

This was my first order with safetygirl. For now I love everything: the shoes fits perfectly, the quality of material is a good surprise and I didn't have to wait long time for the delivery. It makes the impression of reputable and trustworthy company. Thanks for a good job.

I placed an order over a month ago and it has been in stock since I purchased it and it has not even shipped yet! I've called countless times and SafetyGirl keep telling me the same thing. I'm so over it and I'm canceling my order. You're better off just going to go buy a pair in store

When I received my order confirmation & tried tracking it the order was still pending. I emailed customer service and did not receive a response for a day in a half. I still tried tracking my order it still had not shipped and then one day it was on my door step. Still order said it was pending. Boots too big and tried to get a return label for an exchange and it said my order # is not valid.
