The Mag R&R product is not working for me, and I will probably be asking for a refund. However, I wanted to update my review due to the fact that your personal attention to my situation and your eagerness in contacting me shows very good personal attention to your customers. I am very grateful to you for that as personal attention to customers' needs is hard to come by these days. Many thanks to all of your efforts in contacting me regarding my situation. Scott, I'm 80 years old and still very active. I was having nightly "bouts" with leg cramps and started taking MAG R&R about 60 days ago. Night 1, I took just one tab and it was not enough to get relief. Starting night 2, I went to 2 tabs nightly for 3 nights then went back to 1 tab and haven't had a cramp since. MAGR&R is responsible! I think it's great to have products aimed at specific muscle and joint problems. I've lived for years with leg and foot cramps at night. I have suffered with leg ankle and foot cramps for years. This product, MagR&R, has stopped them almost completely!!! Two capsules every night before sleeping works for me. If I’ve had a very strenuous day on my feet I will take a third capsule.

R & R and joint clinic are amazing - especially the R & R --- I use the protein drink as well ---i am 'mature" but very active with horses and living on a ranch and I need to move comfortably and sleep - these products have improved both needs immensely

I am grateful for a company that tries to help us remember things. It is so scarey a condition! I am 87 years youngish and struggle daily with this loss, tried the R&R supplements and was woozie and off-balance each day. The Salt Wrap R&R muscle recovery and sleep support supplements have cut my night-time leg cramps by 95%. When I do get them they are minor and short lived. Great stuff. J. May

I was having terrible, debilitating, crippling leg cramps. When I got them they were so terrible, the muscles were so tight, I couldn’t move. These occurred anytime of the day. I started taking your product before I went to bed 3 wks ago and got my life back. I still feel sometimes like my legs want to cramp, but so far so good! I have tried so many things to correct this. I never knew when they were going to cramp up so it was hard to go any place because I didn’t want to make a scene. I’ve had Charlie horses and they are nothing compared to what I was having. Thank you for changing my life.

Have used MAG R&R for about 2 weeks. The results have been spectacular. Was awake most of the night with leg spasms before this product and with three capsules,so far, the spasms have disappeared. A great relief. Hope it continues.

Customer service was excellent. I received my order very quickly. However, I am annoyed at having 1-3 notices per day from SaltWrap on my e-mail and tablet! I have a life, folks. I don't want to spend time reading or deleting constant notices. I don't want to mark it as spam and have everything automatically go into the spam folder, because here and there I might want to read a particular notice. But even once a week would be too often. Several a day is harrassment.

I have been taking GoLo for one year and have lost 25 lbs without changing my low carb eating habits. However in the past couple of months I have put on 5 lbs even though I have not added anything to my regular diet that would put on weight. I will continue taking GoLo with each meal but the weight gain is concerning to me as to why this is happening!! If there is a solution please let me know.

Everything is fine. Please skip 2 months of shipments because I still have 2 full bottles. I am taking only 2 pills a day, not 3 as suggested. Thank you for your understanding. Anna Vagh

I really can't say enough good words about Mag R&R. My husband was almost crawling to take other remedies when he had the cramps and spasms. Now he gets a good night sleep. THANK YOU for such an easy solution. Wish we knew about this product sooner. And love being able to purchase via Amazon.

I have received relief from Nighttime Muscle Cramps & Relaxation Support from Salt-Wrap. I went from 1 to 2 pills before bed and then noticed the difference right away. I would say about 90% of my leg cramps are gone, they try to return In the morning before I get out of bed around 9 am but are way more manageable at that time. I went for weeks without sleeping my nighttime leg cramps were so bad. I was dreading going to bed because of the cramps. I had been taking Magnesium, Zinc, and Potassium along with my regular RX pills and supplements and my stomach was killing me from all the pills. Taking this product has allowed me to cut back on the number of pills I have to take. I am very grateful to find this Salt-Wrap product and do recommend it to others strugling with nighttime leg cramps.
