I would like to extend my gratitude and a big thank you for the wonderful services offered me through Sastaticket.pk.
Using this platform I would like to share my personal experience of talking with 2 to 3 different representative over customer service helpline number, asking for guidance and help concerning payment options, wheel chair and meal options and I am so very happy with the way I have been dealt with.
I booked a ticket for my mother through Mobile App. I must say that the website and App both are too good.
I already voted for Sastaticket at World Travel Awards website by registering through my email address and also rated 5 Star to the app.
Once again a very big thank you for the wonderful services. You are having a team of helpful and talented people.

Booking procedure of flights ticket is good
Need for improvement in customer service, to check flight, alter flight or customer services related queries.
Phone line is busy on hold long ques and no proper channel.
Domestic tickets are ok, when international travel is there then it is strong chances for customer service backup, so customer service improvement will be essential
Booked for Serene ER 502 on 25-7-22. Received call from Sasta Ticket that flight cancelled.
When checked randomly from airport, it was informed that flight is confirmed on time.
Above caused great difficulties to manage. Reached office at the eleventh hour.
This misunderstanding and wrong information from Sasta Ticket is not understood and needs to be addressed.
I booked and paid for two flights. They both kept getting canceled and the reason I was given was due to operational reasons. Sasta Ticket team did not reach out to inform us that flight was canceled. When I called them the agent told me that they are not aware of it and need to check their system.
Your questions below are relevant. They are targeted at a delivery mechanism which is not relevant here.
I have one point to mention. When the website tells you that you have bonus / prize / discount when you register and login, there is no surprise. In fact, the claim is wrong and deceitfull. Either the customer should get anything tangible or else, please remove these bluffing gimmicks. Keep it straight and meaningful. You might distract customers instead of attracting by doing that. Than you.

There customer service is wonderful, I mistakenly mentioned the wrong name and Date of Birth of one of my ticket, I was worried and their WhatsApp Team guided me properly and especially thanks to the girl Duaa Kanwal she was very cooperative and helpful and she expert in her job she approached me on call and guided me properly in appropriate manner also she requested to airline on my behalf to correct the name and resolved my issue I really amazed and glad 😊
Sastaticket.pk gives imp to their clients and no doubt they ask the concern and resolve their customers problem on top priority

The service is excellent, but the website is not clear with baggage details. The ticket I purchased does not include checked baggage and additional payment needs to be made for that. The website should mention that clearly on the flight details page. A good example might be Kayak which has the baggage details on the corner of each flight detail card.
Great delivery of service... I am super amazed that I was able to book tickets through Sasta Ticket in just 5 mins!
I recommend to use this app if you are planning to travel by air.
P.S. A little bit advise to Sasta Ticket that it should not limit to just booking tickets rather should add further features like if flight is getting delayed it should reflect on your phone. Another feature that can be introduced in the app is that it should track where the flight has arrived once it takes off from airport.

Hello i m regular HBL app user. But twice i tried to use Sastaticket.pk in HBL app for flight reservations and had difficulty. Problem is after i have made a reservation i was unable to make any changes or cancel and rebook that reservation because its says you have made a similar reservation please check “my bookings” and then “my bookings” doesn’t proceed or shows any reservations. Please check and correct this error.
For other users my advice is if you face similar problem then call at helpline 021111172782.
one alphabet mistake of passenger's name for a domestic traveling ticket. Your staff misguided asked for ticket cancellation and buy in next available flight. Was almost helpless but then contacted the concerned airline helpline which guided a much better way and helped us to travel with the same ticket. otherwise, sastaticket team was about to be very costly for time and money.
Booked online with serene air. Serene cancelled my flight and sastaticket immediately gave me another flight the same day. The communication was excellent and very efficient. I was surprised that they managed to deal with the issue in such a fast manner. Living in the UK, I have not seen ticketing companies work to such efficiency. 😎
I have not good experience the vendor you registered over here Kainat travel too much disturbed me before travelling,initially they shifted my Departure time from 4:15 to 8:15 Pm ,
Than after reaching terminal at 7:30 pm I asked for my ticket confirmation at 8:15 pm ,the representative replied we have not any time available which are departing from Multan to Karachi .
Finally talk with the Kainat travel Representative my time was confirmed at 10:15 pm .

Sastaticket.pk should review their refund policy as they must not charge 30 percent fee on changing the bus time. I booked my bus ticket from Rawalpindi to khanewal and it was mistakenly booked at 11:30 pm instead of 12 pm on 11-06-2022. When i call for customer care they ask they can change the bus timing to 12 pm on same day but it will cost me 30%. This is wrong as when u can change the timing then why is there 30% charged fee. Also, other competitors in online ticketing don't cost anything for changing the bus timing.
Two problems.
1. Even after complete payment of the online ticket purchase, still they didn't send me a confirmed reservation. Rather they needed to personally call them to verify.
2. After a month of making the purchase and near to my flight schedule, they revealed that one flight leg of my itinerary has been canceled by the airline with a non-viable alternate (with the change of airport in London). This, I think, is a non-professional attitude.
I feel while purchasing international ticket, all required info / document should be obtained while booking the ticket, like copy of passport etc, rather than a "very important" email sent separately after sending the confirmed ticket, that might be missed or skipped.
I was given wrong information, and was told that Covid testing is mandatory, while it was not needed.
The session of booking process kept on getting timed out. It was five tries later that i was able to complete it.
Also, i need separate bill of rhe adult ticket which your company was not able to provide me even after 72 hours and your helpline representatives kept on saying we have forwarded this to our finance department and they will shortly respond.
Pathetic experience, not using again.
1st time i booked the ticket from sasta ticket. Like the name its service is also sasta. At least you should give the option to print the proper ticket. There is no option for passenger cnic. I booked the ticket of my younger brother who was travelling 1st time, you people put him on high risk to miss his next flight also. Shame on you
I recently booked a ticket from Lahore to Karachi.
I made the payment through my meezan bank account, payment of 22023 rs. Was deducted from my account however no ticket was confirmed, when I contacted sasta ticket helpline they told me that no payment is received and I was asked to contact my bank, and when I did the same the bank told me that payment is not on hold from bank side and has been made to sasta ticket.
My amount is stuck and no one is answering about my money.
Worst pathetic customer service even given by sasta ticket.
For the first time, I used sastaticket for my visa to UAE. The tickets and visa process were seamless. Yesterday I got a return ticket booked through sastaticket however by mistake I selected the evening flight for Karachi assuming that I had chosen a morning flight (Ref Order No 1647412). Later when I received details I had to pay extra to change flight which was somewhat disappointing, although no fault of sastaticket.
Recommendation ... Kindly give an option to show flight details including details on the same page wherein one has to fill and pay online through debit/credit card so as to avoid uncertainty.
* App UI is good.
* Good & quick customer support service.
Only one thing I want to suggest that kindly mention the Daewoo bus terminal actual addresses in Hyderabad city.
E.g: There are two Daewoo bus terminals in Hyderabad. So I the city search drop down menu write Hyderabad & Hyderabad City.
So please mention Hyderabad - Hala naka terminal & for Hyderabad City mention Hyderabad City - Badin Stop Terminal.
