Scooter looks to be good quality at a reasonable price and free shipping was great to NZ, arrived quite quickly and looks mint

1st 2 orders arrived on time and had no issues. Last order I was sent the wrong item, received on a Friday and called to arrange for it to be sent back and the right item sent to me I was told it’s nearly 4pm Friday afternoon and all staff had finished for the weekend. I was asked to send a email and they would contact me Monday morning. A week later and I still have received a phone call or received an email from them.

Would highly recommend Scooter Village, saved $30 through them with added bonuses and delivery to my door couldn’t be happier!

Utterly stoaked!! The staff who packed the scooter went above and beyond. I wrote ‘Happy Birthday’ as the name of the company so my son would see it when the package arrived. The legends at Scooter Village wrote a happy birthday message AND threw in a couple of limited edition stickers 🤙🏼 Shot guys, sincerely, you made his and my day with your kindness. Great scooter but no sicker supplied, scuff on the rubber handle and the thick material on the top of the board that you stand on is lifted near the handle.
My son worked hard to save his money to buy this scooter and I told him to return it but he wait and wanted it for so long he’s accepted the scooter as is.
I feel so terribly sad for him
Is there anything you can do for him ?
