My boyfriend lost a ring similar to this one a few months back and was distraught about it. Not only did this store have exactly what I wanted in a product, but was made out of very good materials and had a flawless design of my boyfriends favorite video game. I definitely recommend shopping with them, and I would also like to buy more things from them in the future.

These rings are absolutely beautiful. Score Jewelry fit both of us perfectly. The color on the inside was not as vivid blue as the picture showed, but we love them! We cannot wait until we get to wear them for good.

Me and my partner have ordered our wedding rings 8 weeks ago we are growing very concerned we haven't had any updates from yourselves and we have tried every way to contact you via email etsy and facebook all we want is an update on what's happening with our order we have spent alot of money with you and these are something special for our wedding day we just want answers is that too much to ask for. We have raised a dispute with the correct people and I will be looking into your company in depth and will be making everyone aware incase this is a scam which I personally think is discusting duping hard earned money out of people especially when wedding are Stressful enough to organise.

The design is beautiful and it has an incredible uniqueness that we could not have found anywhere else! Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size, but Score told us that Score Jewelry will send us a new one in the correct size and all we need to pay for is shipping!

Shipping took awhile as it was coming from overseas and the tracking disappeared for a week but when the product finally showed up it was Fantastic, I was quite pleased just bummed Score Jewelry didn't have the ring in a smaller size.

We've been shocked with the quality of both the service and products we have received! We absolutely love the rings and the engravings matched exactly as how we sent them. Jonathan has been a humungous help! He has been with us every step of the way: from questions, purchase, and follow-up. Kudos to him! The size of my ring doesn't quite fit too well, but Jonathan assured me that I will get the right fitting ring, and we're working things out right now!

Score Jewelry are terrible. Ordered in March 2020. As of January 2021 still no merchandise or refund. Customer Service won't respond. Spend elsewhere!

Everything went smoothly and even changed the writing like I wanted. Shipped pretty fast and the rings look so good!

Horrible horrible horrible! On April 8th I placed an order for matching bands. A 6mm and a 8mm. I was told that the 8mm would be ready in a week and the 6mm in 2-4 weeks. I had them put in writing that Score Jewelry would NOT ship anything from China. They assured me that they customized ALL their work in Canada. After a month I started sending regular emails and Facebook messages asking them what was taking so long. Finally in late May they sent me a tracking number... from CHINA! Not only that but they didn't even make the 6mm! At first they said they would send it but then when I pressed about the China tracking number they got incredibly rude. I asked to just give me a refund and I would return it but they refused, even on the ring they didn't make! It took 86 days to just get the first ring. They did tell me that they made two 8mm rings, but I wanted a 6mm women's ring, not a mans. After much back and forth they agreed to refund my money, but get this... they said I had to wait until Chinas item gets here and I wasn't allowed to open the package and I was to ship Chinas ring to Canada! I also was not allowed to send it ups or fed ex, only regular mail and I was NOT allowed to insure it! Then once they get it back THEY would determine if I had "tampered" with opening the box and if I did then they wouldn't refund my money! Seriously? If the TAPE had been messed with then they get to keep my $153? Omg. I could not believe that these people think that they can lie about shipping, lie about where they are from and lie about how long it would be and then refuse to even make one of the rings AND keep my money! Insane! I had been waiting months! Just to get it over with, I told them I would just keep the 8mm and to just refund me for the 6mm, but again they said NO and they even blocked me on Facebook because I shared this ordeal with friends! They have a physical address in Canada but it's not legit and they also have a phone number but it's not legit either. It's just a generic recording. Their website says they do all their customized work in Canada but use a distribution center in China. So why would they make custom rings in Canada and then when they are finished, ship it to China for China to ship to the U. S? That makes NOOO sense!
I finally had to contact PayPal and FORCE them to refund my money! I agreed to keep the 8mm like I had offered them earlier because I didn't want to wait months to ship it back. So I got my money back for the 6mm and the 8mm came today. I can't believe that they thought PayPal would side with them. The rings I got were ok, nothing spectacular. Just be warned, these people lie and they are nothing but Chinese cons!

I paid for rings in early June I did not receive them. After trying again and again to contact them through their website and email as well as messenger I finally got a reply from their Etsy account just to be told to email them. Very poor company I would avoid.

Bought for my husand as a wedding band and he absolutely loves it, but I bought it a size too big. Jonathan was more than willing to let me keep the over sized ring and ship me the correct one for the price of shipping. Lovely company, a delight to not only work with, but talking to him, he seemed sincere and was very helpful, should I ever need another ring, or if I have any friends who need them, I definitely will be sending them straight to him. Very happy.

"Received the ring extremely fast! It came much quicker then I thought (less then two weeks) and it's absolutely beautiful. The craftsman ship is next to flawless and the engraving is beautiful too.
