Had our lazy boy sofa delivered 9 days ago but the recliner wouldn't work so they took it back saying that someone would be in touch in 48 hours. Heard nothing so called again and told I would hear something in 72 hrs, heard nothing again so called them again today and was told the store would call me back and guess what? No call but they still have our money but we have no chair an no one has the decency to even call us back, what ever happened to customer service , none existent at SCS stay clear !
I walked into your Chelmsford store and was welcomed by a member of staff. I was told to walk around and tell him if I liked any sofa.
I choose a sofa and went back to the member of staff. He called over a lovely lady called Jackie. I showed her the sofa I liked. Jackie went through everything I wanted to know with me, in a very professional and knowledgeable way . (I purchased that sofa ) . Jackie is assert to your company.
Friendly but pushy salesman who also got a little grumpy when challenged. Felt like a hard sell company and the offers are confusing.
Absolutely disgusting service, i would not recommend. So many issues with delivery, I still have not received my sofa that was due to arrive 4 weeks ago.
