Clean oven! Efficient service from booking to getting our emailed receipt.
The guy who came just got on with it with minimum mess. I do think he could have asked for a dustpan and brush to sweep up some of the crusty stuff he left in the floor. But other than that, would use them again.

Left the oven covered in scratches that were not there before, doors were smeared, cleaning liquid not cleaned up properly, and some parts of oven still grease. Excepted more for £100 would not recommend or use again
