I wish I could a great review but I cant. I ordered these garments for Father's Day and I actually haven't received anything I checked my email and it's asking for and I'm like of what … me being a mommy of 5 I'm always ordering something I'm not sure how i missed this 100 dollar purchase but I did I will be emailing the company for my garments… I love my shapewear and was really looking forward to seeing my body being snatched in this

I placed my order on 9/14. It is now 9/27 and I still don't have the one item that I ordered! The item was expected on the 18th! This is ridiculous. For $60 I expected things to be better and for someone to reach out when it's such a delay. This email for instance. Today is the 27th however this email says it's out for delivery and is expected by the 23rd. Obviously that's not right. Beyond disappointed in this company.

I'm giving it 3 stars only because as a first time customer I love extra discount. So to come to your website and you advertising that I'd get an extra 10% off my purchase by giving you my email and then not get it at checkout, was upsetting. I understand that I got a discount because of your holiday discounts but new customers should always get an extra perk when Shapellx first order no matter what.

Update: I got my order on the day I needed it after all but I had already left the house when it got there so I never got to use it for that event. I tried it afterwards and I love how it hugs in my postpartum belly and shapes my butt. My butt looks more rounded and from with it on. As for customer service interactions, Shapellx only answered my question on tracking but not my question on whether or not I could upgrade the shipping since it didn't ship out for a while or if I could cancel the order. I got another response after I put the initial review on ReviewFeeder and the rep said she responded already and gave me the same tracking number and said to wait. At that point I was frustrated with the response because I was really turned off and wanted to cancel either way but I'm glad I decided to wait because I do like this shaper.

Old review: I placed an order on 11/19 and the ETA given for standard shipping was 11/29 so /i chose standard shipping. A week later the tracking still shows that its at the original USPS facility and hasn't shipped so I reached out to customer service who said there were delays and the problem was that I chose standard shipping. I am baffled by that answer because had I known of delays I would've paid for faster shipping...

I tried to reach out at least 5 times afterwards to see if shipping could upgraded or something and no response so I just want to cancel at this point. It's now 12/01 and no shipping has happened and no one has gotten back to me. I reached out 4 more times to cancel because I find it sketchy that I've been ignored and I'm not trying to be scammed.

I bought this shaper especially for an event coming up on 12/04. I would wear it when going out with friends as well.

I saw many Instagram ads advertising this business and the ads seems convincing so I wanted to try it.

The 2-star rating is not because of the product, but because the product was advertised at $52.80 with a 20% discount. Total cost at checkout was $57.80. Even factoring in the shipping of $5.95, that is not a 20% discount. I had a promo code offering a 10% discount, applied it, and it still checked out at $57.80. This is very disappointing and discourages me as a repeat customer. I could have tried to continue to search the multiple other websites offering this project, but I chose to stick with you. If you are willing to rectify this issue, I hope someone could make the change and apply the discount on this current purchase, and not offer me another discount for another product.

Order processing and Customer service is trash. You guys Left me no choice but to have the item refunded.
Firstly, the tracking info was sent 3 DAYS AFTER the item was apparently already delivered. Of course, the item was stolen since it was just sitting around for 3 days
When I reached out the company, I asked for the item to be resent. In steps "Catherine" the most incompetent of them all.
Catherine asked if I wanted the item resent 5 times, after I clearly requested the item be resent at least 3 times throughout our interaction, which btw she only responded 1 message at a time over the course of a week (even though I responded within 5 mins of each email). It gave the impression she preferred i ask for a refund. The return / exchange process was such a hassle that I doubt I'll ever order from this company again and it was so irritating I'll ask friends to save themselves the trouble and avoid this sketchy website.

Swoon... Am I smitten right now? Why yes. Yes I am. I honestly told myself I would never shop online for shapewear. Between options you knew would never work for your body type and the painful limitations in sizes. Yet here I found myself, tore between what I want to purchase first. Finally. A shop that reflects real body types with real options. Am actually really excited to receive my first order. Like... Eeeeeeeeeee!

Initially, after receiving my product, it was comfortable. After about 3 days, it started rolling down while I was at work. Since I work in law enforcement and wear a uniform, that was very uncomfortable and annoying to have to go to the restroom and take it off each time. I wore it again Christmas day and it rolled again (from the top downward). I just feel like I've purchased, yet, another product that does not deliver the results as promised.

Really difficult to buy from France. FedEx no give me answer during. 1 week and the don't put following in a server.
I contact us everyday and after 1 week of silence Shapellx tell me, "we don't know we're your Order is but we going to follow it and call you back.

I right them a message to explain emans ask if. Shapellx known what's the problem with my order, but I never Had a message.

It is august 15th, I placed an order on the 7th, after emailing and sending a dm I still haven't received a response from this company. The tracking is disabled on the shop app and on Usps. I will be requesting my money to be refunded especially if they're tell people it can take 7 days but don't respond to paying customers. That's the worst customer service

So I shared the link with three individuals, two which purchased the same day. I never received my savings of $30. Which would actually add up to $60 at this point. I think what bothers me the most is that I prayed the company so much because I was gifted the shape wear before I purchased my own and I was ecstatic about the savings and I ended up never receiving them.

I actually think that outfit matters more in case a human being wants to communicate with other people. Of course, the vast majority of people doesn't care about how do you look like, nevertheless Shapellx take your outfit into account in order to determine whether you impress them or not. It's based in the psychology of people actually. I have decided to acquire some more clothes for my wardrobe because I understand that people like other people looking handsome/beautiful. So, I applied to this company and ordered some clothes here. The quality is excellent, the shipping was rapid.

Omg! I have went through so many fajas to find the right one for me. This is the right one! I love the way it accentuates my curves! Also it was cheaper than the other brands I have purchased. It's better than the Faja I purchased from the post-op surgeon's office. I am 5'7 and 208 pounds with a 32 inch waist and 50 inch hip/buttocks ratio and the X-large fits me perfect! It's not too tight on my thighs like the others (would cut the circulation off in my thighs with too much compression on my butt although Shapellx fit good on my stomach). It's even comfortable to sleep-in.

This was my first order with shapelix I just had surgery and I needed a compression garment and the delivery service sent mine to the wrong address and I was about a week late I finally got that one but for the inconvenience shapelix
made things right and Shapellx offered to send me a new one or to refund me my money and I thought that was great customer service and stand behind their product

The shapewear was comfortable enough for the 8 or 9 hours that I wore it. It reduced my waist by about 1 to 1 1/2 inches but the main reason for buying the shapewear was to hide/reduce my stomach that overhangs ("apron" stomach). Unfortunately this particular style didn't do that. I'm not sure if there is a style that helps with that particular problem.

I was trying to use my address but it would not let me I have been waiting for a response for days from your company nobody has gotten back to my email I'm disappointed in your website and what it says because it would not accept my address which was an acceptable one but did not work I'm mad mor now I had to have it shipped to my sister then have her send it to me when she gets it which is ridiculous cause your company is in California and hawaii is closer to you guy my order now has to go to teaxas to my sister then to me I really would like a response this is upsetting and shows me your website is full of lies in the shipping policies I will change my review of the experience to get the product after I speak to some one

I absolutely loved this band. I had to come back to try the Shapeware. I bought other bands that tricked me showing the same videos. Shapellx were uncomfortable and when you sat down or moved they rolled and the fat popped out. I almost didn't give this friend a chance from the bad experience but I'm so happy I did! This band is comfortable and I can wear it doing everything. I am actually going to go take a nap and I will be wearing my band. Lol

These sizes are mis-leading I wear a size 22-24 this is the 3rd item I have purchased and the 6 x is way to small. And the waste band belt is to cumbersome to put it on alone. The product is good and the delivery time was great but this is not for women with large tummies. I will have to regrettable return it. Just know if you have a large tummy this is not what you think it is.

I love shopping with this company I never have any regrets as far as shopping with this company I love the fact that y'all are on messenger most of the time I get a response in about 24 hours and Shapellx will address any concerns that I may have about any order that is present pending or in the past I was sent out an item after the zipper broke and I had it a few months and they still sent me out of brand new replacement really awesome customer service and you are appreciated thank you for your speedy delivery and all of the above never have had any hassle

This company charged me almost 300 dollars for 3 things almost a week ago and it still has not shipped and Shapellx are not interactive. This is a company based in China and I obviously have not received my product yet but it will likely be of bad quality when I do. So far it appears to be a TOTAL SCAM. A predatory business swindling people out of money they don't have. I want a refund.
