Do not order from this company. The worst customer service ever. 0 overall rating
We ordered Senior Banners for baseball and track. Track banners arrived last week, my order confirmation says it has been fulfilled. No, it only included 2 out of 6 banners. I have been on hold for 4 days, an hour and a half each day, or until my phone went dead. I have written to them on their online chat everyday for 5 days. Finally today I waited them out. My phone was at 1:36. Long story short, ShinDigz have no idea where our banners are in the production process. I asked, have they been started? "we don't know." Will they make it here before baseball season is over,?" we don't know." Is there anyway to track them by the production number?," no, there is no way. " Our booster club will never order anything through Shindigz again.

Charged for an order that never shipped!
I placed an order on 5/6, with guaranteed shipping of 5/27. I was charged on 5/18 so I assumed it had been shipped. On 5/26 I checked to see where the item was in transit. To my surprise it hadn't shipped. ShinDigz told me they are behind and would cancel the order. It's been a week and still no refund. Received a generic email from them today saying order was cancelled and the hold on my credit card will disappear. I told them they charged me on 5/18. I just now received a note saying they credited me on 5/27. They clearly can't get their crap together. Would never order from them again. Would advise others to look at their Facebook page where so many customers are angry or annoyed with the lack of communication from this company.

Pleasantly Surprised!
I read some of the past reviews and I was skeptical, but the products and pricing ShinDigz were offering were so great I figured I would give them a chance and take it as a lesson learned if something went wrong with my order. I was also ordering my supplies somewhat last minute so I didn't know if I would get them on time. Well, not only did I get ALL of the items I ordered on time, ALL of the items were exactly as described. Not sure if there is new management since any of the negative comments or maybe I was just lucky, but I just had to write a good comment since I was actually expecting to be writing a different type of comment here. They really did a great job! I will definitely use them again in the future!

Unreliable
Unreliable - Shindigz only sent 8 plates (I ordered 24) to go with the matching napkins, decorations, etc. for my 18-20 guests. The table would look like crap to have only 8 matching plates! ShinDigz require me to pay 15% restocking fee, and postage for return necessitated by their error. If I wanted mismatched plates, I could have gone to Goodwill for a lot less than the $60 I spent at Shindigz for matching stuff. More insulting - learned of the problem and asked them to cancel the order several hours before UPS records show the box was collected, so they could have saved us all a lot of headache by puling the shipment before it ever left the store. Use a more reliable party supply site!

Never shop here! I give this ZERO stars
This is the worst company! ShinDigz shipped purchase after the delivery date promised. I sent several emails to contact them with no response until i took pictures of delivery tracking and very detailed email about how unhappy I was with their service. The customer service number was never working, they referred you to their website for customer service attention (joke)... This company sucks! Waste of money and blamed it on short staff due to our current lack of staff Covid situation. If this is the case, send out an email to notify your customers your product will be a month late and that your staff is ill. Extremely disappointed. Will never purchase from this company again.

No Show
I ordered 3 graduation yard signs and some other personalized item for my 3 girls. ShinDigz didn't mail the items when they said they would. When they finally shipped the items, the yard signs were not in the shipment. They didn't contact me to tell me that there was a problem with the signs. I waited almost month before I contacted them. Enlough time to get their act together. Yoou can't call them, so I email and ask what the problem was. They tell me they don't know when the items will be shipped. I don't know why they didn't contact me and give me the option to cancel my order. My girls were the only ones without a graduation sign in our neighborhood. Never again.

I called in and spoke to someone who said I can pay...
I called in and spoke to someone who said I can pay an additional $31 to have my item here tomorrow OR $15 more to have it here by Friday. As I was accepting to pay the $15 for Friday Delivery she "pretented" she couldnt hear me and hung up. At first I thought she really just couldnt hear me but Now each time I call someone else tells me its not possible to have it here by friday unless I pay the $31! I assuming she realized she made a mistake and No one seems to care about what this FIRST person I spoke to told me. No supervisor around, ShinDigz say a call back from one can take up to 2 days! REALLY!? HORRIBLE Customer Service and trust me I will Let it be known!

A WASTE OF MONEY! DONT PURCHASE PRINTS FROM THIS COMPANY
I ordered personalized Key Tags from this company. In the proof/preview the print was gorgeous. Bright and beautiful. What I received was a hot piece of horrid trash! How could ShinDigz even approve this? Like what company confidently pushes out orders of this quality. You couldn't even read the tags the print was so light and the print quality made them look as though they had been printed 30 years ago! Super pixalated and unprofessional. Just embarrassing! I seriously can't believe they sent the key chains in this condition. Do yourself a favor and go with a company that doesnt print your order from basic 30 year old printers. Bootleg ass company.

Great site!
Great site! After reading all the negative comments about this site i was very hesitant. My event isnt until June 2014, but i figured id get a head and order now in case i ran into any problems. NOT THE CASE! I ordered a lot of the safari themed products and even personalized banners. The jungle tree was a little bent due to packaging but not to fuss about. I placed my order on 3-15-14 and received it 3-25-14. I oped to receive it all at once so the personalized banners and the animal standees was made to order so that to a few extra days. Customer service was Great, products are great, and ill definitely be using this website again.

THE WORST, NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Ordered 44 Fatheads. ShinDigz came relatively on time. Forgot to order one, so paid expedited shipping. Customer Service NEVER RETURNS EMAILS. I have been on hold for over an hour on their 800 number waiting for one of their amazing customer service agents. Their call back option DOESN'T WORK. They have no online chat as they state. The customer service agents DO NOT RETURN EMAILS. Don't tell me to call and ask for Customer Service Managers without giving me their extension. Social Media contact took down my post on facebook but didn't find the time to respond to my question. Just ship my order like I paid for--is that so difficult?

Terrible service
I ordered a custom banner for my daughters graduation. It clearly says on the website 3 days for production of the banner. It even gives a date when it will be received by. After 3 WEEKS went by I called to inquire where it was. My account showed it wasn't even in production yet. REALLY. I could have ordered it from another company. I sent an email to them and it says their response time is 24 hours. Never received an email back. There is not customer service number to call and limited hours for a live chat. Finally was able to reach someone via live chat and asked for a refund. Will never order anything from Shindigz again

Huge Disappointment
Ordered a large moon for our Prom. Paid extra for shipping so it would ship at the latest on the day we needed it. Downloaded Shop App as the site suggested to track package. Never showed tracking or sent notifications. Each time I checked, it read, "order purchased."
If you call, you can't speak with anyone. The message says to go to website. When you try to set up a chat, you can't submit. ShinDigz finally did email. They apologized and said it will arrive on our prom date (May 7) at the latest. Today is May 10 and it never arrived. I'm hoping now it never will and we will be refunded. No response when I emailed about this.

Frustrating experience
I am so sad this experience was awful so far. I ordered decorations, one special order banner that was expensive. I got my shipment and the very expensive banner was not in the order. However it was showing on the invoice as in the shipment. I have sent emails (5) and tried calling. This last time I was on hold for 120 minutes before I hung up. That led me to believe there is nobody answering phones. You just get the bad recording over and over. I called and tried the option to have a call back, it just put me back in the queue. I wished I had read the reviews before I placed my order - I may be SOL on my banner

My order didn't even come in on time
I made an order through ShinDigz for my younger brother's high school graduation party. I was told at the time of placing the order to expect the package by 5/17. Well the day before came and I had received no shipping confirmation from the company so I called and spoke with a rep. She informed me that the date is the shipped by date--not the delivered by date. Since when do people want to know when a package will ship by rather then when it will be delivered by? Sadly I will not be receiving the product before the graduation party. Once orders have been processed ShinDigz cannot be returned either...

I'd recommend Shindigz to anyone!
Apart from the high shipping cost, I got my products (all the to ON Canada) within 1 week of ordering. The cinderella carriage candle holder, magic lamp candle holder and bird cage centerpieces for my wedding were bigger than I expected (which is good, works to my advantage) & ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! Amazing quite and the shipping cost was totally worth it! I wouldn't have had such beautiful fairytale wedding centerpieces without Shindigz, especially the magic lamp (aladdin tables) which I couldn't find anywhere else.
Also, my questions were answered right away. Amazing and friendly customer service!

Very poor customer service
I typically do not write poor reviews but I am completely disappointed in this company. I have no idea where the majority of order is (even though I received an email saying it was delivered and all I received was a small set of plates out of the $322 order). The 4x I've called and waited for close to an hour and never got past the "16th caller in line". The online chats were not helpful and when I requested a transcript of the chat I never received it. The 4 emails I've sent have yet to be responded to or helpful. It's very frustrating to not receive any update. I do not recommend this company.

Avoid this company at all cost
Avoid this company at all cost. I tried to work with them with the wrong address shipping issue. ShinDigz will not budge. They do not check all packages they ship to. So if u screw on your shipment, you're screwed on your money. I hope greed is worth the complains you'll get from me.

My package was shipped to wrong address. They will not reimburst my $6.99 shipping and would charge another $6.99 if I want the package ship again. They would not even discount shipment discount for re-shipment out of customer courtesy.

I AM SHOCKED!
I haven't yet written a review for these guys even though ShinDigz were one of my first companys I ordered from. Since February I have ordered 4 times from Shindigz and each time MORE than satisfied! I like to order their wine labels for all my events and personalized ANYTHING always makes a great gift or adds that personal touch to your party! I was so shocked to see these reviews. Ordering was a breeze and shipping was a delight as well. Within 5 days. Right now were planning my brother-in-laws Mason Ball for March and I fully plan on going to Shindigz for all my personalized party needs!

Not even a last resort consideration!
I ordered from Shindigz/Stumps and did not receive my order in time, although I paid over $25 for express. Anyway, I ordered a custom banner and a yard sign. When I did receive my order, the banner quality was poorly done, (and it was the entire banner so no way the pic would have been the problem!) and one of the items was missing. I emailed customer service indicating I wanted to be reimbursed for the missing piece, ShinDigz never acknowledged my email but I "mysteriously" received the missing item, which is clearly of no use to me now. I will never order from this company again.

They are a mess right now!
Please spare yourself and do not use them right now. I had to wait on hold for 2 1/2 hours Just to figure out what the status of my order was. We ordered high school banners, ShinDigz arrived two weeks late, there was one missing, and it was so pixelated that we couldn't even hang them up. There were no errors or warnings during the review process that would've showed there was issues with the pixelation, so it was a processing issue. They will not return my emails. We've use them in the past and they've been great, but it's clear they have some serious issues going on right now.
