Shoebacca to the rescue!
I bought this shoe from another MAJOR retail store online, for my wife, as by the time I really started paying attention the the awesomeness that the Puma Future Rider Series are, most of the nicest styles were out of my size... including this "Air Plane Mode (APM)" sneaker. The other retailer sent the shoe out and as I attempted to surprise my wife, we both got a surprise... I laced up the left shoe, presented it to her foot, and then laced up the other shoe... excited with how the left shoe felt, she took the other shoe from me to put it on... only to realize, it too was a LEFT foot shoe... I tried to get online and reorder her size but ShoeBacca were all gone. I spent the rest of the weekend looking for stores that may have the shoe, and that is where Shoebacca came to the rescue! We had to go a size smaller, but this shoe is surprisingly versatile, and it worked out just perfect! Although we took an L with the other retailer, actually 2 L's (shame on their QC Department!)... Shoebacca got us right. Thank you!

I always like to review the order before I place the...
I always like to review the order before I place the order. Once I got to inputting payment information and shipping information there is no opportunity for me to review the order one last time. We really nice for you to give the option to review order on the payment and order screen, or just provide the order information so when you place the order you can have confirmation of what you just ordered. Also, the site is super slow and the pop-up for the $10 off kept coming up, even though I signed up for it.

Bad exchange experience due to wrong sizing
I order a size 10 (usually a 9 1/2). It's too big. I called to arrange an exchange for a size 9. ShoeBacca won't do an exchange. So I had to order another shoe size 9 and return one. More of an inconvenience then anything. I also had taken advantage of your $10 off coupon as a first time customer and sadly that went to the size 10 order. So I lost that with the size 9 order unfortunately.

They sent a return label. I’m just now waiting for the size 9 shoes so I can compare sizing. I’ll keep the best fitting ones and return the others.

Beautiful shoes, but they didn't fit...
Great overall experience. The site was easy to use, and my ordered arrived on time. Depending on the style of shoe and brand I can fit into sizes anywhere from5.5 to 6.5. I ordered a size 6, but couldn't even get my foot all of the way inside. I called customer service, and spoke to a woman about returning the shoes. She sent me a return shipping label and that was it. I'm bummed the shoes didn't fit, but everything else was great. I will definitely shop here again :)

The customer service rep was polite and helpful. I think I was on the phone for a total of 5 minutes.

Free Socks
I bought ASICS. Five minutes after making the purchase a deal was sent to my email that added 6 pair of Asics socks with each order. I asked to be included in this offer but was not. This was a disappointment. I did receive the shoes and glad I read the customer comments and ratings. One recommended getting a 1/2 size larger because the shoes ran small. I did and good think. ShoeBacca fit with no room to spare. If I would have ordered my usual size they would be too small and be coming back.

Very user friendly site.

Promotional code provided encouraged todays purchase. Extra Savings helps during these economic hardships. Please consider adding Afterpay, Klarna, Sezzle etc as a payment alternative for your patrons, will definitely drive more purchases and repeat customers visits. Was very disappointed not to see those alternatives offered and was only able to make a small purchase because of the customer purchasing limitations through Shoebacca.

Unsatisfied customer
I ordered (2) pair of size 10 shoes and when ShoeBacca arrived, although labeled as size 10, they certainly didn't fit like size 10s as they were way too small. After talking with Shoebacca they indicated that I could not simply exchange them for another size or even receive a store credit, but could only have my credit card reimbursed. Typically this wouldn't be a problem, however I used a gift card that was now empty so I had thrown it away. Terrible customer service. I guess I will donate the shoes. Lesson learned... Stick with Amazon or Zappos.

Puma too small
The shoe brand PUMA runs small. Always be sure to order one size larger. I've ordered several pairs of PUMA from Shoebacca, and ShoeBacca are great shoes and affordable. Nice colors and styles. I absolutely love them, but they run small. I would definitely order them again, but one size up.

Customer Service representative Monica was absolutely rude, and unprofessional. Upon speaking with a supervisor by the name of Sarah, my complaint was handled appropriately, and very professionally. Monica needs a different job working out of the customer service industry. Sarah was amazing.

All good
All good. But I do have to flip my phone when I'm ordering shoes. Another words I cannot see the size if I hold my phone in its normal portrait position. I have to change to landscape in order for the sizes to show up. It would also be nice if you could list the sizes of the shoe in Korean sizes which is the I guess mm as example 295. A 295 mm will always be a 295 mm but a 295 mm could either be considered a 11 1/2 or a 12. But it will always be a 295

Two Birkenstocks
I looked everywhere for my size (Side 38) in the Copper color Birkenstocks! Luckily, I found them on ShoeBacca. I've never heard of the website and this was my first time trying out a new Brand (Birkenstocks) so I was a bit skeptical but, I took a chance. Surprisingly, ShoeBacca had another color (Silver) in them in my size so I went ahead and bought those too. The color on the sight seemed to appear a little darker (like a gray) so I thought they would be nice. The color turned out to be way more silver than I expected so I needed to return those. Return was seemless and super easy. I had free shipping from the original order so I didn't need to pay an extra return shipping fee which was awesome! I love the Copper Birkenstocks and the size fits me perfectly! I normally wear a 7 1/2 or 8. I've been wearing a lot of Crocs Brand flips lately and I wear a size 8 with them. The Birkenstocks I got are very similar in material and very lightweight and comfortable. The buckle straps are adjustable so depending on the girth of your foot you can adjust them accordingly. I have narrow skinny feet so I had to put them on the tightest setting but they are still nice and comfy. I will be shopping again with ShoeBacca. My overall experience was great for a first time shopper!

Website colors
Overall I am happy, however, I found that the colors on your website were not vivid enough or clear enough. I ordered what I thought was a dark tan and got gray and ordered what I thought was light tan and got a medium tan and then placed a second order for again what I thought was light tan and got the same ones as I had ordered. I like the gray anyway as well as the other ones and will use both pairs of the same shoes eventually so am not going to return them

Your site is not user friendly
Your site is not user friendly. I could not find a search bar. Had to Google the item including the name; Shoebacca to find it. I did a previous Google search of the item which is how I knew your site had it. Also attempted to pay for the item with Pay Pal. After 2 mins of not being directed. I had to start the order over again and pay with my CC. Not a real good first experience. It usually doesn't take 7 mins to buy something that I had previously researched.

Wrong the First Time
I ordered shoes in my correct size the first time around from Shoebacca via amazon and I received the wrong shoe. After tons of emails, and time and even a return fee to amazon. I did get my shoes. When I started a new dialogue, to Shoebacca's credit, ShoeBacca gave me a refund but I would have appreciated the correct shoes the first time around and not waiting.

At first, they were very unhelpful but then I started a new email chain and shoebacca was helpful.

Awesome deal and quality
I bought a pair of basketball sneakers for my son for him to play basketball in. He loves the design and everything about the sneakers. He wears when he is playing basketball and hasn't complained to me about anything with them. I also like the price, these were the best priced basketball sneakers I could find for him after looking at many sites. Oh and the shipping was quick as well. He had his shoes within 2 days of placing the order. Will definitely come back when he needs more footwear. Thanks.

First time shopper at Shoebacca
First time shopper at Shoebacca. Today shopping experience is good. But I ran into problem with this purchase yesterday and I called. It seems I was talking to multiple persons at the same time and none offered any good answer. So I hung up. I emailed my problem to your generic email address. The email got bounced back saying:
"550 5. 7. 1 relaying denied for recipient in "RCPT TO:<*******@email. Shoebacca. Com>" "
I just about giving up shopping at your site and decided to give it one more go today. And it went smoothly.

Pleasant Surprise
Unfamiliar with Shoebacca, I was hesitant to turn over my credit card info and place an order, especially at the height of the holiday shopping season.
My hesitation quickly turned to comfort as Shoebacca did a wonderful job of keeping me up to date by literally informing me with each step (verified product was on-hand, being picked, picked, packed and shipped).
The product received had been packed with care and was received much quicker than anticipated AND WAS EXACTLY WHAT I ORDERED.
We'll executed, EXCEEDED expectations and absolutely no drama.

Bit tight
I wore it to walk around to try and break it in but felt the shoe was a bit tight. I made sure it's a 2E but I felt like it was not 2E. I buy only Asics 2E size 8 but this one was a bit tight on the side. Not sure if it was style? But I bought this to run in but now I feel this is not the right shoe. I am planning to run in the Rock n Roll `1/2 marathon in San Jose on Oct. 3rd but looks like I will have to find something else. I hope i can return this shoe.

Puma too small
I placed an order for a pair of sneakers and after placing the order discovered that the sizes run small. I called back immediately within 10 mins to ask to change sizes and was informed that the entire order would have to be cancelled, and I would have to re-order the shoes again. I was not happy about that situation as I too am in customer service (Regional Director to be exact)and there are ways to change orders. Apparently, it isn't the way Shoebacca operates. An additional reason for the rating was the fact that I had a representative by the name of Monica who doesn't seem like she wants to work. Sounded to me like she just was there and needed a paycheck. She had very poor customer service with a very bad attitude. She acted like it was too much for her to help me, and didn't want to deal with it. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she came back on the line instead of a supervisor offering me a discount to accept the refund and deal with my credit card company about getting my money returned to the card. Her attitude was terrible. I proceeded to ask her was she the clerk or a supervisor, and she said to me and I quote. "I'm not a clerk I'm an agent". I then said well whatever you are let me speak to a supervisor I don't like your attitude. She proceeded to tell me "I don't like yours either", and placed me on hold. A few minutes later a supervisor by the name of Sarah got on the line, and was able to handle my problem and was kind in the process. She apologized for Monica's attitude and informed me ShoeBacca would pull the call and use it for coaching purposes and would reprimand Monica for her bad attitude. Sarah also offered me a 15% discount as well as offered to refund the $10 off promo code that I used. Sarah was very nice and handled the situation correctly. I was going to cancel the entire order and go elsewhere, but because of Sarah's kindness and helpful attitude, I re-ordered the shoes and an additional pair. Please give Sarah a pat on the back and Monica needs to learn better customer service. She almost caused your company to lose a valued customer. You can see from my previous orders I spend a lot of money. Thanks again Sarah, Monica you need further training.

In the beginning, the customer service was horrible. The customer service representative named Monica needs to be coached on how to properly handle customer's problems. After asking to speak to a supervisor and eventually speaking with one, my customer service experience became much better. Sarah the supervisor was amazing and very friendly and helpful.

Buy from SHOEBACCA, stay away from "shoe carnival"
Purchased from Shoebacca and shoe carnival for the first time at the same time. Shoebacca arrived on time and as advertised. Shoe carnival was scheduled to arrive the same day as Shoebacca. Was delivered to wrong address and customer service argued with me as to the order being delivered to wrong address. I know where I live and believe me it's not here. Saved all emails. And if it's true that shoe carnival records all conversations for quality and training purposes, then the representative for shoe carnival's attitude is saved as well via their own policy.

Cool shoes :)
I love the colors on the shoe, but I was not expecting the shoe to be leather. I was looking for a non-leather shoe, and I didn't see leather in the description for this shoe. I could have just not read the description correctly and skipped over it (wouldn't put it past myself), but that disappointed me a bit. I have gotten a lot of compliments, though. :)) )
I wore them to work where I am standing all day and have walked around town with them, and ShoeBacca are pretty comfortable. However, the tongue is made of a more durable material that rubs against my foot when wearing no-show socks, which is uncomfortable.
