I had a miserable experience when trying to place this order today. First call to your organization, I was helped greatly by Emily who was quite helpful to me. I was required to call back, hoping to get Emily, but my misfortune was to get Gus, who was most arrogant, unwilling to help me. I am a previous customer, from the Pet Ministry at St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Brick, NJ. I was trying to order bumper stickers to change the day of the month on our signs which we had ordered from Signs on the Cheap. When I originally purchased the signs, the kind Customer Love Team representative suggested we purchase bumper stickers to change the date each year. I was trying to accomplish that when Gus insisted on telling me about his job description, pay grade, and that Emily was going to get in trouble for helping me. He left me on hold for over 10 minutes and finally sent me over nothing which I had requested. Please search your recorded conversation log to hear what an arrogant uninformed person he is and does not represent Signs on the Cheap in a positive manner. I called back and was connected with Kelly, who made the requested date change to my previous order. I would like to compliment Emily and Kelly on their exceptional customer service today. To them, it was all about taking care of their customer's needs. Gus on the other hand was more interested in telling me about his pay grade and job description, than trying to help me. He should be fired as his attitude had me considering taking our lawn sign business elsewhere next year when we replace the existing signs we purchased in 2016. Very unhappy with the new website and design program. The other one was easier to use and it allowed me to see at a glance all my previous signs exactly as they appeared (not distorted like this, one at a time). Since I order signs every single month it was much better seeing all my old signs so all I had to do was change the date, color, etc. Your staff was very helpful getting me through this today and the thought of relying on others every time I order signs makes me uncomfortable.

Really disappointed to see how expensive shipping was. It took me a while to finish my design and when I went to order I saw the cheapest shipping would be $49??? I quickly price checked a few other sites and found their shipping rates closer to $15. I went ahead and purchased from you this time but will not use you again as now I know I can get much better shipping rates on other sites, with only slightly higher product prices (even with your 50% discount).

Signs On The Cheap has provided my company with affordable printing options unsurpassed from my local service providers. Even with shipping charges I save 40% or more with every order. Quality of ink lasts on my signs outside for months. In my area they get picked up so UV isn’t needed, but still the signs looks great. So well in fact I now print in full color.

I would really love to see the editing tool improve on this site. I had a hard time sizing my design I uploaded. There should be a 100% sizing option for people that design their sign on a different platform. If the editing software was better on this site, I would use it. The editor needs to have a rotate option and more font size options. A little improvement on that would make this site much easier to use. Thank you for considering my input.

Interface was a little bit inconvenient to try to figure out as my art uploaded sideways, and I wasn't able to adjust the orientation of my art to suit the landscape dimensions I wanted and initially selected. Then I used my brain, and went back to first select a PORTRAIT dimension, and uploaded my art once again- sideways as it did automatically- and realized once I receive these signs I can just turn them to the side and bam it's landscape like I want.

Signs are a great deal but shipping is insanely overpriced so the deals end up being good but not great. My last order weighed about 6 lbs and shipping was $49 - outrageous but tolerable only because the signs were so inexpensive. Sign quality is acceptable and the stakes are good and don't bend. I've ordered many times but the shipping catch is pushing my limits. For the time being would still recommend

Ordered signs uploaded image and set to my liking on sign concrete I was happy with my sign clicked next and saw the proof of sign And it was what I wanted Received signs my image was moved and it has a 2 inch gap all around area and made my image smaller. The image quality is very poor On signs contacted customer service and was told that the proof you see on there sight at final before paying is not what I am getting doesn’t make sense to me they all said if I needed any changes that I would need to reorder signs didn’t work for just lost 430 for signs basically but good luck

This is my second order with Signs on the Cheap and I'm very satisfied. The price is the best I've found and the product is excellent. Waiting a week for the item to arrive is a bit tough but considering the expense of the alternative, I'll wait. Packed well, delivered well, bright colors, exactly as ordered. What more (besides faster shipping options, with an upcharge of course) could I ask for? I've even sent other candidates their way for signs and they are equally happy, (and also want faster shipping options).

I am doing this order on Sunday and there is no support. the delivery amount changed twice and then it went up, I need these signs fast and so now I am paying more for 2 day delivery that the cost of the signs. I am the president of an arts council which is no profit. I can't wait for tomorrow or I will get the signs a day later.
if someone can call me Monday morning that would be great.

you offered me 50% discount, which is great but, when I didn't place the order, i received an email offering 55% discount, also great but, it didn't change the final amount it just increase the retail rate so that when the discount went from 50% to 55% the final amount owed was still the same. Kinda crappy on your part. I've ordered many things from you over the last 8 years and it's always been disappointing to pay your shipping rates (way too high for the volume I expect you do) But now, because of the dishonest 'discounts', I'll start looking for an alternative sign company.

I have a coupon code that I needed to apply and there was no box for me to input it... when I went to see the next page, it said your order will be paid when you hit the process my order button. I hit submit, and it charged my card. So I didn't get my discount, and it charged my card when I did not push process my order button. I am NOT happy. Then I called and your closed. 1. It would be awesome if you could make it easier to make a duplicate of a design you created so you could create a different version of it to try out
2. It would be interesting if you made an open source community where you allowed users to share their sign creations, comment on and use other peoples designs if they so choose. You could even give people who rated other peoples signs points that they could redeem for prizes or discounts. Since they're staying on your website longer it allows you to get more data from them and learn more about what type of signs people like or want to see/ would call. You can use this to train an AI to do the same thing. If you designed it right you could turn a easy fun task into a way you could make more money by charging sign designers a fee to have their signs pushed up in the algorithm to be rated by more users so they can get a better idea of the efficacy of their design.
3. It would be great if there was an AI to read your design and rate your sign designs readability, spelling and eye catching factor.
4. It would be very helpful if there was an easy way to see what the color choices on the sign designer look like in real life like user submitted photos attached to the color choices via a link to a popup

Pricing is a joke. I did a quote before I had the art (only uploading a blank file for that step), then went to order today WITH the actual art, and they are $2 more a piece. It tells you nowhere in the process until you actually add something to the cart, that it detects how many colors are in the file and adjusts the price from there. Never in my 20+ years of ordering print products have I seen a business do this. Beyond shady. Will never order or recommend.

BEWARE! This company will send you signs with the wrong colors. Then they try and blame it on you and try to sell you more signs. After weeks of waiting for them to address my complaint of the wrong colors on my signs, they finally send me an email stating that my Adobe proof PDF/X1a:2001 format had the wrong colors. Nonsense, I have been working in the graphic arts business for over 30 years. DON’T GET RIPPED OFF LIKE I DID…

Good so far. If the small signs look good, we might order our large signs from you as well. We post them in six states and order 100-300 signs a month. I wish your pricing on the larger signs were even near competitively priced. Your claimed fast turn around is why we are ordering from you this time. Our regular sign printer is giving dates for delivery in late June. We need the signs by June 7th. Hence, we are giving you a try.

I have loved using Signs on the Cheap over the years and have always been very satisfied with the ease of use for designs and the quality of the signs. Unfortunately, today I backed out of the payment area two times attempting to find information on how to input tax exempt information. I never found any online information concerning this. Plus, each time I went back into the payment area, the unit price increased. These three different prices occurred over the course of less than one hour. I'm now unsure of how to trust the prices on your site. Please investigate this and assure that I have received fair and just pricing. A refund between the highest and lowest price indicated would be appreciated and appropriate.

This company is so dishonest. The banner says 55% off, so one would think that is the price if you buy multiple. No. ONLY if you buy one for you get any discount. Buy 2 or more and it's the regular price for both..no discount even on the first one. Next, the shipping cost is ridiculous. I ship all the time and they are obviously quoting low prices for the signs (but not as low as you expect with the unusable promotional price) and ripping customers off at the very end with very high shipping costs. I spent over an hour designing my sign, only to cancel when I saw how dishonest they are.

Shipping is surprisingly high. It seems questionable to me that actual shipping costs are even half that. Looks like a bait-and-switch pricing to me. If not, I recommend a bit more front-end transparency. If so, it’s a sales process that feels deceptive. I’ll check elsewhere next time I order signs. The “one sign for 0.84” is really about $25. That feels bait-and-switch and doesn’t leave a customer feeling trust in the company. Short term wisdom, long term foolishness, imo.
