I ordered a literature rack with 9x12 pockets. One side measured 9.5 and the other 8.5 from the outside of the seams, so it wouldn’t even hold paper. They tried to get me to pay the 15% restocking fee AND return shipping.

I was sent white gloss when I ordered clear media… I received my order very quickly but it was not what i ordered

Signworld was able to complete my rush order and overnight delivery for a large format vinyl banner sign and stand within 3 days (production to delivery). I live in Florida and my sign needed to be delivered to Memphis, TN; the team at Signworld was extremely fast in production, was very good with communication and most importantly the prices for the sign, rush order and delivery were very reasonable. I want to thank Signworld for their incredible help; everyone was amazed at the clarity & quality of the large format print!

The signs are very nice exactly what we ordered. A little disappointed in the way they were packaged and shipped (or should I say the lack of packaging. Nothing between the signs to prevent scratching; there were several areas that were scratched, fortunately only on the edges so it does not detract from the overall sign. Also, the single-sided corrugate did not hold up to shipping and 2 sets of the screws were lost, having to contact the company to have resent. All in all we are happy with the signs.

We received banners that were missing parts, rendering them unusable for the conference they were ordered for. To the company's credit, they offered to replace the missing parts. In another circumstance, that might have been helpful, but not in our particular case. I was told we couldn't be issued any sort of refund because of two policies. 1. We had a custom order. This makes perfect sense. 2. They don't issue refunds for missing parts. It is not the fault of the consumer that the parts were missing and I think this policy doesn't serve their clientele. The customer service was responsive and helpful within the confines of their policies, but I'm not likely to order from them again.

The website was easy to maneuver, find what I was looking for and then order the product. It came quickly and the product was exactly what I ordered.

Bought 4 banners, three 24" and one 36". All 4 shipped on time and I was very pleased with the results. In particular, the HD banner stand is very well designed. Little details, like the poles connected by internal bungee cords to keep them together. Also, they advertised that it came with a travel bag, and frankly I was expecting the usual cheap vinyl bag, but this was a zippered heavy fabric case with velcro tie-downs, pole pockets, a handle and a shoulder strap.

The customer service is prompt and I appreciated that I was updated quickly that my order could not be processed. However, your website needs to reflect available inventory and shipping costs. $350 to ship foam core board is unheard of. Customer service is prompt but web accuracy and processing is poor.

Frustrated: Great start. POOR finish.
We purchased a booth kit - about $1700 worth of banners, stands, etc. The onboarding and sales process was great! It arrived quick, looked fine, and the first conference went well.
At our second conference, one of the pull-up banners came apart when pulling it out of the base to display. Being spring-loaded, it disappeared into the base, so we scrambled to pop open the stand and get the banner up in time for the crowd. This was the 2nd time this banner was ever pulled out of its base! Either it's junk or it was defective.
This should've been a no-brainer replacement at no charge. But this is where the circus started.
The company was quick to pull out the fine-print on how retrieving the banner from the broken base voided the warranty. "It clearly states..." We had to pay to ship it back to them ($150 and a waste of time) and the most they could muster was to re-attach the damaged canvas and ship it back as-is for a $5 end-cap fee. They did generously offer to sell us a new banner though...
Takeaways:
If it breaks on use #2, it's junk. Go elsewhere.
If a company sells junk, but replaces it, not great but understandable.
If a company sells junk and doesn't replace it, find another company. (we are)
2 stars only because the other banners haven't broke yet.

We ordered a 10ft cloth trade show booth backdrop, our artwork was accepted the next day and they immediately began working on it. Within the week we received our order and it looked amazing. Kudos to the production team for the super quick turnaround :)

Great communication. I was emailed instantly informing of ship or date and expected arrival. Unfortunately, the arrival date was after the date needed. I messaged the company and received my refund.

Products arrived quickly, quality was excellent. Looking forward to reordering replacement graphics for another project!

I received 2 boxes. One box was ripped open. You did a great job of packing the holders individually, as I could see into the box, so I accepted the package. One of the 4 tier holders was broke. I attempted to glue it. But it didn’t hold. I suggested using stronger boxes. Otherwise, all the rest were great and I’m very happy with the products

Fair price. Quality materials. Fast service. More design guidance would be beneficial.
