I have yet to file a claim for any damages/etc but we have had car/truck insurance with FKA
Keys insurance and always been treated very well.

Having a great deal of difficulty getting my homeowner's insurance renewal handled properly. Long wait times to speak to a service rep. Incorrect information was provided. Been working to resolve things for nearly two months. Still unresolved. Have asked the owner of local agency to call me. Awaiting final outcome. While the staff I've spoken to has been very pleasant haven't been able to address concerns yet.

Taylor was wonderful, amazing, and thorough under extreme circumstances she completed my transaction in a very short, urgent time frame!

I am no longer a client because each year when my insurance renewals came due, I needed to research other quotes and reach out to you to suggest looking at other options. Being that you receive a commission on my insurance policies I am not sure what service I received for that commission.

Travis was the agent that handled my request for auto-ins.
I have had my business liability with IOA for more than 10 years.
Travis made it pretty seamless to ad auto to my existing account.

It was the greatest experience I've had in a long time from a car insurance company ever a company that is really trying to help you get insurance and not trying to take your money and still making your car insurance cheap so you afford it thank you for the best experience ever

Not sure of this company because they seem to be contradicting the other employees of information that was the exact opposite of what I was told earlier.

Been with this insurance for years, maybe two decades? Unfortunately moved all our insurance out recently due to incredible lack of customer service and inability to match insurance competitively. More saddened by lack of customer service after so many years as a customer!

I spoke with Taylor and she was very pleasant, professional, and she was able to give me a much lower quote for full coverage insurance. Taylor explained the new policy and other ways to save me money.

Could never talk to an actual person. Was misled about discounts for premium reduction. Staff seemed unknowledgeable about everything.

The agent interaction was ok, quick and professional. The increase in my insurance by like 30% in two years when I am a captive customer is not ok.
