GREAT Customer Service
I have had SO MANY different hosting companies. Had the cheapest (and yes that turned out to be in quality as well) and the MOST expensive due to client needs. Siteground has been GREAT! Their has never been anything that the Customer Service team has not been able to resolve. Granted in some cases it took time but as long as there is a resolution and communication - that is easy peasy.
Never got a Wordpress white screen (autoupdate and the like has protected me) Now with them for 5 years and no complaints.
Wordpress issues are interesting and some you have to blame the plugin developers not the hosting company. When you know that the hosting company simply provides the DB and the space to host it then you gotta separate the parts to the right responsible party.

Support is quick!
Every few years I have a problem with my site going down and the support at Siteground always gets me back up and running quickly. It is so stressful when this happens so I really appreciate the quick response time. Tonight I had a problem with my site and Ivan had it fixed in five minutes. For several years now I have been hosting my business on the Grow Big plan and have had nothing but a good experience. I have also used the StartUp plan for a few other sites I launched. Thanks Siteground!

Once upon a time, they were great
Once SiteGround were excellent when i started hosting multiple sites. I mean they were 10/10. If you want to raise a question, if you have any kind of problem, support was there to solve the issue. But One day i ran into serious issue and i contacted the support. They didn't respond well, They blame its theme fault, But that theme i was using with other hosting services and it was working fine. They didn't help. My Heart got broke. I mean if you are beginner then its best choice but if you are mature in this work then i would not recommend you the siteground.com

Be Careful. Deceptive tactics
Be very careful. You don't receive any discounts on renewal. My hosting price went from $7.45 per month to almost $30.00 per month! As a small business, an increase of over 300% in price is not something that my budget can handle. If I did the same in my business with my prices, I'd be out of business.

I was going to give 2 stars due to not having issues in the 2 years I was with Siteground. However reading the insincere replies from them to the many other customers who have the same issue left me needing to change to a 1 star. Jumping up prices like that was deceptive (as much as SiteGround say they are being transparent with their prices).

Getting you in on a 'too good to be true' promotional price to have you do the hard work and move over to be stung by the "regular" price as soon as it renews.

Luckily I cancelled renewal before this happened. I asked them if there was anything that could be done and the price offered was still double what I can pay in my local area.

I'd suggest going elsewhere. I can get a local hosting company to host for less than half the cost.

Siteground got my business for 2 simple reasons
Siteground got my business for 2 simple reasons. SiteGround helped me transfer all of my data from my website to the new website for free and they were cheaper. It was pretty much a no brainer because of the lack of set up fees and having someone help me out. They even worked in the middle of the night because they are 24/7 support. For the price this company cannot be beat. Their dedicated hosting cost less than shared hosting from other companies. Their siteground website hosting is even cheaper and I suspect they do this at a loss to get your business in the long run.

Expensive and immoral partnership with codeable.io
Siteground is expensive. The price of it is high comparing to other hosting and its configuration. Besides, there may have a business with codeable and for which SiteGround have partnership with codeable.io. Codeable is expensive but it has less skilled programmers. Most of the programmers of codeable don't know simple SSH. Codeable estimates $300 to migrate a simple woocommerce site which can cost highest $50 in upwork or freelancer. Even as much as I know, siteground itself migrates big sites for $25 only. Siteground recommends to its clients to use codeable for which its clients are getting great loss. As most cliens of siteground are not expert in technology, it is hard for them to understand and so they depends on its recommendation. For this reason, I can think that they are not honest and moral to their clients.

The best customer support out there!
When I switched over I wasn't receiving email to my business Gmail account. Apparently it's something that happens automatically when I added Siteground. I'm not techie so wasn't sure what happened. All I know is that SiteGround were readily available and I didn't have to wait to receive help! And they were super quick to fix the problem! No waiting hours for something to get fixed, I was in and out in about 5 minutes! This is the reason I purchased from SiteGround and no one else :D

Brilliant service!
I'm a relative novice at creating websites (although I've been using wordpress as a content creator for many years). Building my first site was made simple enough by Siteground's tools, but I encountered a couple of issues relating to my SSL certificate and my email (which was previously set up with a different host). Siteground's team had me sorted in about 15 minutes and couldn't have been more helpful. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Website Error Issues
I received the dreaded WordPress white screen and my chest began to hurt. LOL I was in a state of panic so I opened 2 support tickets because the first ticket didn't allow enough characters to for me to explain the issues. Later I learned not to open up additional support tickets. I reached out to Siteground technical help and within 30 minutes the issue was solved. I was pleased with Siteground handling the issue as soon as I bought it to their attention.

Great hosting service with an even greater support team
I am really impressed with this hosting service. I have been with them for more than 5 years now and even though I've provided my reviews in the past, some of my recent experiences have been really good with their support team that I felt I should write a good review and let everyone know that they're still going strong. The service recently changed from CPanel to Site Tools and even though all my web applications continued to work as SiteGround were, updating them after the change required me to understand some intricacies about the new service and I had to rely on the services of their technical support team to understand and adjust my processes. The chat service is super fast and all members I speak with are highly capable and very well mannered. I've never had a difficult conversation with anyone from their team.
So I have no hesitation in vouching for SiteGround in case anyone is considering using their services for hosting their PHP web applications.

Great job!
He is done quickly. I had a issue related my website. When I opened my website on google search it shown "not secure https://quickknowledgedeepika.in/" and when I clicked on "not secure" than open a box where it was mention -"Your connection to this site is not fully secure - attackers might be able to see the images you are looking at on this site and trick you by modifying them certificate (valid) cookies (6 in use) site setting" He had support me on the issue.

Asking for refund because forgot of automatic renewal, super easy. 5 star for Siteground!
I was forgot with one of my site hosted here has automatic renewal on. Unfortunately, the client who owns the site didn't want to continue the service with me, due to this whole economic slow down which impact them as well. So now I'm left with the bill myself. So I asked Siteground for a help with the refund, and just like that, in less than 5 minutes of chat, I got a refund for 11 months, the 1 month charged because it's already running, but it's fine. Really glad for that, during this time of pandemic, knowing I don't have to pay that much for something that I forgot. Always love siteground from day 1.

Outstanding Service Every-time
Anyone who is looking for a provider and team that ACTUALLY help and care - Switch to SiteGround. SiteGround are amazing. Lately, we have had a few complex site configurations and migrations. SiteGround and Victoria were so helpful and made what would usually be a very painful and stressful process seamless. They really do set the benchmark for how things should be and could be for you! Don't waste your time and money with the likes of GoDaddy to only be treated like a number which only when you spend more money you get serviced.

Make the change Today seriously!

Thanks SiteGround you guys ROCK

Customer support is sooooooo patient!
I just spent over 1.5 hours in a chat window with Atanas P. And he was so patient working with me to solve my issue uploading to my website. My old web host would have tried to pass this problem off onto a third-party app I use, but Atanas stuck with it until he found a problem. The issue isn't solved yet, but it has been bumped up to Senior techs where I'm sure we'll get to the bottom of it. But even if not, I'm still happy with the effort that was put into solving my issue. Thanks, Atanas and SiteGround. Hey HR! Give this guy a big pay raise!

Too Good To Be True...
The hosting plan starts at $9.99 per month (1 year plan cost the same) which may even sounds "too good to be true"... In fact, the renewal (year after) the price will jump to $24.99 a month ($300 a year) which is not cheap at all comparing to the prices from other host providers out there that can provide the same if not even better.

I could be a new customer but decided to run away from this "price game" before find myself and site stuck with them. Good luck.!

Reckless and harmful business handling with budget services (at premium cost)
I was a happy and loyal customer for 8-9 years(!) but something suddenly went rotten inside this company.
Firstly about a year or 2 ago SiteGround abandonned cpanel and replaced it with a quite terrible alternative calling it an 'upgrade'. The timing coincided with cpanel changing its billing strategy for hosts and charging per panel instead of per server. So it was a sharp cost-cutting strategy which hurt all of their customers (still paying for a premium service). Replaced by a sketchy nasty interface. I had the site broken 3 times from various un-anounced changes leading to loss of business for weeks. The staff couldn't even tell me what they had changed on the server side even after the various 'upgrades' and instead sold me extra scanning packages and referred me to expensive paid 'associate companies' to look for a virus. Which didnt exist. After weeks of loss of business it turns out that they had performed 'upgrades' which had broken the site that they never told me about, even AFTER the event. Even in the crisis they created themselves, they couldn't even offer me stable backups longer than a week old! Wait no backups longer than 7 days rolling that can't delete themselves? Nope! 4 days to respond to tickets while my website is down at your expense? Customer service will drive you insane and they treat loyal customers like dirt. Stay away if you want your sanity and if you love your business! Find a host with cpanel and good manners.
(The img I uploaded is a screenshot of their unwelcoming contact page (once you get past the auto-answer bots). And it is mainly disclaimers to get rid of you!)

Understanding Customers (before moving)
I'm Maintaining 1000 plus dollars per month accounts (6 Accounts) with Siteground. I was never disappointed.

Update after 1 year

I had to move all my LMS to digital ocean due to hidden IO restrictions of siteground. We lost may students during the issues. Currently we manage one account just for simple WP sites. SiteGround didn't take the responsibility of io issue and just said that they are using Google cloud platform and they can't control the read write.

But other than that, siteground is good for starters and simple e-commerce solutions. They have powerful caching system and but don't update the siteground plugin every time they push updates. Because there are many issues with some major updates. So as a user, I wait 2 weeks before update the siteground plugin.

We have moved all our LMS to digital ocean and AWS. Digital ocean is a reliable platform for bigger LMS.

Here is a referral link link1.ask2.org i used to get 2 months free from digital ocean.

Refund request of auto renewal
I have had bad experiences with auto-renewal of services with other online companies in the past, today SiteGround.com restored my faith in online renewal services... I contacted SiteGround via chat, requesting a refund but expecting a frosty response, got completely the opposite experience, I came away informed of how to correctly disable auto-renewal after first being reassured that my refund would be made and that SiteGround provide refunds up to 30 days after billing is made. How great is that, well-done SiteGround! :)

Siteground.com - Excellent webhosting provider with excellent support
Each time we have issue with the website, Level 1 - Level 2 support knows exactly what the issue is and comes up with solid recommendation and solution. What I find very good with siteground is the support team is not only technical, SiteGround have business understanding. They understand if the site is down for some reason it can have financial consequences on our daily business, so efficient team, hard to see elsewhere. Today our website had an issue and although the issue was not caused by siteground server, the effective restating of the website was successfully carried out, thanks to the qualified support of siteground.com
