I first entered my car make year and model. Sixity Auto Parts typed that I needed a timing belt kit in the search bar. It didn't take me to the kit for my car but all of the kits you sell. Other sites take me directly to my part. I still am buying for you.

It happened to actually be my birthday when I signed...
It happened to actually be my birthday when I signed up for an account and ordered these. I had a pop up that said I would get a $5 off coupon in my email soon. I did not get the coupon but a couple hours later got a message that I had left things in my cart and encouraged me to check out. Oh well.

It all depends on how fast you deliver. If delivery is within a couple days then you would get a high RATING but if I have to wait a week or so than your rating will be loooow.

I tried with your phone rep
I tried with your phone rep - it is a warranty issue (has lifetime warranty) and would take 8 weeks to get me back on the road at Christmas time or buy a new one - not great options - because I bought a product with a lifetime warranty - came back to get warranty honored - did not expect the hassle part of 8 weeks to send to you then you send to mfg and Sixity Auto Parts send back to you and then you send to me - the hole time the mechanic charges me storage and I am without a vehicle - if I bought same product same manufacture via local auto zone - I take old in walkout with new - same day at mechanics shop and back to life

Crappy parts now
Parts don't match pictures as an employee told me. Needed water pump with metal impeller... Plastic... Returning is a hassle. Go through amazon if you do want sixity parts. Sixity requires a printed, filled out return form in the returned item box.

Parts purchase from Sixty Auto
I recently purchased a number of items for my 2004 Dodge ram Hemi engine from Sixty Auto. Sixity Auto Parts had everything I needed in my preferred brand readily available at very good prices. I had what I needed very quickly and was able to complete my preventive maintenance without any hassles. All parts were correct, shipping was fast and the prices were all very good. I would highly recommend this company.

Tried using Klarna (I'm a full time student and can't...
Tried using Klarna (I'm a full time student and can't afford to buy car parts in one shot), and I keep getting an error message. I tried changing my billing address from the shipping address (so it could go directly to my mechanic) and it was unreasonably difficult to do so. I thought it was just because I was using my phone so I came home and tried on my laptop. Same issue. I ended up having to pay in full and having it shipped to my house. Really inconvenient and time consuming.

Attempt to cancel an Amazon order.
I request a cancel of my order hours after placing the order. The delivery time was too long. No one replied but now you're shipping it and It's still s week out. I no longer need but now I'm going to have a wait on it too arrive, ship it back and you're charging me a return fee for an item that shouldn't have left sixty autos if there's an open line of communication. Attached is my screenshot of my communication to you with no response. Cancelations should be immediately.

I could not tell if the gas supports had a hole in the top section for the install? Needs a hole in top & ball on bottom. But the site says it will fit.?

I don't have a option for now. I just ordered a part. But if it gets here in a timely manner and is the correct part. Than I will give my option. Rockauto has let me down for the last time. Don't seem to get the correct part and most of the time it costs more to ship it back than it's worth.
