Great platform that has significantly reduced the time spent sending messages in the office. Love the groups feature! The only thing we think is missing is the ability to mark a message as "read", adding a flagging option like with emails would be fantastic.

I have used SMS Broadcast before and it is user-friendly. However, I had trouble during the sign-up process since there was an error prompt and the response time of the support team would take a day. One of the agents didn't even ask if the account would be under me or not and just presumed which even took time to set up the account. Also, it would be great if you could provide a monthly billing in using the dedicated number.
