To our surprise next day courier guys went to her bothers place and took two combos and refund request was initiated even after telling them clearly to cancel the same.
This left us in very very embarrassing position after which I called up customer service to speak to supervisor but every time I call them operator would advice that we will receive call from supervisor next day, it continued same for one whole week wherein I call them and SnapDeal promise that i would receive call next day.
However after 1 week i was able to get in touch with one of the supervisors (yes i called them, not they have called), she had no answer for the same and just kept on saying only one thing all over the call that I am sorry and I am sorry.
I am sure they don't have any complaint procedure in place to handle customer service, worst customer service, will never ever use Snapdeal in my entire life and would recommend same to my friends and relatives. Now I know why Snapdeal is loosing market share because of their customer service and because of their Poor Online Line Reputation management.
My name is Akshay Ghormare, I love online shopping, i have been tracking Snapdeal rise and fall, though you are very famous eCommerce site but you fall very badly, the question"Dont you spot the problem yet?"
You have to solve only one issue, after that i am pretty sure that you can certainly compete with Amazon, which you used to do earlier.
And the only issue is "FAKE PRODUCTS"
As soon as the customer open the App, on the very first pageitself there are tons of FAKE Products with brand names eg. Nike, factrack etc.
Today I saw you advertisement on te very first page of NEWS paper, then i install the App in hope of some good deals, but this time again scenario was not changed, though there might be some good deals but my mind didnt allow me to brows, i suddenly uninstall the App.
Here are some suggestion, I am 100% sure will dramatically change the scenario,
1. Find the way to spot and remove fake/copy products.no of products does not matter, keep only genuine products like myntra.
2. Raise some funding for re launch.
3. Advertise your relaunch all over with the tag "Quality products only".
4. Offer some good discount on early stage.
Now you all set to rule the Indian eCommerce market.
I hope this suggestion will reach the top executive.
I am engineering graduate and want to explore myself in eCommerce.

SnapDeal are asking Easy Return Policy... But i say its very very difficult policy to return the item...
I had purchased F Gear Black Solid Duffle Bag but didn't like the item that's why i want to return the bag. And I received the call from Snap deal customer service and tell him that i didn't like the item that i received please exchange it and i want to book to new bag from our website and if any price differences is there i will pay the differences but the customer care executive totally denied from that, I am one of the regular customer of your website but i didn't know the if i didn't like the product they will never return the item...
But i didn't face this type issue from from other e-commerce website like flipkart etc... they will easy accept the product the return which i didn't like...

I ordered an iPhone 5s 16 GB Silver, order ID: *******0280 on October 3 2016 and it was supposed to be delivered on October 7, which SnapDeal did on the previous day itself which was very good on their part. But the praises cease to exist from then:
During the use of my new phone on the following days I started to find that it lagged a lot and once when it was very unresponsive I did a hard reboot ( done by pressing the home button and the power button simultaneously for 10 seconds) during which it showed a blue screen with black lines running through it just like what a phone would look if it glitches. I knew something wasn't right there, so I immediately phoned the Apple Store and asked them if this phenomenon was normal to which they replied that it wasn't normal and you have received a defective product. They also suggested me to ask for a replacement from the retailer I had bought it from, if it was before the replacement/return time frame.
As it was only a couple of days since I started using the iPhone I filed for a replacement and this is when things started going deceiving.
Before the product was 'eligible' for replacement it has to go through a check by an authorised engineer from snapdeal who will visit my place and confirm the fault.
The engineer did the same and only after that the replacement was accepted on October 9.
The complete product was picked up by nuvoex courier which is snapdeal's authorised shipping brand. The courier person checked if the box contained the full product with all its contents and then he accepted the package and gave me an acknowledgment citing that he has received the complete product, the product was picked up on October 12.
October 15: the website said 'Quality check in progress'
I was confused to why they needed an extra examination apart from the one did by their engineer, but I was okay since I have received the faulty product nod from the engineer itself.
That night I just logged in to my Snapdeal account to check the proceedings and was furiated to know that my replacement has been denied and that the old product will be sent back.
I immediately called Snapdeal and was told to wait 24 hours for a call from the so called 'escalation team' which I failed to get, so I called them back again to hear the same thing again and again for the next five days.
Fast forward five days ( October 17) and I got a call from them,
A person named Vikas was the speaker:
When asked for the reason for denial of replacement, I was told that they have received an incomplete package ( without earphones) and that they would ship the old product within five days.
I called Snapdeal again and told them about their misconception and that I have sent the full product and told them I have the proof of copy, which I even mailed to them.
Since then I never received a satisfactory response. The call from 'escalation team' was scheduled again and I told them that there a miscommunication on their side for which they kept on telling that I have retained the earphones with myself.
Today (October 22) I received the old product with missing earphones in spite of me telling them that I have sent the complete product and that I demand for a replacement.
Now,
0. How can a faulty product, certified by their engineer become healthy when they test it?
0. How can the earphone which was inside the box (for which the proof I have) suddenly disappear upon reaching their office?
There are some loopholes within their authorities and services which they use to play games with their customers.
Result:
I sent a faulty iPhone and got back the faulty iPhone minus the earphones
My gain: Nothing.
Snapdeal's gain: a pair of Apple earphones
After this horrible experience I am forced to write this
I am now qualified to say that I can sing the snapdeal's 'Unbox zindagi' song from hours of waiting on the customer support which is not even toll free.
I have cumulatively lost 4-5 hours from talking to Snapdeal and waiting on their non-toll free customer support number.
What they did: They had my faulty phone for the previous 10 days and returned the same back to me without the earphones.
I would suggest the people out there not to trust Snapdeal with your hard earned money.
There are far more credible online shopping site like Flipkart and amazon which have a more empathetic customer support wing.
I sincerely hope never to even open their website ever again
Every time I see their Diwali advertisement on the television I just smile as to see how many more people they can fool with their service
1. No proper service.
2. Firstly I had updated the address before ordering, but after prepaying the amount and confirming the order snapdeal says our address is out of city limits.
3. Toooooo long to process just a small order, even Club Factory will not take so much time to deliver their order from out of country UK.
4. Delivery boy was soooo rude, no cooperation.
Really worst experience I had come across just for ordering a small stuff, I did a big mistake by ordering in snapdeal. If suppose I have to rate, I will choose minus 5 not even 0. Worst service.
One think I can say clearly, this will be my first and last order. I will never use snapdeal again in my life.

Snapdeal owner and the people of snapdeal who created this kind of service should be hanged to death.
I have recently put up a request for return of two products both were different products than what i ordered. Both under return policy.
I logged a return request for many days no response. On follow up they reject the return request saying i return many products. If the product is of bad quality, color is different, fit of specific item is nt good and here in this case is ORDERED ITEM IS DIFFERENT THAN THE DELIVERED ITEM they compile a list of return and start rejecting your return return requests. Can somebody from snapdeal please explain WHY INSTEAD OF VENDOR CUSTOMER SHOULD BE PUNISHED FOR WRONG DELIVERY. WHAT IS THE CONNECTION OF WRONG DELIVERY WITH RETURN HISTORY! SNAPSEAL BLINDLY COMMENTS ONLY ONE THING YOU RETURNED MANY ITEMS SO WE TAKE NO RETURN WHEREAS I RETURNED ONLY FEW ITEMS WHICH R NT GOOD... I had to finish a project which now stands hanging. Pls tell me who is responsible for my misery. How can your service get so pathetic and no accountability?

I placed order for Product name: UnV Anycast HDMI Dongle Receiver & Transmitter - Black on 10-aug-2021 I have received pack when I opened, I found empty box there was no product in it. I took pics of empty box and I rised complaint on the same. And initiated for refund I have a received a call from a guy saying that I win a lucky dra from on snap deal purchase and offered me a car and asked me to pay 30k for the documentation purpose, I have complained on regards to snapdeal customer care in the same time I wanted to know about my refund status SnapDeal tolde that my complaint was closed for, then I told I haven't received my refund then that customer care executive told me that he wit reopen the case then I was agreed for the same and I was thinking that it is under process and I kept quite and waited till 25-aug-21 nothing has got progresses once again I spoke to customer care people on the same they told me that they are going to send a farm which I have to fill and send beck as they told I got a mail in the mail there is option to access the form when I pressed the same I was getting a blank page then I have decided to reach the customer care people they were not bothering to resolve the issue and still they are insisting to fill the form which I was not able to access. When go through the snapdeal refund policy there was no information regarding from I am still confused and worried, do I get my refund back it is a million dollars question. But I understand by entire this event never purchase from snapdeal.
Because I have been cheated by snap deal sending empty box without product in it and they are not interested to refund my amount.
Please I request you all don't purchase from snapdeal and loose your heard earning money
If you ever get to deal with their customer service, you will really understand how pathetic SnapDeal really are. Keeping low prices & delivering on time is not the only thing that a customer expects from an e-commerce site. Its the post sales support which actually counts for a feedback / review.
I purchased 2 chairs from snapdeal sometime on Jan 16. I didnt like the chairs, so I returned them back for a full refund. But after few days I only received refund for only 1 chair! I had been complaining to their customer reps about this issue. But everytime I only get their promises saying - you will get 100% support from our side. We will look to get your 100% satisfaction. Almost every rep saying the same sentences. I wonder if these statements are by hearted from their training program!
Anyways, bottom line is, I never received refund for my 2nd chair even after 4 months now.
I wish there was a way to give ZERO stars. Coz these people dont even deserve that 1 star! But I dont have a choice! This is a big scam website, eating money from such helpless people! Pls beware!

Canon EOS 700D with 18-55mm + 55-250mm Lens in order number *******047.
But i received the partial order of both the products i received the lens in one and camera in second.
Snapdeal said they send everything. They refused to refund/replacement.
They are going back from their policy of 7 days guarantee refund or replacement and 100% customer's satisfaction. They didn't satisfy me. They didn't ask anything from me they just said we refused your request now we can't help you for this order.
They are cheater they are fraud.

Snapdeal is refusing it again and again and again for the same that they will not provide anything. Please don't trust snapdeal for big deals avobe 10000 they cheat they will send you half items then they will refuse your return/refund request and close the case without any satisfaction of the Customer. I never seen the product (12 liter symphony cooler) physically.
I thought the size of the cooler is enough for 3 family member.
But when I receive the product, I realize that 12 liter cooler is not enough for us.
Even the height of the cooler is also below by BED height.
That is why I raise return request on same day.
So that I can replace / book another cooler of 30 liter.
But SnapDeal refuse to take the return / replace and say they will never take return for electronic items.
Cooler is still untouched and box was still packed as it was at the time of delivery.
Cooler is still company sealed.
All guys please refer there home page, all item are listed that they will not take return.
There you come to know that nothing is returnable on Snapdeal.
Better you see the product physically in store / mall first its height / width and then order it online.
But still there terms and policies looks total fake fake.
I discussed the same with office friend and relative.
They all suggested never purchase anything from Snapdeal.

When I order online first SnapDeal want money from us, Its ok I accepted and I paid by my Credit card the Indian rupees of 7099+delyvery charge 100 total 7199 Rs after 12-05-2016 I received this product same time my wife open the packing plastic All damaged bike wheel missing she was sucked she inform Me I call from Dubai to SNAP DEAL they told Me I am very sorry sir were apologise we will replacing your order and we will send new bike as soon as possible
The message from them is:

Item will be picked up. Keep the item unused and packed with original tags and brand packaging. I call from Dubai every day to snap deal they telling don't worry sir we will take the Protect still nobody taking this garbage.

My recent experiences has been turmoil to my need. What make us(Common People) to go online to such shopping platform and acquire a product which will possibly make little difference to our lives. We do this to support our need and we put trust on something we believe that will make change or add up to value.
Here come another giant to provide hassle free shopping experience online. Thou, it was hard for Indians to trust such concept when this idea was introduced in India. Gladly, people embraced the opportunity to make there shopping simple and convenient.
What if such convenience kills our exploring spirit and trashes away all our faith?
Something recently changed with giant company Snapdeal.com; something that is making people turn away from it and go for better prospects. Same thing happened with me.
My recent experience with snapdeal.com has made me never trust it again or ever again. I been shopping with snapdeal since long time now; was happy until second half of 2016. Since then all the product I ordered was always delayed for some reason. Giving a thought that nothing is perfect and thing might get delay due to courier facilities. But until now my patient has crossed its limit to final shout out the mental trauma it has caused.
Since mid 2016, all the products I ordered has been always delayed and recent one is epic. I placed an order on 10 March 2017 wherein estimate date of delivery was 13 March. Keeping in mind that it was national holiday(Holi Festival) the product might be delayed by a day or two, but alas, it hasn't been reached to its destination until now. I tried checking app but there was no courier details to track externally and no details withing the website or app. It was blank. Tried reaching to customer service team but even SnapDeal don't have any clue where the product is and no tracking details either.
I request the associate for escalation to supervisor who can possibly give me an appropriate resolution but they simply keep on hold for longer than you can possibly think of and hung-up. No return calls. This happened for more than 3 time and I decided to write email.
In response I got apologies and was asked to patient but no clue for how long. Over the period of time kept checking app for delivery notification and development which perplexed me even more. The package delivery to Mumbai hub kept changing every day since 13 march until 18th. I notified care team with proof of variation I could see and now the variation of time details is also lost. What is see that the order is place and getting ready for dispatch. But even after many emails along with proof snapdeal has backed out from responding to me.
I will fight this until end till time I will get resolution.
To sum up; I ordered a branded watch to gift a friend on his birthday(keeping in mind the product might get delay) but I was fallen on face because I was unable to do so due delay in delivery. I was embarrassed to such situation of mine.
In my opinion, apologies is not enough. And I will never recommend this platform to anyone else. At my work place every other has been experiencing the same issue. It cannot be trusted in their opinion and mine.

Got an experience of life time. NEVER to buy anything from SNAPDEAL... Worst service
I ordered a product on 2nd October and paid online. The initial estimated time was 13th October which I believed was a tad bit late. I still had high hopes from them and assumed that SnapDeal will deliver it on time. 13th came and went and I didn't received my product. I waited till 18th October and then I noticed that the courier service has delayed the delivery for indefinite time. The product was stuck in a place 250 km away from my hometown since 12th October and no movement was made between this period. There was no information on when they will reattempt the delivery. I thought cancelling the order would be right decision because when I spoke to snapdeal customer support they said that the courier service has misplaced your shipment. I received an email that you can expect your refund in the next 6 days.
It's been 27th October now and the delivery has not been made yet and it's still showing the same message. Shipment exception, delay beyond our control. No specified date and time for delivery. The thing is that Snapdeal support are saying that they will only refund my money when the courier company will send back the product to seller. The courier company is not doing any activity since 12th October, so I don't know when they will attempt delivery or return it to seller.

What's the worst part of all this is the pathetic customer support they provide. When you call their customer care number, you have to wait atleast 15 minutes before the call connects to the customer care executive. So far I've made 6 calls on their support, costing me more than 100 and I'm yet to find closure.
Call 1
The executive told me that my product was misplaced and that's why it was delayed. He assured me that they will send it abhi before 18th October.
Call 2
He asked me to wait for further 6 days after 18th October as they are still reattempting delivery. I disconnected the phone right at the moment and submitted a cancel request.
Call 3
I was expecting my refund on 24th so I called and their customer support executive sympathized with me. He assured me that I don't have to call him again and he will make sure that I will get my refund in the next 24 hours. He also said that the courier company has misplaced my shipment.
Call 4
When the refund was not initiated in the next 24 hours I called again. This time their customer care executive told me that the previous person misinformed me and it was not their policy to refund money before the seller receives the cancelled item back. I explained him my situation and he said that he will provide me the courier company's number so that I can call them and ask why they are not delivering my product. I told him that it's not my responsibility to ask the courier company and that I've ordered the product from snapdeal and not from that courier company. He told me that he will escalate the issue to a senior level and I call again tomorrow to know the reason why delivery was not made in the first place.
Call 5
I called again next day that is today to know the reason why my order is stuck in the same place for the past 14 days and why the courier company never attempted delivery. The guy quickly dodged all my questions and he kept cross questioning me about irrelevant details. I had to remind him that he is sounding arrogant and he should answer what I asked him in the first place. He replied that he doesn't have the required information and he is forwarding my call to a senior level. He disconnected the call right away.
Call 6
I called again and this time a lady answered the phone. I was talking in Hindi and she said that she will answer me only if I can talk in English. The $#*! thought I'm an illiterate fool. So I again asked the same question that why my product is not delivered yet and she couldn't provide me an answer. I asked what happen if the courier company has misplaced the item, then it will never be going to return to seller. How will you refund my money then? She said that she doesn't know that information and she is quite sure that the courier company will reattempt delivery by 29th October and I have to return it right away to get my refund.
Facebook Support
I thought giving a look at their Facebook page and I noticed that a lot of people have the exact same problem which I have. I posted my grievance there. Within a minute I got a reply that they will resolve my problem and I have to just message them my order id in the message inbox. The truth is they were just pretending to help there. I gave my order id and I'm yet to hear anything from them.
So this is my experience of snapdeal. It was the first and last time I've used it. Not going to order from snapdeal ever again and I hope whoever is reading this will do the same.
Seriously guys, My only advice for you is that you refrain from using this site as you can't imagine the mental torture you are getting into. I will suggest you to use reliable brands like Flipkart and Amazon even if a product is a tad costlier their.
SnapDeal spent so much on advertisement and show their reliability and honesty for customer but actually SNAPDEAL is the failed online shopping website which do not fulfill its commitments and having worst customer relations.
Why I am telling all this, there is a reason behind it.
I have ordered a Musical Walker 5 days before for my child and curiously waiting for my order to be delivered to me. Because of this I didn't went to market to purchase this item although I can get much better item at a very reasonable price whereas I am paying more on SNAPDEAL of the same model but due to time constraint I unable to go to market and order on SNAPDEAL which is one of my biggest mistake ever. After 5 days when the delivery time comes suddenly in the morning when I wake up I got a message that my order has been cancelled and SNAPDEAL give a very foolish and a stupid reason that the seller is not not fulfilled the order. I just want to ask that if the SNAPDEAL don't know about their seller's reason then why SNAPDEAL display the items for selling on its online portal. SNAPDEAL simply send a regret message to me about its failure and finished its formality.
It is really unprofessional. This was my first time that i ordered any item through SNAPDEAL. Really the experience is very bad with SNAPDEAL. I never want such experience with this type of worst and unprofessional online shopping website like SNAPDEAL.
I suggest all my readers that don't go with such type of online shopping website specially SNAPDEAL which makes your time and money waste unnecessary.

Its a prepaid order and according to snapdeal all prepaid orders are upgraded for a Gold Delivery.
The last time I ordered a product from Snapdeal it was delayed by 10 days

I contacted Snapdeal on the 06th of February by chat and i was asked to call customer service which I did and was talking to the IVR for hours but I couldn't get through to customer service
I was asked to an email I got a reply that my order is on time and that it will be delivered in between the 9-12 February
Ever have been following up with Snapdeal since the 6th of February I have spoken to them on chat, email, customer service and even social media but SnapDeal refuse to deliver my order
On the 12feb they sent me a message thathas been dispatched by XPRESSBEES_DS_SFC AWB no. *******630979
When I try calling the courier company the IVR Tells me that the awb no is incorrect and even website doesn't recognize my awb no
I speak to snapdeal daily but keep asking me to wait for 24hrs
I told them that I will register a complaint against them in the consumers court there are not scared
