Quick and easy to navigate. I love the app makes it quick and simple to either just pay for a room or hold it and pay when you arrive, it also gives you an option to extend your stay which I've never been able to with out apps. My 3 stars is because even with using this company to book a room it offers me 30$ off or 10% on my next stay and when I go to use it, at the bottom it states how it isn't eligible for the discount. Quiet frustrating.

Snap travel does not stand behind their product and will offer no help if you are unsatisfied. We booked through them, arrived at our hotel and were extremely dissatisfied. The hotel was dingy, dirty and not acceptable to stay in. I called snaptravel and the customer service rep just kept repeating that the reservation was not refundable, she could let me speak to a manager but they would tell me the same thing. When I said I wanted to speak to someone anyways she said they could call me back but it would be a minimum of 4 hour wait. They do not stand behind their product and offer no help for resolution. I Will never use this again and strongly recommend others not to as well.

Best experience!!! This site quoted me a cheaper price then the hotel and I was at the front desk and the woman told me to book on here and she waited for me to do it . It took less then 5 mins and I saved 30 dollars !!! I was at first iffy but I used PayPal to see it it was legit , and it definitely was she got my Reservation in her computer quick after I booked it on here !!! Definitely going to use this again it was cheaper then hotels .com

I called to see if I could check in early. The lady told me yes. I get there and the lady told me the rooms she has available,one has no TV and the other one has no air. She told me to wait till her housekeepers we're done and she would put me in a room. I waited less then 10mins. She put me in a room on first floor. The room was perfect and the bed was so comfortable it was unbelievable. I will be definitely staying there again.

Came across Snaptravel for the first time last week so thought I would give it a try. Thought the navigation of the site was super easy and intuitive. Was able to find and book a reservation in no time. Great updates via a text which made my check in really easy. The check in felt more like I made the reservation through the hotel versus a third party which has been an issue in the past. Strongly recommend Snaptravel for travel needs.

There was a rainstorm, I was exhausted and the thought of driving six hours to NYC from Freeport in the late afternoon felt wrong. I found Snaptravel after searching for the Harraseeket Inn and got a great price for a beautiful room. No other online site or the inn could match the price. It was a no-brainer….it would have been dangerous to drive like that and I have no regrets about the last minute booking I made. My drive home the next day was great and worry-free.

I was looking for a hotel in Miami and came across Fortune House Hotel Suite because they have in and out valet for 35 a day. I came across a better rate on snap travel and it was fast now I'm all set for my vacation. Also I signed up for 10%cash back with snaptravel and about to save me $30.
I've used snap travel before and will definitely be using it again. What can I say a girl likes to save money.

Snap Travel was easy to use and accurate. We stayed at Comfort Inn in Bay City and it was awesome until the morning after. We had showers and the water wouldn't drain down and was slow which caused the tub to fill up with dirty water. I called down and the front desk said they would send maintenance up. We never heard from maintenance and we had to shower in dirty water. When we checked out, the front desk said she didn't answer when I called but she was there both times I was down there. 2 stars on this stay. I don't like businesses that shrug off the customer. Besides that I will use Snap Travel again.

Booked a room at Econo Lodge/MA through Snaptravel for 392.00.
I then needed to reschedule/reconfigure the booking dates from 7/11-7/15 (old) to 7/17-7/21 (new). In order to process this new booking, I needed to convert the specific amount required for the new booking (=329.00) to "credits" so that I could immediately configure this new booking based on my modified schedule.
Having rebooked for the new time frame, there was a resulting credit of 63.00 after the new booking was complete. I then called Snaptravel to have that 63.00 dollars in credit refunded back to my card. They refused to do this.
The system/program which prompted me to convert to credits so as to then immediately be able to rebook my motel reservation for the new dates is flawed. The fact that Snaptravel refused to refund me the accrued 63.00 credit is totally unacceptable.

Absolutely terrible! I booked accommodation for my partner for when he flew into Brisbane Australia for work. I called the hotel while my partner was on the plane to let them know he would need late check in as his flight was delayed. THE HOTEL HAD NO RECORD OF OUR BOOKING!
I then spent 5 hours calling snaptravel customer service and then the hotel trying to work it out.
Snaptravel kept ensuring me that I 100% have a booking at the hotel but the hotel was completely booked out. They also kept ensuring me that they DEFINITELY HAVE CALLED THE HOTEL AND SPOKE TO RECEPTION AND CONFIRMED THE BOOKING when the hotel had never spoke to them.
After I continued to call snaptravel to try and work it out they started getting rude because according to them “I was calling them to much and needed to wait for them to call me” even though my partner was stranded at the airport at 10pm with no where to go. I then waited hours and they never even bothered to call me with an update. The receptionist at the hotel we were meant to be booked into said they have had this problem multiple times with snaptravel in the past few weeks. They also said snaptravel doesn’t even have a login to their system so there is NO POSSIBLE WAY FOR THEM TO BOOK THE ROOMS IN THE HOTEL!!
After I continued to call them to work it out they stated that apparently they had a mapping error and the hotel my partner was booked into was in SPAIN. NOT AUSTRALIA. They then couldn’t understand why I didn’t want to keep my reservation at that hotel, WHICH WAS ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE WORLD!
My partner had to SLEEP ON THE FLOOR IN THE AIRPORT because there was no other hotels available.
I then asked for a refund as they were not helping fix the problem at all. I was told that they couldn’t help me with that and I would have to call someone else but wouldn’t give me any details on who I could contact to help.
THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY AND ITS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY TAKEN AND HAVE NO WHERE TO STAY!

Attending a wedding at the Madison Hotel in Morristown, NJ. When I check the rate on the hotel website, it was way out of my budget! So I booked at a more affordable hotel
On the day of the wedding, I Google the hotel & these amazing nightly rate came up. One was from Snaptravel. I was skeptical at first because had never heard of this travel website plus the rate was less than half the rate of what I had seen initially on the hotel's website. I decided to give it a shot. Everything checked out great.
My only beef with Snaptravel is that it would be nice to know there was a daily $30.00 fee I had to pay directly to the hotel. Other than that, I'm thrilled & will use them again.

Tried to book a room for a spur of the moment trip, tried a few places 4 in total , all where booked. Went to Priceline and found a room first try. But my card was declined. My card had four temporary authorizations for every room I tried to book on snap travel. Thy all had 0 on the next line I better not get charged or there will be hell to pay. I was going to use that card for the weekend until payday. Now I’m stuck at home.

I had to extended my stay by one, I went and talked to the front desk at the hotel and she said it would be $176 dollars for one night. I decided to look online and saw Snaptravel had the same room for $109. I asked the desk clerk if she had ever heard of it, she said no. But I decided to take my chances to save almost $70. The reservation came through to her immediately after I booked online through Snaptravel. I was very happy to save the money.

I booked a hotel in Dubai and fully paid , when i reached hotel they didn’t accept my reservation , it is fake reservation , snap travel staff called me and thwy told me that hotel refuse you because of your nationality , and hotel manager said thats not true, and only apologize , what i will do with your apologize in that time !! I will never ever book through you and i will never advise any one to book from you

This was my 1st time using this snap travel site but it was just so easy to use and it was in the evening And I needed a Hotel and didn't want to pay full price. When I called the hotel they were fully booked. So I went on snaptravel messenger and found the same room that I wanted at the same hotel For $30 less . I
booked the same room on Snaptravel went to the hotel inside no problems. So grateful for snaptravel. Everything is so costly these days and it was so good to pay less.

My experience with SnapTravel was terrible! It is a scam. Several hours after booking a hotel reservation with SnapTravel, my plans changed and I called to cancel the reservation. I was told I that they couldn't find my reservation and that I had never been charged, so not to worry. But the charge was on my credit card. So I called back several times and got the same response. Then I called the hotel directly and canceled the reservation, but was told that since I paid through SnapTravel, SnapTravel would have to issue the refund. When I called SnapTravel back, they told me that since I canceled through the hotel, they would not give me a refund, even though they had been unable to to cancel through SnapTravel. Next, when I tried SnapTravel's email support, I was told that it was now too late to get a refund. But I had called them to cancel within hours of making the reservation, and they told me that I didn't have a reservation to cancel. When I inquired again by email, they said they were looking into it, but didn't get back to me, and didn't respond to further email inquiries. I would recommend that anybody looking to book a hotel room does it through another site and not SnapTravel. You're taking you're chances with SnapTravel. At least don't expect to be able to cancel, and don't expect any customer support.

Snaptravel are refusing to amend our New York hotel booking and refusing to honour the 100% Money Back Guarantee. The website and customer service are based on LIES. We booked a hotel room in good faith based on the Snaptravel description but the hotel booking is incorrect. We chose a room with the promise of a double, queen or king bed and Snaptravel have booked a room with a bunk bed! This is totally FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION by Snaptravel and we are very disappointed to have been caught out by their scam. We have liaised with Snaptravel and with the hotel but "the booking cannot be amended". We are now forced to report the FRAUD to our card company to action a chargeback in order to have our payment returned to us.

Scam! Stay away. You book a flight and you wait and wait. They take the money on your credit card but you don’t get the tickets. When I called them after more than 30 hours of waiting, they told me that the tickets are no longer available. It happened to me twice in a row on the same week with this company. I lost other deals while I was trying to sort this out and still have all those charges on my credit card.
I usually don’t write reviews but I want to make sure others won’t make the same mistakes I made twice. 100% unsatisfied. They claims to have better price but they don’t deliver.

Snap Travel is awful!! We booked with them for an upcoming concert, a few days before concert the concert was rescheduled, I called Snap Travel to cancel and they wouldn't cancel, I explained the situation to the rep representative And she kept Telling me the same thing over and over, I asked to speak to a supervisor and she told me they couldn't transfer calls, I told her that was bull and to transfer me or give me the number for corporate she then said a supervisor would call, a little while later a supervisor called I explained what happened and she told me I had to call the hotel and have them give me a letter stating they cancelled the reservation; well apparently Snap Travel doesn't know what they are talking about and srill haven't done anything. They are absolutely terrible and I will not be using them ever again!

Snaptravel also does not forward any email/communication from the airline, e.g. online check in information, requests to update traveler information etc, so you have to deal with that when you are at the airport.
After paying, I received a confirmation email with the e-tickets, and 2 days later an email from an unrelated email address that just said "your flight will now be operated by United", without refering to which flight this is about.
