I ordered two Fruit Boxes as follows on 21st of July 2022 ( Last Thursday). These two fruit boxes should be delivered on 25th of July 2022 ( Monday), but no delivery at all. I called your service number 1800 803 570 at 12: 44 this afternoon and a gentleman promised to call me back and give me an update. Unfortunately, nobody called me back today, my clients still did not receive these fruit boxes.
It wasn't as good as I thought it would be. Please give me a refund. Thank you very much.

StarTrack did not deliver the box of fruit to the door instead leaving a card for pick up at the p.o the next day. This is not acceptable especially for perishable items. It is their common practise from my experience.
Please pass on my thanks to your employee I spoke to this morning, 26 July, explaining my daughter has Covid so she had to be home when star track delivered the card without ringing the bell. She managed to get The box delivered this afternoon. She has helped considerably to renew my faith in your company.
My daughter is delighted and relieved she did not have to make arrangements for the pick up.
I think you would be wise to use a courier service as aside from wine your merchandise is perishable. They are obliged to try contact recipient whereas StarTrack appear not to understand that obligation. I suspect their delivery personnel are on tight time schedules which allow no time to actually fulfill the contract.

The box arrived on time and in good condition.
The fruits were beautiful and the receiver loved it.
I was however a little dissappointed in the amount of frut in the box as it was a large size.
Compared to one I received a year ago, this was a little short on for the money. But I still love your product.

Unfortunately my fruit basket was returned to a Post Office. Since I ordered it as a gift, and I live in another State- I am still not sure whether it has been collected. I understand the idea of not leaving it at the residence but surely there is a way I can be contacted to know whether it has been collected.

I am disappointed that my fruit box i ordered to be delivered to to my son, Jason Howard in Royal Prince Alfred Hospital on the 15th had an unsatisfactory amount of ripe or even appropriate items. I was asking to emphasise grapes for a man who has been battling to keep breathing and 14 grapes arrived with 1 cvery green banana, one unripe avocado, not sure if the custard apple was ripe and was that a mango? I wished there was a company that could make up a box according to needs. At last Jason is close to leaving hospital and he has eaten a kiwi fruit that is ripe at last.

The ordering experience was good but I never received notification of delivery. I can't answer most of the questions below because the delivery was a sympathy basket, and I didn't want to ask the bereaved recipient what time it arrived and whether there were any difficulties. I trust the recipient would have mentioned it if there had been challenges.

There was some confusion about what I ordered. I had the impression that I ordered something else. It’s true that you delivered what I ordered. Confusing probably because of the same price. Suggest that you make it more clear like a picture what you order before submitting and a picture in the email. Anyhow I take the blame on me. Happy with your service and will use you again. Thanks.

Having been a longer term customer and WOM marketer, there is so much that is great about Snowgoose. Even though the market has expanded and caught up a lot, there is still no, specific, direct competition.
While I'm still positive about the brand, its really time to meet current market expectations with a platform that enables you to do what you do best, and at the same time alleviates a customer from having to call twice to get information needed to progress and complete their order on line.
Other aspects which are currently lacking, such as delivery times and confirmations, shipping cost calculator before check out page and the most fundamental alignment with basic accessibility standards of using black text on a white/light coloured background would be solved by investing in updated software with user orientated interface.
This would put you back in front and keep you flying a head of the competition, reducing the risk of becoming a dinner for the competition, who are always hungry.

Product arrived the day after my requested date, but I am still very pleased with the item and the company’s efforts in keeping to there promise. The variety of fruit was lovely & fresh- and in good condition. I would certainly recommend Snowgoose to anyone wanting a gift that is “ something out of the ordinary”.

My experience with Snowgoose has been nothing but amazing. I ordered from overseas for my friend who lives in Australia and they have made this transaction smooth and easy. The customer relations team have updated me through Email, Messenger and a Phone Call to assure that I am assisted. The package that was received by my friend was perfect, fresh fruits and delivered right away. Hands down to such an amazing team. I 100% recommend them.

Next day delivery request achieved, well presented, without damage.
Greater level of detail in what’s included in distinguishing ‘regular’ and ‘large’ sized orders would be appreciated.
No ongoing tracking number or details regarding method of delivery disclosed to gift sender. Even upon request.

Ordered a box of goodies for my daughter in Melbourne from NZ. Accidently put wrong street number - but after a quick email to customer service they got back to me pronto with confirmation almost immediately they had changed to correct number. Daughter received the next day and was thrilled. Thanks Snowgoose will use again. 💯

The box I had delivered on Monday was amazing and the usual excellent quality. My rating reflects the disappointment that the card information I had specified was not included so, until today, the recipient had no idea as to who the gift was from. Fortunately, today she spotted my name on some paperwork that I am assuming was included in the box. Please ensure messages are included in your box gifts!! She only had my name which she found by chance…albeit 3 days after receiving the box, so I was able to tell her the other 2 people who were also part of group sending the get well wishes!. Looking forward to a complete experience next time.

Snow goose delivered my order in a timely fashion which was appreciated but to be honest I was not stoked with the amount of fruit in the box. I got sent a picture from the recipient and there was significantly hless fruit than what is pictured on your website, so I feel as though your website is deceiving. Disappointed.

I needed a hamper/food gift to be sent the day I ordered. My order was placed 11.30 am used the VIP service and my son who was on his own and just returned from hospital, received it at 5pm. He was thrilled with the lovely fresh fruit and the variety included in the box along with some sweet treats. Great quality produce, great service, I could’ve get this at any other site. I had forgotten about Snowgoose, had used it many times several years ago. Will be using it all the time from now on.

I am very grateful for your exquisite products, i didn't see the immunity box personally but my dad who is in a nursing home received this for his birthday. I just didn't know what to get him and I did a search on line and your company came up. I have used you once before and the comments are the same this time. My third time using Snowgoose and would definitely use again. Great ideas, with seasonal adjustments, at varying prices from OK to very expensive - in my view. It did arrive on the day requested although quite late in the day. My other orders, in NSW have arrived in the mid morning. A great gift idea!

Unnecessary compulsory questions before placing order and large gap between order and delivery. I ordered on 19 May in the morning and first available delivery date was 25 May, which is a week apart. No issues for this ocassion but not quick gifting. The moment may have passed for others if thia is the standard.

I was sent a Snowgoose hamper as a Birthday gift. All the contents were premium quality with an interesting variety of fruit, delicious handmade chocolates and a well known wine.
I have subsequently ordered a similar hamper for a thank you for a friend and have also ordered from the chocolate business.
Best value for money hampers I have seen.

I ordered a gift basket for a dear friend and it arrived the next morning. She was so impressed and delighted with the quality of the fruit, tea and honey she could not speak highly enough. I might even order one for myself now! Will order again and again... top service and quality. Thank you.
