SolarQuotes is such a great site to learn all you need to know about solar power and the process of buying a system. Before I came across the site I didn’t know much about solar and was looking to learn as much as I could. Once I discovered SolarQuotes my questions were answered! Lots of quality information written by experts and delivered in an easy to understand way. So much to read and watch on YouTube (thanks Finn and Ronald for your entertaining chats on SolarQuotes TV). Who knew that getting a Solar education could be both fascinating and amusing! The 3 installers referred to us were all great and we ended up going with SEM Adelaide who were fantastic. Great job SolarQuotes for providing a trustworthy and transparent service to help customers navigate Solar.

Solar Quotes website is a great place to start for everything you need to know about solar energy systems and the reviews on installers, panels and inverters were very helpful and educational. Suggestions and tips provided were valuable in helping with the choice of products. Quotes were provided very quickly but one platinum-rated supplier gave an incorrect design (placing panels in a shaded area of the roof).

Very helpful service. It was a daunting subject I knew little about, so to have a reliable source of information was a godsend.
Solarquote provided a lot of background which helped us understand some of the terms, and helped us ask questions if they weren't explained in the quotes.
There was an issue with a company not following through with the quote process and we were able to provide feedback in a professional way.
We have our solar installed and are waiting for the activation to happen so we can start our Solar journey just as the rates increase.Good timing.

All the three companies recommended by SolarQuotes were prompt in getting in touch with us, explaining the process and providing their quotes. Within a week of starting the process with SolarQuotes, we were able to choose the installation company and sign the agreement. Great service for trying to find good and reputable solar retailers servicing around the area. The 3 SolarQuotes found for me did attempt to contact me, but only 1 booked an appointment and the others didn't really follow up, probably because they did a preliminary check on my residence and found that it wasn't worth it for my house to have solar...?
Either way, the 1 retailer that contacted me gave me better insights on the cost and setup of solar installation on my house, if we really wanted to and and if we wanted to go beyond our budget. I eventually gave it a pass because of my family's plans for the house and our budget, it just wasn't worth it for the time being.

SolarQuotes is the Go-To site to learn everything about solar panels/inverters and the people who make and sell them. It was an invaluable aid to me in deciding what panels and inverter to put on my daughter's new house (and who she should trust with the installation). We ended up with an 11kW system with quality panels with a 20 year PRODUCT warranty (and a 30 year performance warranty); a good inverter with a 10 year warranty and installation by a local company in the business for 8 years (with a 10 year warranty by them too). All of this for $5,900. I probably saved $2,000 - $4000 in the short term and got peace of mind in the long term.

So far you certainly deserve five stars for the quality of information on your site and the promptness with which I was contacted and was able to get quotes. The key part is yet to come, the installation and effectiveness of the system which should have separate feedback. Two of the reps who quoted were excellent and the third was loud, bombastic and didn't listen - his company, a long-established company, didn't get the work.

Although I haven't had my installation done yet, I'm happy with SolarQuotes for recommending ECG (Canberra) for me. I've signed up with them as I was happier with their quote than the previous ones I'd sourced - they're lower-priced for a system significantly larger and with the maximum warranty periods, well-regarded brands of panel, inverter and optimisers, and have been easy to deal with so far. The extensive SolarQuotes website has also taught me a lot about what to look for, in easy to understand terms.

Definitely the FIRST place anyone should go to for information on solar and batteries. An absolute wealth of inforrmation from someone who is Australian (albeit a Pommie one) who knows what he is talking about. Unlike many others the website is kept fully up to date on pricing, equipment, installers, etc which means you always get the most current information.
I have just accepted a quote so won't have the system installed for a few weeks.

The three quotes I got from SolarQuotes' recommended provider/installers were excellent. All were small-scale, personal approach entities with copious and thorough information on my solar needs. On top of that, SolarQuotes' extensive online advice gave me an excellent background in the process of deciding on the best system. I also searched the Net independently for information, but SolarQuotes' comprehensive guides and their referral service turned out to be all I needed. Started out on the Solar journey and was bombarded with offers. Solar quotes helped me to navigate the minefield and weed out the cowboys. Made a final decision based on information and advice from the website. Certainly not the cheapest however confident I have a system that will last at least 25 years with minimal issues. Without Solar quotes would probably ended up with a 'too good to be true' offer and all the accompanying issues.

We got three quotes from you and we chose SolarHub to install a 10kw Solar system on our house.
They recommended one of the best solar panels available - REC Alpha Pure and a SolarEdge EnergyHub inverter. Both of these were already listed on the SolarQuotes website as good quality products and so the decision-making was easy for us.
Since our house is being constructed, only the prewiring for the system has been completed at the moment.
SolarQuotes took away all the hard work/research time which is great. All we had to do was follow the recommendations and guidelines listed on the website.

The info on the solar quotes site has helped me get up to speed on solar technology and gave me confidence when talking to, and ultimately selecting a solar system for our place. The three quotes service provided by SolarQuotes took the hassle out of arranging them ourselves and again gave confidence that we would be dealing with reputable providers.
The providers themselves gave different levels of service, none 'bad' but some better than others. This is not a reflection on SolarQuotes. Just be aware that you may have to be informed and work a bit harder with different outfits.

We received our quotes within 36 to 48 hours and very pleased with them. We asked the company rep’s to all so come around to the house and explain the products they were recommending and what would be the best for us. All three companies were very much the same, but one stood out bit more with a few more items we are looking into. And all three companies are local, which we are quite happy with.

The quotes have been excellent in their honesty regarding the positioning of the solar panels. As my house has shade on the roof and as I am at the end of the power line I have to enquire re the amount of kilowatts Ergon will allow to be fed into the grid. I will be deciding whether to go ahead once I sort out these issues. Your recommended people are the only ones who have made me aware of these issues which I greatly appreciate as my quarterly power bill is only $220 and it may not be worth putting solar on at this present time considering the cost of interest paid on top of the original solar amount.

found a great local supplier who when i turned up on their door showed me there operation walked me through there products and did a site inspection that afternoon and installed 7 days later
