Sole Motive

Had many encounters with Sole Motive including racing registrations. Great team to work with and very accommodating for my race changes. I attended the shop in Melbourne and the young guys knew their stuff when I got new runners, which are perfect thanks to their advice. Will always make a trip to you guys!!

The second visit to Solemotive was wonderful. The attendant was really helpful and listened to my running needs and made helpful suggestions. (The first time I want there was a young arrogant guy who made me feel like I wasn’t good enough to shop there)

I called ahead and asked about the range of bottles I was after, Felix was so helpful and when I got into store remembered who I was and helped me find exactly what I was looking for.

My shoes have been perfect for gym work and my favourite sport badminton.

Rubbish service
I fitted shoes in store and asked for a black pair, was told they would be posted, no advice after 2 weeks as to where they are at. I called and asked what’s going on and the guy said he would follow up and get back to me, a week later still nothing.
I feel that my $ were taken and ‘cya later bloke’ attitude.
Very unhappy, entirely because no comms about where my shoes are at.
Never left a post like this before.
