Happened across this boutique on Facebook and decided to try it out. They were having an amazing sale on many items, so I went ahead and bought two dresses and a pair of heels. My package arrived in approx a week, but I ordered over a holiday weekend and I live in South Texas. My box arrived in great condition and packaging was great. My dresses are so cute and I LOVE the shoes. The only issues I have is that on my gray sequin dress, the stitching for the bust portion is uneven and makes it slightly lopsided, which is kind of a bummer, also the measurements for the XS were a little off because it should have fit me based on the measurements online, but the bust portion would need to be taken in a bit; however that could be due to the irregularity in the stitching! All in all I still think it was a good purchase at a great price. I will be shopping here again! Thank you.

The bracelet stack I bought was cheap quality. The pink dye from the beads stained my skin. The main stone in the image was tiny and plastic- nothing like the picture. The gold rhinestone cuff was very thin and felt like something I’d buy from Amazon for 5 bucks! So disappointed for my first purchase this is not what I was hoping for. I also bought a shirt that said MaMa. It was literally a patch on a basic black cotton tee that you can buy anywhere. Definitely not worth what I paid. I definitely expected more from y’all.

Loved the dresses although they did not fit right, some alterations needed but customer service was awesome. Had to return one of the dresses and they made it so easy once I contacted CS. Once again you are all awesome. Thank you!

Have ordered many times from Southern Fried Chics and have never been disappointed with the service or quality of clothing or jewelry. I have also ordered the “mystery bags” and pleasantly surprised each time. It’s like having a personal shopper who knows exactly what you want. Waiting on 2 mystery bags as I write this…

Worse customer service. Please don’t buy anything from here unless your 100% positive it will fit. Horrible return policy. I have two dresses that don’t fit and they will not even let me exchange them. They weren’t on sale either.

I have enjoyed most of the items that I have purchased from here. Sizing is definitely hit or miss. I purchased a T-shirt in 2X and it fits like a large. I’m not sure about how to return or exchange things. I was super pumped for the wide legged cowboy boots, but sizes were sold out so soon! I asked about how to preorder my size, and they told me it wasn’t a possibility. Even though it was a preorder anyway. Just a little confused.

Dress is beautiful & fits great everywhere except the bust. The straps are far too long if you are bigger chested as it creates a massive sag, otherwise shipping was fast, dress is beautiful, and nothing an alteration can’t fix :)

I bought this outfit for Chris LeDoux days, as I was presenting the trophy saddle for G bar G saddles and I wanted to look amazing. Southern Fried Chics did not disappoint! I love the lace top, it fit perfectly. And the jeans were extremely comfortable and fit just right. I'm in a wheelchair so finding clothes I love can be difficult, I will definitely shop here alot more!

Ordered the wider calf cowboy boots in hopes of being able to rock tall boots like I did in my rodeo queen days and Southern Fried Chics delivered! The boots are great quality, the shipping was incredibly fast and my heart is so happy! Can’t wait to order more now that I know there is a boutique that caters to my size! It’s been awhile since I’ve tried something on and cried tears of joy! Cannot praise this boutique enough!!!

Got the mystery bag again because I loved the one I got on December.
Unfortunately I got the same Christmas hat and very distinct wedding dress style belt in this bag. Disappointed that a bag six months later has some of the same items but love the koozie and necklace so it wasn’t all bad!

I love love love the clothes, boots , everything!!! You have stuff that no one else around my area has & I like being that person that’s wearing something new and different. I wish I could just buy whatever I want, but I’m not made of money, lol. I can’t wait to get the pre-order items I purchased. Keep being awesome 🤩.

Typically very happy, I’ve had a few dissatisfied purchases; one being cow print tumbler, terrible print, faded, blurry with green streaks they wouldn’t offer replacement or refund. Last order, American Flag print bathing suit didn’t fit, not as pictured, again would not refund or exchange. Huge disappointment.

I’ve bought a dress and a hat from you. I love the dress. The hat is cute but might be somewhat too small.
Two issues. There are hardly ever any larges available on your sales and I have not been successful yet on your filter feature when just looking for larges. It just doesn’t filter correctly.

Everything was handled in a timely manner. Only thing that will be the reason I don’t buy from here again is the sizes. Bought a dress in an XL. Fit in my chest but didn’t zip, so I went up to a 2XL. BOOBS DIDNT FIT but the dress zipped. Which makes 0 sense to me.
So now I’m out $180 and have no dress to wear to a wedding :(

I found the refund /exchange to be hard to find . Was unable to exchange or return on item that was very clealry labeled as a final sale. Also when having two models in varying sizes would be helpful if they provided the models measurements and sizes for reference.

I ordered the Lace Talk About It dress and received a product that was falsely advertised as "true to size" and a color that was entirely different from the pictures. I'm very dissapointed because the dress is unwearable due to the size I received.

The clothing was super cute online but the quality isn’t that great when you get it. A lot of the stitching is off and uneven. There was a couple things that I loved in person that were good but all the other stuff i was just stuck with it since you can’t return it. And I know it says on the website that you can’t exchange clothes that are on sale but I feel like that’s strange and that’s not good customer service. I think this is the only place I’ve ever bought stuff from that won’t let you exchange or return sale items. The stuff was probably on sale because the quality wasn’t very good.

I was at a Reba concert in February. These ladies were dressed beautifully. I stopped them and they said they had purchased their outfits from SFC!!! Three pair of boots, a duster, and a couple shirts later I am totally in love with SFC!!!

Items ordered on separate orders arrived quickly. One order I had ordered the wrong size and emailed the company. Their response was rapid to cancel that order. I reordered the item in the correct size. It fit perfectly. Thank you ! I’ll be ordering more merchandise from them !!
