Couldn't pay with PayPal it would take my information but would not go through and just left me in the PayPal app. That I know of I only ordered once and hopefully I only get one sign and not 3 since this is my third attempt to do this.

I absolutely love my sign! I hosted a trade show and my sign really stood out, and I got so many compliments!

This is the second order I have made and I'm truly impressed with the ease and quality. I run two bars/restaurants/nightclubs and these signs are extremely useful and can be used I so many different ways.

I used the neon Spellbrite to make a "CRAFT BEER" & "WINE" sign and I've had new customers stop in because it grabbed their attention versus keeping on walking to other bars. I leave the signs on 24/7 and SpellBrite are highly visible during the day. Even have people stopping on days we are closed.

My restroom sign in green is for a family member with memory issues. The room is easy to find now! I love the quality engineered letters and the excellent way in which SpellBrite snap in securely to each other. I am also very impressed by the dimming feature and the amazing strobe modes! Finally, the product shipped quickly and very securely!

VERY EASY TO ASSEMBLE AND WORKS GREAT THIS REPLACES AN OLD NEON SIGN LOOKS MUCH BETTER AND CLEANER A FINE PRODUCT

We started off by ordering one relatively small package. Management then decided to get a lot more, adding 5 more for a total of 6. Just last week, we ordered another sign, which will replace vinyl letters and allow changes easily. On the 2nd batch of 5 signs, we ended up with a problem. SpellBrite quickly got back to me to resolve the problem, and since I was going ahead and ordering another sign anyways, I suggested SpellBrite include the replacement items in the box so there was only one shipment. Hopefully we don't have more issues except needing to order more.

I had a screw cross-thread and get stuck, causing me to lose 2 letters. They shipped replacement letters within an order placed at the same time.

I purchased this sign for our small business. The sign looks great in the window! I was very pleased with the service and fast shipping.

It was very hard to find the 31.5 optiva signs on your site. I had to search the exact title on google for the link to pop up. Could not find a way to search on the website. These signs are the brightest I have found

First off, great product! This is our second order, but we were disappointed with the shipping. We paid about $50 for overnight shipping when we ordered on Thursday, because we wanted to get the sign-up in time for the weekend. The order was delivered to a neighbor on Monday. The $50 overnight fee was a waste of money since it took 4 days.

How fun! Have created two signs now! LOVE THEM! Easy, somewhat affordable, ships quickly, puts together easily, plug in and turn right on!

Bought this to put over the bar area for my nephews wedding! It's going to be fun, plus SpellBrite get to take it hone!

Easy ordering but I had difficulty finding the end caps. I like the Spell Brite signs and would highly recommend them as a better way to window advertise services or products.

This sign is Amazing! The shipping was super fast. The set up really easy. Quality Product! We hung it up right away and it made the place look like a movie set! We had it on all day and into the night. It didn't heat up. The material is good quality. So much better, easier, reasonably priced that real neon you would have custom made. Plus we can change the letters to make any word we want (with the letters we bought) I highly recommend this product.! My sign is DIVINE! We couldn't be happier! (this almost sounds like a made up review, it's too good, haha but it's true!) Fast ship, correct product, really nice quality product! Love the simplicity of the system and the quality. I also really like the different options for the function of the sign/letters. Definitely will order more soon. We like the product so much we're planning on replacing all of our lit signage with SpellBrite!

The Signs are great. You should not just target retail stores. I saw your product on fb and immediately thought to get one for each of my grandchildren.

This is the second time I've ordered and selected for payments to be split and the computer said that payments would be split and I was charged the full amount anyway. Something easier needs to be added to the interface. It's ridiculous.
