Hi there we ordered a infrared sauna from spiritual quest and saunas and we got the single sauna which was on sale awesome deal I came with a 20 lb of Himalayan salt bricks I didn't know where to put them so we actually called up first we left an email for support then we called up and the support person was very kind and described where the stack the salt and how SpiritualQuest worked was very nice of them at the same time the delivery was through freight so we had to make sure we were ready for it when it came in and they did provide me with the phone number for the freight company and the tracking number so it all went really smooth and they're in California and we're in New York so I don't think we could be further away we're very happy with how everything went we're going to start enjoying it today thank you spiritual quest

We ordered a single person sauna which was on sale for $9.99 90 it been about four to five weeks without hearing anything and much to our excitement we received shipping documents the same week as Christmas The son is on its way and we got a great deal we can't wait to start using it

Had made two orders for salt lamps. First order had no problems. Second order rhe owner of the company, Rick, cancelled without telling me then refused to refund my money. Well that is fraud and theft and then when questioned where the order was he said PayPal cancelled the order. Of course that was found to be untrue and it took even longer for Rick to answer to Paypal. BEWARE OF THIS Man and company. He has been reported to the BBB multiple times from many customers.

Excellent service amazing product fast arriving just in time for the holidays or should I say the day after the holidays these products showed up it's amazing that FedEx does deliver on Saturdays for home delivery I couldn't have been happier the family was here for the holidays I picked up a salt lamp for my nephew nothing major just a medium salt lamp he loved it and it arrived the day after Christmas just right on time thanks again SpiritualQuest did a great job

I love their product and Every time i have questions about them, Rick and staff have been very professional in answering all of them. SpiritualQuest always make me feel comfortable and are very kind and respectful. I recommend Spiritual-quest to everyone.

The salt lamp I finally received has a corroded rust covered plug in, the rock shifts and doesn't set flush with the small wooden stand it's half screwed to. The whole lamp itself rocks when setting on a flat surface. The black power cord has split openings & cuts in it. Two bulbs were sent (which I thought was nice) but neither worked. The lamp doesn't light up even after purchasing new bulbs. The packaging was not enough to protect the lamp. Box was in a thin paper/plastic type mailer. This may be why the unit is damaged & doesn't work. It took a long time to receive this lamp & one order was lost in the mail. At this point it is not worth paying postage to return & keep hope that a new lamp will work or arrive. I will enclose a picture & video to show rocking of unbalanced lamp & some of the rust on the plug in. A tried to remove some of the rust with a paper towel. Customer service wasn't helpful or eager to help as of to date. (Took a video of the rocking, unbalanced lamp, unfortunately it will not up load).

I bought a set of 60 salt bricks a couple of weeks ago from one of the sales people over at spiritual quest number one is the salesperson walk me through how many bricks I needed for my job and he did so scientifically using several different formulas in addition to that when SpiritualQuest shipped they had included two or three extra bricks because of possible breakage or miscuts on my part after I received them of course they do provide consulting I didn't know what that meant at the time but consulting means they'll walk you through the steps of how to build the salt wall within reason when you buy the materials from them so not only did I get great bricks individually wrapped all safely delivered but I also got some great direction one-on-one direction with a qualified professional blown away by the service just blown away

Margie here from Kenosha just wanted to say thanks for getting my shipments out to my family and about that you guys were very helpful in allowing me to ship multiple items to multiple addresses thank you very much I know that you didn't have to do that and I know you did bend over backwards so during the pandemic I think that's going above and beyond hopefully I can send you some friends and family in the future thanks again guys have a wonderful holiday

Just got my Himalayan salt wall which is called a plug play wall from spiritual quest ordered it just before the holiday arrived today it's pretty amazing plugs into the wall has a full spectrum which is every color there is I can dim it I can brighten it I can combine colors I can transfer through colors I can turn it on and off from across the room I can carry it anywhere I want to so the plug and play wall was really a great idea it's 35 lb and has the salesperson explained to me the plug and play wall does cover 350 ft² with negative ions which is a big component of why we use Himalayan salt SpiritualQuest also have bigger units but I chose the smaller one we love it

I LOVE my lamps... I ordered the Everest... 2 were for me, I am a massage therapist, one for home, one for my office, one for a gift. And now I want one for another gift and one more for home. The lamps are sturdy, and each uniqinely beautiful. My lamps offer me so much peace and serenity! I will unfortunately add even though each box was sealed with packing tape the boxes looked older and used. I was not too happy with FedEx, while I realize these boxes were probably 70lbs, SpiritualQuest left them on my sidewalk versus taking them inside my fenced yard to the door. For all I know FedEx could be the reason the boxes looked the way they did.

So I ordered a pink Himalayan salt lamp from this site, thinking I'd receive it. Idk why I thought that but I never did lol. I ordered it in may and it's now the end of July. We found out I gave the wrong address so I talked to them and even paid additional shipping to have it sent to the right address and still nothing. I've emailed the company and not received word back..

I made an error when I placed my second order. Rick responded immediately wrote it would be taken care of, and it was. Really love the salt lamp, the amber and the dimming quality is lovely. It creates a warm and soothing light. I put mine on a timer so its on every night and goes off after I fall asleep. If you are sceptical about the salt qualities performance all I can say is, I love it and you will too! B McC

Thank you so much spiritual quest your Sona is amazing we got the two-person duets on it's just a wonderful product we also bought the Himalayan salt wall package I must say that the products are amazing it must take so long to manufacture these by hand and in a day and age where so many people are just short-sighted and don't have any craftsmanship it's obvious that you guys take the time to do everything right we really appreciate the time you took when we were ordering and we also appreciate how you package it up for shipping thank you very much will definitely be ordering again

Great customer service from the start made our decision easy in choosing SpriritualQuest for the sauna salt cave. The product arrived via a professional delivery service and was professionally packed arriving without any damage or issue. I was so excited and determined- I uncrated and carried it in myself and installed it alone all in under 2 hours. The panels set up, level and buckle easily together and the wiring plugs in as simple, I needed support on the roof panel and the customer support was right there with helpful info. I was sitting in my new sauna salt cave with a lemon water listing to music before dinner and the delivery truck arrived after 1pm with plenty of notice. In three days of use I am noticing better skin and breathing plus my pressure is down. I would highly recommend this company and product to anyone looking for a salt cave.

I was so excited to get my products from spiritual quest I ordered six of the large salt lamps SpiritualQuest came packed beautifully this is about a 60 lb package I couldn't believe how heavy it was these things are real deal and they also shipped them for free my God how does that possible I know that it was a special during the holidays but we got them we're thrilled and we're going to be giving them out as gifts right now thanks guys

Received a lamp with a very large fracture & large void at base, contacted "customer service" and was treated with EXTREME discourtesy & rudeness. SpiritualQuest demanded I delete my review from their site before they assist to resolve the issue!

The best part about the duet is the extra 6 in and stretch out space both of them will heat up in a normal temperature room and about 20 minutes and they're both made for professional use so the last for many many years The systems come with 20 and 40 lb of Himalayan salt respectively and the Himalayan salt creates negative ions by heating up next to the heating elements The salt will help you to breathe in deeper taken more oxygen and it will give you a boost in mood and a boost in your immune system soft is also recognized by the American lung association as a suitable treatment for lung ailments so during the current pandemic it's been very important to take care of one's lungs.

I absolutely love the salt panels. SpiritualQuest are beautiful and well made. They create a calm inviting environment for my room.
I have yet to try the Iiris - 77 but that is next. This is the disappointing part of my experience. The Halogenerator arrived in a box, no manual, no finished electrical cords and when I tried to contact the company (Spiritual Quest) that I purchased it from they did little to help me or talk to me. When I did finally reach the person who originally helped me (because I wised up and called from a different ph. Number) he said he was busy and would call me back. I challenged him and asked if he would please, really call me back and he said, "Yes". I am still waiting (It's been a few weeks). I am fortunate enough to have access to a great team of electricians, welders and engineers through my husbands manufacturing plant, so it has taken some months, but we have been figuring it out. Why so long, because his business has nothing to do with mine and I had to pull them (his employees) off their jobs to work on my salt panels and generator.
My point in writing this review is only to say, Do not be too quick to believe the guarantee and more than that, do not believe that the customer service is even available to you or that it exists. Forget returns. That is out of the question and they will insist that they mentioned that to you on the phone.
I had the person's cell phone number and could call him anytime before I gave him my money. He would not answer after, not until I called from a different number.
You need to know what you are doing and that you will most likely be on your own. I spent $7,000.00+ and he would not talk to me. I could not even get him to give me a receipt for my purchase for my taxes.

So, GOODLUCK! The product is beautiful, the service, NOT SO MUCH

Don't bother. Unprofessional at best. Guy answers the phone and acts like I am troubling him when I ask about a product SpiritualQuest have advertised for sale. No "Spritualquest, can I help you", just some random guy in Los Angeles with zero personality. Too bad they just lost a $1300 sale so no, thank you.

The sauna I purchased is just fine so far, but their customer service is the WORST. I have called multiple times with some simple questions and was just belittled and yelled at when I was trying to make the suggestion that SpiritualQuest might want to add another page to the instructions to cover how the MP3 player and installation of the salt blocks. I am deeply unsatisfied with this company. They need to be able to take feedback and listen to their clients if they want a good review. If I could return the sauna, I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
