Prompt service was great and the products looked nice. Nice to be able to arrange one to arrive as a special thing. I wish I could have got some more idea of what the Dads are Awesome book had in it because that one went straight to the op shop (was it written in the 80s? not a very modern take on dads). I was a little disappointed that this lovely big box that arrived was mostly stuffing and my $100 didn't appear to have bought that many goodies - I guess that's a difficulty of trying to fit everything into a standard box. Overall good and would use it again but make sure I read the details more closely.

I had been looking for a shop that had various gift boxes and not just alcohol and chocolate. I also had to make sure it got delivered on a specific day. Those two things were very hard to come by these days (due to covid).
Thanks to Spoil Me, my mother received her gift on her birthday. I ordered the gift that very day!

How do you write a review for something you've never seen? Speak to your friend who received it. She was gushing over the box. She came across a beautifully wrapped package at her door when she got home, and was wowed by the contents and said "you have to keep the name of this lot to use again."

I have now used Spoil Me to deliver two gift packages to my friends for their birthdays. Both of which I did get last minute, I will admit! The quality and service with getting these gifts out are second to none and I struggled to find any other similar products for dear friends. Their same day service really saved my butt!! I ordered boxes for three of our clients as thank you gifts after the sale of their property was confirmed. I am very pleased with the presentation of the boxes, they look impressive and very professional. The website was very easy to order from and I will be ordering from Spoil Me again.

Very well presented gift box which was a birthday present and I had to wait until it was opened before I could place a review. This gift was an absolute delight to the recipient. The item was well packaged when sent and arrived quite quickly considering delays by the postal service. The note and the lovely white box was an elegant choice. I recommend highly and will be purchasing again in the future.

I ordered the surprise box and asked for it to be curated for the recipient but I have no idea what was in it or whether it was value for money as no picture or content list was sent to me. I dont want to ask the person as if I dont know what I got them! Also was delivered a day early which is not terrible but not great when it is for a birthday.

I’m upset with the delivery of my hamper. I emailed you guys to ask if my hamper can be delivered on Saturday 09/07/22. However my hamper was delivered 05/07/22. I wanted it to be special for my friends special birthday. Anyway I hope you guys will check your email in the future and reply to your customers if you can deliver on the date they requested.

Our friend lost a family member after a long illness and we expected a 3-5 day delivery. Our gift was there the following day. We cannot tell you how happy we were when we received the update. Totally exceptional service and at a hard time for someone, please know that they were so happy when it arrived.

Great options, easy shopping and checkout, timely delivery, and the recipient was very happy with their gifts. Only thing is I think I signed up for text updates of the delivery and didn't receive any, so I was a little worried until the person called to say they had received their gift. Other than that, I will definitely be recommending and using again.

I love sending these boxes to people I care about. They’re beautifully designed and packaged with attention given to the smallest detail, which is an important part of the gift giving process. Amazing service with a wide varied amount of useful gifts for babies and parents. Loved the Dad book. Though we could all do with more Dad related gifts too. The lactation cookies are an absolute boon and a refreshing change to the same gifts on offer from other services. In fact, they were the only service that had them on offer,
Even though they are a little bit more expensive (not by much) compared to other services, the items on offer are a lot more thoughtful and useful for parents. The packaging is beautiful and well presented and is worth every cent. There were no issues with delivery or ordering and it moved so quickly. If you want to send a more thoughtful hamper then look no further than Spoil Me.

I purchased a Spoil Me boxe for a friend whose father had just passed away. Mistakenly, in my haste to checkout, I accidentally put my own address, instead of hers, as the shipping address. I have to say, I am glad it did. What looked like a cute, though cheap, logoed box arrived with the courier stickers plastered all over the top of the box. Sadly, I think the courier had also dented it, but I appreciate that isn't in the Spoil Me's control. What is however, is the choice of packaging as well as presentation. For the price of the gift plus delivery charge, the large white courier stickers could have just as easily been placed on the bottom, thereby presenting a lovely gift box to the recipient.
The product inside looked amazing and after I rewrapped it in my own gift basket, they are products I was happy to present to her. So two thumbs up on the products...I just recommend taking a little more pride in presentation on delivery items.
That all said, I am willing to shop Spoil Me again.

I purchased this for my mother-in-law who is in Christchurch. What I loved was that I was able to pick the products to put in the hamper. I never got to see the hamper but my MIL said it was amazing beautifully packaged, she was very excited as she told me she loved it, best present ever. Thank you for making it easy to choose a fantastic gift.

Prompt service and I appreciated the substitute of a better bottle of wine when the wine I selected was out of stock.
What would have been better was if it was more obvious where to select a date for delivery - I missed this and would have preferred delivery to more closely coincide with a birthday, instead arrived a few days early.

Ordered parcel for mothersday and marked as such. Mothersday is over, and 8days since I ordered and I actually dont need it anymore. Couldnt get hold of Spoilme or courier via phone. Kids woke up empty handed with nothing to give to mom. Had to go spend another $100 just so they can have something for mom. Service shouldnt stop when parcels are despatched as this forms part of the experiece to customers. Couriers form close partners and should be managed accordingly.
