Parts were missing from my order. Almost impossible to contact customer service by phone. Asked if replacement parts could be shipped faster since I was in the middle of a job. This request was ignored and will now have to wait almost a week to get the parts. There are plenty of other sprinkler parts stores on the internet and that is where I will be buying from in the future.

shopping was pretty straight forward HOWEVER im not a sprinkler pro. The reason i went with the basic kit for the MP Rotator was because of the youtube video and i was sick of using my other water stuff. I looked at both basic and pro kit and no joke thought it was just the bluetooth piece. Once i received the basic kit i was very excited to use it to find out that it wasnt the same and i had to order the check valve and the other regulator. Honestly i was extremely annoyed because the site doesnt really explain it enough in my opinion. Thankfully there was free shipping for those otherwise id return everything.
The site should have imaged of the basic vs the pro kit.

I recently ordered 10 Hunter 181500 - PGP Riser Seal - Replaces 253400. I went to use the Riser Seals this weekend, but unfortunately, I only received 10 Female Rubber Risers which requires 10 Male Rubber Rise completing the seal. My Order # was Order No. #191983. Is there someone who can help me with this.
Other than that, my experience looking up and ordering the parts was seamless.

After using Hunter PGP Rotors for decades, Sprinkler Supply Store recommended K-Rain Rotors and I am hooked. They have four spray heads pre-installed and all you have to do is select the pattern you desire. The rotors are easier to adjust and what can I say, they work better. I will be replacing all my rotors over time with K-Rain Rotors.

Your store is great to order from. Items come very quickly, the order is right, and the products are wonderful. Our garden is doing well with the irrigation system we have installed. Watering only the area that needs water saves on our well pump running all the time and water evaporating in the air, with a drip line that does not happen. So cool!
We helped a neighbor put a drip line system for watering her "cow tank gardens", working great!

Accidently ordered sprinklers with wrong shipping address. Sent two emails within minutes of the order and also called several times when store opened on following Monday informing them that I needed to change shipping address.
They went ahead and shipped product without answering emails or phone messages. Had to spend additional money with Fed Ex to get shipment address corrected.

I was truly surprised at the level of friendliness and "can do" attitude I found when I needed to repair my sprinkler system. I had never done business with Sprinkler Supply Store before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I generally like the Sprinkler Supply Store. This was my second time to buy from them. They have excellent pricing. But this second order didn't turn out so great. I ordered two valves, a roll of multi strand wire, wire connectors and a wire stripper. They did not have everything at one location, so they shipped from three locations. The valves came just fine, but I had to go to Ewing Irrigation to buy everything else so I could complete my repairs that Saturday. In the future, contact your customer and give them an option to make substitutions to be able to ship from one location. It would have saved me money and saved you on freight costs.

As an Administrative Specialist/Office Manager that works with six agents in six very different program areas from Ag to 4H I order and deal with a lot of vendors. My Horticulture Agent wanted to order VAC Solenoids to replace the ones in our Demo Gardens. had the part I needed and at a great price. Soon after the order was submitted they assigned a rep to my order who emailed me. My order was soon marked "back order" and rep was able to lmk it would be a few weeks. Finally the email came that item was in and shipped. If it weren't for backorder I would rate them 5 stars. I really appreciated that you highlighted some significant specifications in your video and online. I was looking for a Toro 570 prx com and I appreciate that you had it before. I'd ordered similarly previous to this and wasn't able to exchange because I waited too long. I also thought the drip sprays I ordered, same manufacturer, were way higher quality than what they get at the big stores. Nice job!

The vendor that we normally use was out of stock of a specific adapter with no date for replenishment. After a quick search online we found the adapters in stock and they shipped immediately and we had them in a couple of days! It was a great experience. Will definitely place more orders in the future.

Sprinkler Supply couldn't have been more accommodating. When I had a problem redeeming a coupon and wrote them, I received a notice that my credit card account had already been credited. Then when I had difficulty installing the part, they directed me to a how-to-video and the problem was solved in a minute!

I would have given 5 stars due to the volume of information on the site, ease of ordering and clear, searchable products online catalog. However, the shipping and handling was quite unsatisfactory.
Two of the three items I ordered were late and the packaging was damaged. It looked as if the carrier had to do repairs to the packaging so that items did fall apart and out.
Additionally, it required me to call you to check on progress and have a conversation about re-routing from another warehouse on the east coast (I am in AZ) after items were already days late.

I had previously obtained Hunter sprinkler nozzles from the local Home Depot or Lowes, but both seem to no longer stock them. I haven't been able to find any alternative nozzles that work for my sprinkler/lawn irrigation configuration, so I am really happy to have found Sprinkler Supply Store. In addition, the local stores had never stocked Hunter 6 inch pop-up sprinklers (only 4 inch), so being able to get them from Sprinkler Supply Store is a real bonus! It is now my go-to source for all sprinkler parts!

Well, the parts are great unfortunately follow-up is not what I expected.
When I placed my orders on a Saturday evening over the web for a Hunter Solar Sync Wireless Sensor I had forgotten to order Toro sprinkler body check valves. I placed a second order, within less than 10 minutes.
I realized that I was now on the hook for two shipping charges so I called and left a message with the order numbers asking for them to combine them and also sent an email. The only reply was an email telling me how much they appreciated my business. I received the two orders at the same time but was still disappointed in their follow-up.
To my dismay, when I went to install the Hunter Solar Sync Wireless Sensor on the following Saturday I realized it was not the one I needed. I need the ET/Rain/Freeze sensor and I ordered the Rain/Freeze sensor, my error. I called again and left a message with all of the pertinent information, I'm on the west coast, asking if I could return the sensor I have to exchange for the right sensor but all I got back was a request to fill out a review. BTW, I also sent an email requesting the same information.
They have a pretty good return policy but to avoid a 20% restocking fee I could get a credit. Before I commit to a credit I need to know if they have the right part to apply the credit to the replacement. I can't find the part on their website but if they can order it I would be inclined to return the wrong part and wait for the right part.
If you know what you want and they have it I can recommend them to everyone. If you need customer support think twice.

I am reallly surprised at theirs quick and efficient service. My order was delivered very fast and my shipment status was updated regularly. I am impressed by the service and quick responses for any questions. I am more than unhappy to recommend sprinkler supply store to all my friends for all sprinkler supplies.

I received my order in two shipments. After the first part came, I wondered when I would be getting the rest so I emailed and promptly got an email back checking into the order. I followed up with a phone call a few days later and the shipment tracking was sent. I appreciated the customer support and the personal responses. Excellent range of Netafim product offerings drew me to the site and the customer service will keep me returning.

The experience and service was great! I especially liked the email confirming the purchase and asking me to check over the details. I discovered to my surprise that the city for the mailing was different then it should have been. Not sure how that happened, but I replied to the email noting the correct city name and it got changed.
