The salesman, Steve, was extremely professional. He knew the products and spent the time to get me exactly what I was looking for. The customer service follow up was also professional and most helpful.

Fedex delivered our original package in good time, but it was pretty beat up and leaking. Starfire went out of their way to make it right! The fire glass is exactly what we were looking for. We are sold on starfire.

I ordered a Prism hardscape Pentola 3 at 26" on 11 September 2021. 12 weeks delivery estimated. On 11 March 6 months and 26 weeks later, a Pentola 1 model arrived at 28" height.

I’ve received emails saying my order has shipped and yet the tracking info link doesn’t work. Frustrating.

Updating my review from 4 to 5 stars due to amazing customer service and follow up by Starfire Direct!!! I am very pleased with the timing of my order and the 1/2” Desert Gold glass. The color is beautiful and just what I was hoping for.
My only complaint was that the initial order had a LOT of unusable glass crumbs/shards. I mentioned this in my review and was contacted by Starfire Direct to apologize. They shipped me an additional amount of the Desert Gold glass to make up for the inconvenience with the initial order. I was very impressed by the time and effort that Starfire Direct went to to make things right. I highly recommend Starfire Direct. Great product and even better customer service!

Product was shipped fast. Followed video for install of h burner and it was was to install. Love the glass! It makes the fireplace look fabulous!

Eventhough I had purchased my beautiful fire pit with hidden propane tank a while ago, I hadn’t used it much (Covid gathering restrictions). But the flame had always been very low - not the robust flame on their website. So I decided to call customer service. Ady Kings was my contact and he couldn’t have been nicer and more patient. After sending him videos, he sent out a new part. When that didn’t work, he sent out another, all free of charge. The second part did the trick! Now I have the beautiful, glowing fire pit that was intended to be.

With all of the current supply chain issues, we were holding our breath on delivery - but they under promised and overdelivered. We got our copper water bowls almost a week after placing the order and I've got to say that they are more beautiful in person than in the photos. Mari helped us every step of the way and was the consummate professional.

Ordered through the website and that was really easy. I got a notification when the order shipped and got what I ordered. Got everything quicker than expected.

The delivery address I gave was a PO Box. They shipped my order Fedex, who do not ship to PO Boxes. Called FedEx to give them my physical addreas and was tols the vender is the only one who can change the delivery address. So I had to call Starfire customer service to get them to make the change. I hope this lets me get my order.

I was disappointed to learn that my purchase of a Rectangular Drop-In Pan with Match Lit Kit - 18" x 6" cannot be returned because it is a custom built item. This product is a standard item listed on Starfire's website, which I purchased without any alteration/customization.
It's been my experience that online ordering sites, like Starfire, go out of their way to accept returns since they know it brings them into compatibility with brick and mortar stores (which I can visit several within a 20 mile radius of my home).

Had a little problem with the delivery but other than that everything else seemed to work out.

Our concrete table arrived broken, and they have ordered a new one for us. The replacement process wasn’t as easy as wished it to be, but we are happy now that it looks like it is taken care of.
