I assume that the videos could be a bit better simulated , so that they are understandable by all nationalities.
Otherwise the chapters are excellent made.

Great courses and great interface. Very easy to use. The only thing I would add is to be able to see the wrong answers after the test.
I will recommend to my colleagues.

I love it. It's really helpful, especially about the Cyber crime, I wasn't aware it is that serious.. It helps us to be aware and always be careful and responsible for what happens to us on board

Great & fast assistance if you Need help. The portal where to perform the training obsolete. I did the course however at the end did show up I didnt make It. A simple online process became quite long. Again big thank to customer care assistance.

The STCW online course is very informative.The video clips helps to understand more on security and safety.Thank you for giving more chances when one fails to attain the first chance.The multiple choice questions were a bit tricky but worth it .

It is helpful for me to get more information about my workplace and I think through this platform I was also able to apply my own knowledge and experience in answering the assessment provided by STCW.Online.

Good for theory part, but it take the time for practice as per instructions. Course administrator’s very friendly and give all answers in short mailing time.

The test was written flawlessly, as well as the course, it was interesting to pass. But there were problems with the IT part.
The course and test do not open in some browsers, such as Firefox.

The course is good and easy for understanding. But. Country of birth at my certificate displaying incorrect and i didnt find any contacts to report about it.

Easy and comfortable way to get your certificate. Good mix of written information and videos. Sometimes helpful but also nerve-wracking to see immediately after each question of the assessment if it was correct.

My First time to use STCW .ONLINE which has been very good to update the mandatory STCW certificates required concise courses with a multiple-choice test

The security awareness course was short and superficial, and besides the definitions of the different security officers and their responsibilities, that could just as easily have been googled, it didn’t bring much new information to the table — it should be obvious that suspicious activities should be reported. If I had paid for this course with my own money, I would have wanted them back.
