I bought this watch because I wanted something that looked timeless and would last a lifetime. This is such a beautiful watch to own and it’s incredibly comfortable to wear. The fine details and attention to design are exactly what I wanted. Postage was extremely quick and I’m very happy especially because I had mistakenly put in the wrong address and the team were so accomodating and friendly in fixing my mistake quickly once I realised.

There is a problem with the model I have recieved . It goes "faster and faster" . Show incorrect time !

Sternglas is a lovely brand and I definitely want to keep buying more products. The aesthetic of the products and their presentation are both very satisfying. The unboxing experience too is very good. You can sense a very intelligent balance between the price and the products. Ich habe die Naos XS zu Weihnachten bekommen und liebe diese Uhr. Das Glas ist wirklich kratzfest und hat nach zwei Jahren täglichem Tragen keine Beschädigungen. Als vor kurzem ein Problem mit der Armbandschließe auftrat, nahm ich über den Chat Kontakt zum Kundenservice auf und habe nach kurzer Erläuterung ein neues Armband zugeschickt bekommen. Vielen Dank für dieses tolle Produkt und an den Support!

Mein Mann trägt nie Uhren , ihm hat aber die Uhr Hamburg Automatik gut gefallen, jetzt ist Sie da , sehr schön und Wertig , die Bestellung war einfach , die Kommunikation mit dem Verkäufer sehr schnell und sehr freundlich, hatte noch eine Nachfrage . Mein Mann trägt die Uhr gerne !

I have always been very happy with my watches, but also with the speed and security of delivery. When one of my Sternglas watches had problems during the last year I received very accommodating and professional service, and had my watch repaired for free. Excellent watches, and an excellent company.

Have yet to year back from support email regarding a misaligned second hand.

I’d been looking for another automatic watch and saw the Argo. Really impressed with the quality, price and service. I’m already looking at one of the other Sternglas watches as I love the styling. Would definitely recommend based on my purchase so far.

This thing broke within a month of me buying it. Doesn’t tell town accurately. The one thing you want a watch to do well. My cheaper timex works better.

Naos Automatik Blue Sunburst.
This watch is really a truly stunning watch in person. I was drawn to the blue dial and in person, you see so many different hues and colors in the dial especially in natural lighting. I was also drawn to the simple, elegant Bauhaus styling of the dial. Very uncluttered and nice to look at. I also appreciate the date window is color matched to the dial to blend seamlessly in the background. The only thing I might change is maybe giving the second hand a splash of color to make it stand out (bright red or canary yellow maybe?)
I initially wasn't thrilled with the milanese band but have grown to really like it the look. It's very comfortable to wear.
Lastly, the shipping was superb. I placed my order on a Tuesday thinking it would be virtually impossible for it to arrive in 2-4 business days as advertised. I anxiously tracked it from Hamburg Germany to USA (Virginia). It spent an entire day in Customs but was on my doorstep Friday afternoon. Kudos to Sternglas and DHL!
Really a nice piece. Very happy so far.

I’m very happy with the watch. As a person with a large wrist, the band does not have much room. The backside of the watch has a taper that allows my wrist to flex freely and avoid stress to the band mounting pins.

Straps came and are perfect
Packaging was very excessive tho.
A box and a lot of waste paper.
Come on guys you can do better than that!

I ordered the Watch Hamburg mechanical version. Nice watch, quick delivery only the watch strap was not mine. After some Mails i got a better on.
