I've been browsing stillwhite since before I got engaged so I was pretty familiar with the setup when I was ready to find my dream dress. What an easy, stress free process.
Let me tell you, I was doing a charity drive and my car was full of donations and I found myself in the area where the lady that posted the dress I'd been watching was. I decided to try it on and before I knew it, there was my gorgeous Justin Alexander gown, balanced precariously on top of a bunch of charity donations in my car, with me happily driving home to drop it off before doing the next set of collections. So simple, and no drama.

Would highly recommend Stillwhite to sell a wedding dress and highly recommend to save a load buying one....my dress was new...a change of mind...which happens. Be realistic with your price.

I bought a used dress for fairly good price.
No rips, stains, and damage on the dress.
What it doesn’t say is - it has an awfully pungent BO on it.
I kid you not, as soon as I opened the packaging, pungent BO permeates my room.
I contacted support for advice and was told “ The listing states the dress is in used condition and has not been dry cleaned, and the price reflects this.”
Wow. So no I have to internet that no dry clean = extremely pungent odour?
This dress is a very casual wedding dress, and can easily be washed in washing machine (which I did). And the smell still remains.
Never had I bought used clothing with such strong body odour in the last decade.
Honestly my biggest complaint is the support staff is saying “sorry your fault”. Implying it’s actually acceptable to sell unhygienic product on their site.
Buy from stillwhite if you’d like but make note of this. Do ask if there’s BO!

With a minimal fee I placed photos and descriptions of the dress. I received frequent updates and suggestions as to the number of views and strategies to make my dress more marketable.

I sold my dress on StillWhite, and I had a TERRIBLE experience. After the buyer received the dress, accepted it on StillWhite but then a week later, she opened a PayPal dispute claiming that it's not authentic. I provided a proof of purchase, an original receipt from Northstrom, but PayPal still sided with the buyer. They made me accept the return, so I lost $30 Stillwhite Listing Fee and $45 shipping fee. Very demoralizing experience and not worth it.
