Received battery in good condition and it works perfectly so far, Very good customer service from Amy who responded very promptly with all necessary information. The only comment I have is the delivery took too long. The battery arrived in my country after 8 days of placing order but sat in the local warehouse for another 6 days without any action. Despite several calls to check on the delivery, there was still no confirmation of delivery. I eventually have to go down to the warehouse to collect it myself. Very very bad service from the local delivery. I suggest StoreBattery gives the customers the option to choose different paid delivery services. Would have given it a 5-star but because of the local delivery...

My first purchase on this website and only decided to go ahead with it after reading some good reviews on laptop batteries. There are bad reviews of hand phone batteries though. I made the purchase on 30 Apr and received the parcel (from China) on 11 May. The new battery looks exactly the same as the original one in the laptop. Replaced it in less than 5 minutes, powered up the laptop and the battery carries 70% charge. I took another 15 minutes to charge to 100%. A big relief for me for buying a new laptop battery that works. I will definitely come back again for future laptop battery purchases. Well done and thank you seller!

I ordered one battery Samsung Ativ book and it come with very nice packing. And shipping also was fast. Then I ordered another one for Dell XPS 15 (9550). Unfortunately, the battery was bended in the delivery. I take photo of the battery and informed to storebattery and today I just received the new battery safe and sound. Did a search on Google for a replacement battery for my Toshiba Ultrabook. Found this site that charges reasonably for the battery and shipping. Received within a week after purchase. Looks exactly the same as the original battery in my laptop. Had it installed and booted it up. System detected the battery's health as good. Charged it to full and timed the usage capacity. I was quoted US$120 for a replacement charger for my Sony Vaio Laptop. It was expensive because it went out of production few years ago, Sony managed to find a charger for me in Japan so the cost has to cover shipment as well.

Got a replacement battery for my chuwi minibook, worked fine, not exact fit but the case can be closed on it, i thought it was the original battery that was giving me issues but now i just think theres and issue with the charging port on it, after installing this new one, turned on fine, no battery detected in windows, said 225%, left it plugged in, ended up dying and not recharging, so i think the battery is just fine just that the chuwi minibook is a pos to start with, so i still give the battery 5 stars.

After buying from 3 different online vendors the battery model that I was looking for, none of them worked on my Dell Inspiron laptop. StoreBattery advertise as being original but it was always an OEM version that didn't work. On a final attempt to get a new battery I discover storebattery.sg using Google. The price was cheaper than the previous buys and they informed me that the battery was original. I had some doubts since it was my first time buying from them and from my previous bad experiences, but decided to give it a try. Last chance for the laptop.

Got the battery for my HP Pavilion Sleekbook within 1 week of order. So far so good. This is better than what I expected, given that I was given the go-around within the HP organisation (which went through some restructuring) and finally when I got through to the right department, StoreBattery did not have stocks and I was asked to call their authorised vendor who then told me that I need to wait some 4 to 8 weeks for stocks to arrive. It did not help that buying from HP/ vendor would have cost me more than 3 times what I paid at www.storebattery.sg!

Was skeptical at first as its a online store but decided to give it a try. Cheapest and most detailed among my searches. And was glad that order came within 3-8 days as stated. Battery was up to our requirements although compatible for use, packaging was very standard. Hopefully it goes well, and will get more from them including power adapters.

I brought a replacement battery for my Samsung NP900X4C Laptop.
The battery was received in a good protective packaging. However, I was not able to get my laptop to recongize the new battery, I wrote an email to StoreBattery for help. Immediately I got a reply from Ms Amy and provided me a step-by-step to install the battery, what is more pleasent is that she assured me that she will help me to resolve the problem. Very professional indeed. Using her installation procedure, I was able to get my laptop to recongise the new battery without any problem.

I bought a battery for my work laptop. It was the company's money, so I didn't mind taking the risk (since buying the battery from Dell was almost twice as expensive. I had some technical issues with the site, then eventually completed payment with an emailed link from their customer service agent (Amy). Amy was super responsive, and kept telling me not to worry, as I think others think this website is scam. Turns out it is pretty awesome. Payment to arrival was about 1 week. I have been using the battery for 2 weeks now, and it hasn't exploded on me yet :)

I was giving up on my current laptop since the battery was close to useless. The options I had to replace my current system were in the $2k range and that wasn't really appealing to a student. Ordered replacement battery for Asus K401LB laptop, for delivery to Manila. The price was good, and the shipping rates were a steal compared to same product sold on Aliexpress.com. When the usual shipping method proved impossible for Manila deliveries, the staff suggested a cheaper workaround, and refunded the difference. I received the item in excellent condition, and it works excellently. Thank you, if another battery issue comes up I will certainly be a repeat customer.

I was looking for the replacement battery for a while for my Dell laptop. Ultimately I found the perfect battery here. The battery is in good protective package and perfect in design and size. The delivery got little delayed due to courier problem but Miss Amy helped me a lot tirelessly until i got the battery. Bought an 80Wh battery to replace the 60Wh battery that came with my laptop.

Service-wise, everything was great. StoreBattery contacted me to confirm the type of battery I wanted, and sent it out just a few hours after my confirmation. Emails were friendly and helpful.

Delivery-wise, everything was handled nicely on their part. Despite the poor tracking and delivery notices offered by the delivery partner, everything else was perfect as they shipped the battery on the very working day they received my order and followed up with the tracking number once they got it.

Product-wise, it also exceeded my expectations. Although all the places where the brand Lenovo was supposed to be was blacked out, everything else was great and fully functional. In fact, the very battery I had could hold up to 82Wh of charge when its design capacity was only 80Wh. One small problem I have, though, is that my laptop is now unable to start from battery without a charger connected. After starting up, the laptop runs perfect on battery. However, I believe this is most likely not the new battery's issue as it is also unable to boot from my old battery. Nonetheless, this issue only occured after plugging in the new battery, so do keep a look out if this function still works once you get the battery. I'm not very affected by this issue anyway, as I can always just put my laptop on sleep and it works perfectly.

All in all, everything was done nicely and I am very satisfied. Thank you!
