I ordered 2 Barbour bucket hats as they were on offer at GBP15.00 each. I selected 1 medium and 1 large with the intention of giving the large to a friend and keeping the medium for myself. The friend did not like the style of the hat, so I returned the large. I kept the medium and it is typical Barbour wax clothing quality. Fantastic! The service provided by Stuarts was excellent from start to finish. Everything was completed ahead of the agreed times and that includes the partial refund resulting from the return of the large hat. This is the 2nd time I have purchased from Stuarts. So far, so good for me. When I am looking for certain items, I check Stuarts. My experience and it is that; not more not less.

I have ordered 3 times from Stuarts. Delivery is very quick and packaged well. However, getting a refund is a complicated process, far less sophisticated than most companies. My returned package was delivered back to Stuarts and signed for. Two days later, they were still saying that they hadnt had time to sort through the parcels.

Not been able to travel due to pandemic but a visit to Stuart's London store is defo on my bucket list, but I have been happy to order on line my 1st purchase was Danner Boots by far my most expensive self indulgence but was excited to get them delivered no problems would happily recommend Stuart's to family and friends..... 4 ⭐s this could increase to 5 ⭐s by having more sales..Big up Stuart's 💚✌

First time I bought from here it was a dry bag that I wanted to exchange for the same thing because (in my opinion) it was faulty. They said it wasn't faulty and put a refund through. So fair enough, faulty or not, either way, I'm happy. I did have to ask if they'd received the item because I waited and didn't hear from them but this is a very minor complaint. They also didn't reply when I asked if they could provide a QR code to scan rather than pay for printing.
While this was happening I ordered a shirt from them and everything went as expected. I do a lot of shopping around before buying. I can't remember whether they were the only people who were selling the shirt I wanted or if it was just the best price. But they're now on my list of go-to sites.

Very nice online store but the only thing I didn’t like was that I had to pay taxes on each of the three shirts that was shipped to Dubai. Aramex who delivered the shirts made me pay the taxes before they shippEd the items and it was a bit too high. I have ordered from other online stores in the UK and I never paid such huge amount in taxes. I believe that it was Aramex that did all the calculations for the taxes. I don’t trust that shipping company because they have made mistakes in the past l,so if possible please change your courier services to FED Ex or UPS or DHL

Just wanted to say what an awesome experience I had. There was a slight issue with customs importing the goods on my order but I received excellent customer support from the team who really went out of their way to get the issue resolved for me. I have purchased from Stuarts London before and will do again. Very highly recommended.

I bought (and returned) some LEVI'S Bedford cords vintage, size 30. Way, way, way too small. I think that's because they go with original (1968?) sizing. and now we're all bigger (fatter), I'm 30 in my Edwin jeans and other chinos, 29 in stretch. I think you should have a better size chart stating if items wear much smaller, or bigger. Other than that, my love for Stuarts knows no bounds.

I am in New Mexico, USA, and could not find the shorts I wanted. I was surprised to find them at Stuarts, but I hesitated because of the distance. I was pleased to find I was sent exactly what I ordered, with no extended wait and with no premium charged. Stuarts of London provides great service in a dependable manner. I recommend Stuarts highly.

The item is lighter than l thought and longer than l thought despite the description being "short".
You said you despatched on the Tues. RM said they were delivering Fri, even gave a time, got it on the Sat . I don't mind that it came on the Sat but they shouldn't have said it was coming on the Fri . They should refund the postage .

Outstanding service! I purchased a Fox umbrella. Stuarts was one of only a handful of online vendors which had the precise model I wanted in stock. Not only did they have the best price I could find anywhere, but they must have shipped it out (to the United States) on the same day. Three days later it was on my doorstep. The shipping cost was quite reasonable, at that. I am certainly looking forward to further business!

Excellent. Haven’t been to the shop for ages but made an order online. Firstly they had my Jean size which most don’t! Website was really easy to use. And delivered really quickly with excellent communication.
And finally, I got a discount!
All in all extremely pleased.
I’d still rather visit the store though as always assured a warm welcome!

The sleeves were abnormally long and had to have the tailor shorten them by like 4 inches and I have normal length arms. The mid section is very snug and had to have that enlarged to feel a bit roomier. I am not a slim man and it would have been ok for someone without the "gut" that I am currently lugging around. The shoulder area is just right for an XL but that midsection was more like a medium. So not consistent but still will wear and enjoy when alterations have been made.

Good, efficient and reliable service. Very happy with the item of clothing bought. Quality of item superior to rival equivalents in my view and even more desirable- it actually fitted properly! This is not always the case when buying clothes online. The sizing guide provided seemed to be pretty accurate.

Speedy delivery, item arrived as described. The P&P for next day delivery was a bit more than most similar items have cost me from elsewhere which meant the so-called saving I was making on the tracktop was gobbled up by delivery cost. The official Fred Perry site do free delivery and often the item arrives the next day, so I'm tempted to just purchase from there alone in the future.

I purchased a monitaly puffer jacket and sizing said 46" which is exactly my chest size but the jacket was massive..so called them and was told I was the only complaint on this so they refused to send me a free return label ..so because of bulk of jacket cost me £10 to return..not good..End ect give proper measurements to save out laying hundreds of pounds then more money and time to return and await refund..great!!!

I could not find the shoe I wanted in my size and color. I found the online at Stuart’s London at a great price , ordered them and had them in three days with a reasonable shipping charge. If I had spent more there would not have even been a shipping charge. Better service than if I purchased here in the US. I will be shopping on their website!

Brands and selections on offer are excellent! However a very outdated returns process. It’s not a high street chain with lots of stores, hence you can’t pop into a store to try on a couple of pairs of shoes for size. If you order online, and they don’t fit, its a bit of a manual process to return for a full refund and returns are out of your own pocket.
Makes me think twice now to order shoes from here, as I don’t want to pay courier charges if the size is wrong or they just don’t look nice on foot.

I ordered two Gabbicis for delivery to Melbourne Australia. I didn't get a despatch confirmation email but when I enquired I received an email from Trevor almost immediately confirming despatch with a tracking number.
I recieved my order a few days later and to be honest a really quick delivery time.

These might be the quietest shoes I've ever worn. They are very comfortable. I've read reviews that they run a little small, but that has not been my experience. My normal size fits quite nicely. This is my first pair of ankle boots, and I had to wear them a few times to get used to them, but they feel broken in almost from day one. The suede is beautiful. These are wonderful boots and I would fully recommend them.
