Fast service but the item was wrong colour. Advertised with a picture of a Khaki overshirt but the one that arrived was dark brown A previous reviewer had the same experience. A good price at £6 so cannot be bothered to return it. Just be more carefull what I order from them in future, if ever again .

Customer service is useless. I ordered an item for my grand daughters birthday and asked it be sent to my sons address. Despite 2 phone calls and several E mails they continued to send it to my address. Customer service by phone asked me to refuse the delivery customer service by E mail told me I should have accepted it. It appears they are incapable if understanding simple instructions because despite asking to have it delivered to my sons they are now offering me a credit. Do NOT use this Company utterly uselrss.

Where do i start, ordered pergola, never turned up, rang was told i would receive a refund within 14 days, numerous phone calls and emails, each time being told another 14 days. They also reordered item which when arrived was faulty, this irem had to be returned, cannot get them to acknowledge they owe me to credits, constant waffle from customer services, smoke and mirrors etc, have no choice but to take it further with the ombudsman. Has anyone had any joy going down this road

Disgraceful customer services, they don’t care and I’m constantly having to repeat myself as that many people reply ! Good received damaged and they know I am not even going to receive that we paid in full for and no refund. Worst company ever !

Had delivery too damaged to assemble. Customer services very helpful .. took lots of phone calls to get refund .. I think the problem is language barrier / not always clear … but have refund and happy !

My God I wish I had read reviews before ordering. Tried to cancel order. Was told it had been cancelled then got an email today saying to expect delivery. Probably will never receive it. Phoned their call centre twice and spoke to two operatives who I couldn't understand. They said I was phoning the Philippines. Atrocious customer service. Got no resolution. Going to cancel account as I believe they are fraudsters and probably scammers and wish now I hadn't given my credit card details. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

We purchased a TV which broke within the manufacturers 2 year warranty period. The Manufacturer was brilliant in arranging to try and repair and when it was found un repairable provided us with an uplift code to take back to Studio cards to ensure the TV was replaced or refunded. this should have been a simple process. However upon contacting Studio cards they are refusing to honour the uplift code! The customer service from the company is absolutely shocking. No one in their customer service department listens to what you say on the phone and due to this we have no option but to go through the ombudsman to resolve a situation that should be simple. I will never use the company again and would suggest nobody else does either.

Bought a coffee machine for £60 reduced from £100 and it broke within three months. They are refusing to send a replacement even though they have a responsibility to do so under the Consumer Rights Act as the product is less than 6 months old. Horrendous customer service. Garbled emails written in poor English that don't make any sense. Won't use again. Avoid.

Disappointed with the fact that no matter how much you spend, delivery is £4.99 .
Just placed an order and received the following message:
'' 3 - 7 days for delivery of parcel '' .
In all honesty, for that price, you should do next day delivery, with tracking number.

Trading standards should shut this place down.I ordered an item 3 weeks ago paid by debit card , dispatched next day apparently, but tracking hasn’t moved since .numerous calls and emails since , latest one saying they will resolve in 8 weeks .they will not give me a refund because the item is dispatched (apparently) . It seems I’m not the only one with problem , why have trading standards not shut this place down.

I just cannot belive the bad comments about Studio,in my opinion they are not justified, I have been with Studio for a while now and although I fell behind with my payments due to Covid Studio where absolutely brilliant at helping me ,I wish all company's where as good thank you Studio

Ordered a TV in January, been dispatched but not delivered.. 2months later they are still investigating.. I can't cancel the order because it's already been dispatched...so I'm in limbo..because now I want to order from someone else...I've had no communication from them whatsoever.. I won't be ordering anything ever again... absolutely terrible service!!

I’ve been trying to return a parcel since the 7th March , (sent 6 right side arms instead of 3 left 3 right. I’ve made 4 attempts at someone picking the parcel up now and finally someone came today, only problem being that studio gave me the wrong returns label so the courier wasn’t able to take it back !!!! 4 of my days off wasted !!!! Can’t speak to a manager can’t get anywhere with a complaint , they tried to offer me £15 compensation!! I don’t want compensation I just wanted a parcel collecting !!! £15 doesn’t come near to the amount of my spare time that’s been chewed up by this company !!! Also I re ordered another item choosing a different style because I didn’t want the same problem only for that to arrive and one of the seats is broken !!!! I won’t be ordering from studio again that’s for sure !!

Shocking service.Do not shop with studio. They charge you for undelivered items I have been complaining about since December 2022. To now tell me it is too late to complain. I have been complaining constantly since December 2021 and had resolution team involved in December 2022 who also can't resolve anything.

I ordered 2 items in November which did not arrive. I complained numerous times and finally got hold of someone a few days before Christmas and funny enough was suddenly here next day..Broken!! I've called and was told I'd be refunded which i have not. I've sent numerous emails which are now just being ignored. It is now March. Never again will I use this site and have told everyone I know not to either.

Before I closed my account I spoke to customer services to make sure there were no outstanding payments, they said I had a nil balance and closed my account . However, a few weeks later they sent me a bill for over £100 saying it was interest, I have double checked all the payments I have made and don’t owe anything. I don’t know what is going on but I read they were going into administration !

This company is absolutely shocking!!!!….a bunch of thief’s…ordered 2 items in November and was notified they were out of stock which is fair enough, instead of refunding my money back to my bank account they put it into my Studio account (which I pay regularly every month) and when I spent MY OWN MONEY they have charged extra interest on my Studio account and it’s jumped from £247 to £300 and my monthly payments have gone from £10 a month to £17+ a month….this company is a bunch of con artists and I’m getting in touch with Comsumer Rights and Action Fraud over this matter as when I rang up about this matter they have added more to my account and not took on board or dealt with my account appropriately at all…they are full of empty words and promises….this company is downright disgusting and needs shutting down ASAP…God knows how many other people they are defrauding who are not keeping an eye on their account balances and monthly repayments…your orders take over a fortnight to arrive yet they are charging £5 per delivery which in my estimations should be 1st class next day delivery not Standard Delivery which they are yet again stealing money from customers for….I will not be paying anymore payments until this is dealt with from Studio !!!!!!

I wish i had read these reviews before purchasing 2 dinner sets at £78.99, and i wish i had paid on my credit card too! I am having to raise a formal complaint with my Bank, can't believe trading standards have not shut this company down!!! Surprise surprise, i am still chasing an order which said 5 - 7 days delievery and no one is able to tell me when i will receive my order!! Angry does not cut it!!

Waited 6 weeks for Xmas tree constant messaging asking for refund and was begged to wait it constantly said on tracking was with Hermes with no movement when I finally did get the tree it was broken and they told me to print a label and to walk the 6 ft tree a mile to the post office eh no so the 40£ I spent they agreed a partial refund 8£ something cheque I recieved in post fuming I closed my account with them I recently deposited the cheque and it bounced since then discovered it’s went into liquidation so I’m gonna go through my bank and hopefully get it back as it was paid by credit card now I know why the wouldn’t refund me in the first place,

Stay well away from them they have the worst service when comes to delivering items they turn up late if they turn up that is. Their customer service is diabolical they're useless incompetent invalids that barely know how to speak and understand english at least the ones I've had to deal with and they take your money and you could wait a month if not longer for it back because they didnt send the items and didnt want to chase it up. They say they will contact withington 24 hours for 96 hours later still no contact then when phone them they dont want to deal with it at say to wait for the call back that never did come had to phone up again and get it dealt with over a month and half after the item should of arrived. They're the worst company ever stay well away from these thieving cunts
