They sold my item and didn’t pay me out
Beware of this company and never try to sell your luxury items with them. A few years ago they were honest and I was selling my items with them, but since the company was acquired by a new owner called Shiva, they started scamming people. I have all the confirmation of my words in screenshots that I attached to this review. My watches were sold 8 months ago and i haven’t seen any payment. They basically stole all the money from the sell pf the watches. Sophie in the customer service and Shiva ( the owner) just keep promising to pay in 2 weeks, and it never happens. Once they even tried to make it seem that they sent me the money via bank transfer but it didn’t go through because it is an European bank account. Then I created a Singaporean bank account and they could not invent any excuses anymore so they just stopped answering at all. I am going to start a legal action against them soon. I would start it even earlier but I was not able to go to Singapore sooner. Now the only thing that Shiva writes to me is: Hi Kate. And then silence. Unfortunately, with him Style Tribute turned into thieves. My message to everyone is: beware, they are scammers, don’t sell your items with them, especially that cost a lot, as it was in my case.

Excellent fashion site which I have ever used
I often buy from this site since most of the products are in excellent conditions and there are so many nice products and also prices are very good. I highly recommend this website.

Review on purchase and delivery experience.
Overall purchase experience was smooth and hassle-free. The only area that could have better is the delivery arrangement. The delivery personnel had contacted me via phone upon reaching my door step.as the delivery hours clashed with my working hours, I had requested for the item to be placed in the enclosed riser on the eight hand side of my main door. However, I found item placing on my plants in front of my main door instead, where it was not sheltered from the rain and easily visible from corridor users.

A poor experience this time around: Bag without the packaging + personal belongings inside the bag
I have made multiple purchases with StyleTribute in the past and the experiences were very pleasant. However, it was not this time around. First, the description states that the Chanel bag will come with the "full packaging". However, upon receiving the parcel, there was only the authenticity card and dust bag. I was expecting to receive the care booklet, box, and even the ribbons and camellia flower for the "full packaging". Next, upon checking the bag, I found some personal belongings in the bag left behind by the previous owner. These include hair clips as well as fake eyelashes. I was disappointed because first, the description is not in compliance with what I received (there is no "full packaging") and second, StyleTribute did not bother to remove these "personal belonging" before sending the bag out. The latter problem made me wonder if StyleTribute did properly check and authenticate the bag before sending it out. I believe nobody would miss out these "personal belongings" if the bag has been properly checked. Nonetheless, I have sent the bag to 2 rounds of paid authentication services and both came back saying the bag is "authentic", which is a piece of great news. I hope StyleTribute can be stricter with its quality control check and provide its customers with a better shopping experience.

Famous designers for less price. Second handed but good quality. Very fun to shop at this store! It is hard to find a second handed designer clothes in Singapore. Good location also. I will come back for sure!

The quality was not as good as I had hoped
The customer service was great, it's just that the heel basically disintegrated in front of me. No one's fault per se, but I was just disappointed that StyleTribute weren't as good as what I had hoped x

Their customer service is brilliant, so I would definitely shop with them again.

Excellent Customer Service
There was a tad bit of delay in my delivery, however the customer service has been quick to response and understanding to my request and needs. Changing what was going to turn out to be a disappointing buying experience to an excellent one. Highly recommended, will definitely return for more. Return has been a breeze as well. Really GREAT experience with Styletribute.

The team is one of the sloppiest I've experienced
Missed out payments, missed out collection timings, Claudia and her team are just a nightmare to deal with. I've taken back higher value items placed with them as I've lost confidence in this company - erroneous listing details, missed out payments on sold items etc. Thought I'd give them a second chance by arranging for another pickup but that's been mucked up too. Their countless apologies, even with their "vouchers" and "fee waivers" don't make up, it's like dealing with the boy who cried wolf for the 4th time, and then the 5th, and the 6th, 7th, 8th... a real disappointment.

Great customer service
Claudia and the staff provides excellent customer service throughout your entire selling experience. I needed ST to come within a days notice and StyleTribute moved their schedule to accomodate me!

Paypal payment cannot be proceed
Paypal payment cannot be proceed. Need to wait for Monday if have any technical issues when buying on weekend which is illogical. Thank god PayPal managed to reverse transaction as the website unable to confirm purchase the first time.

I adore the stuff I get from Style Tribute because it helps reduce my carbon footprint by wearing something someone else has already owned and "discarded". The products are lovingly curated and just wonderful.

Fast and simple. There were descriptions on each product. However it would be better if customers were updated on the delivery and shipping - as in the number of days etc. I didn't receive any news until I emailed and asked.

Negative selling experience + customer service
I have a lot of experience selling on different websites, including those offering authentication services. But this one was one of my worst experiences especially handling my issue from the customer support side.
One of my items was sold and it was a concern for me since that item was vintage and very rare, so I wrote to the customer support to double check whether it is going to be taken care of properly as otherwise I'd rather cancel my sale even if it affects my rating. I was assured everything would be fine. Ok great.
My item was collected from my place, authenticated and passed to the buyer. After a week, I get a notification of return. I really don't get what sort of return policy this is. Someone basically was USING my very valuable item for a WEEK for free and then just decided to return it. This is not how things are done.
This is not all though. My return was arranged and I stayed at home the whole day waiting for it. No one came and no one contacted me about what's going on. It was Friday. Saturday I tried to call but ooops - you are closed. Atrocious. The earliest anyone came back to me was Monday and without any reasonable explanation (see attached). We did not have your unit number. Really? What do you have my handphone number for?
In fact, StyleTribute had my full address all the way (see screenshot).
When I received my item back and checked, the case had a stain. I am not quite sure what the quality control guidelines ST has, but reputable concierge services attach labels to the items in such a way that the buyers can't wear them unless they make a final decision and not just bluntly use them for a week or more (14 days return policy). On my item, I only seen a tag which was not attached to anything at all.
Just never again I will sell through this platform.

I recommend Styletribute as a platform that is great for both sides of the coin - customers, sellers and its contribution to the community of sustainable fashion advocates.

A one off bad experience
I am a big fan of ST but this order wasn't great. First, one item was reimbursed before delivery, with no information about which item it was or the reason. Next, the items were delivered later than usual, a full 10 days after purchase. Finally, I found the quality of the items not as good as usual. One bag (black) was pretty scratched and a pair of Olympia shoes were smelly (damp/mold) and hardened - as if they'd badly taken the water.

I emailed about my slightly disappointing experience but received no answer.

Seller Beware
Starting to feel like a fraud from the seller perspective.

Inquired about items on consignment, no reply after 1 month of confirming receipt of email.
Looked up their Facebook page and Facebook has posted account closure notices.

Happiness
I'm happy with the purchases and the goods arrived surprisingly quickly, given current travel constraints. The duty was very heavy, heavier than I anticipated, so this may curb future purchases. But I cannot lay the blame for that on the shopping experience, so am happy overall.

Chanel Black Leather Espadrilles
Delivery was prompt. Item was received exactly as it was pictured. I am pleased with the espadrilles. This was my second purchase and I will continue and certainly look forward to future purchases because of my two positive experiences as well as the competitive pricing.

Good quality, good price
Good quality, good price. If there is a damage, this is flagged out for refund option which shows great support. Take a little longer than expected to deliver, but overall is good experience.

Would appreciate measurements
As sizing and cutting vary, providing basic measurements will help customers decide whether the clothes would fit and save the logistics of returning items.

There is no doubt this platform has many collection to choose from. This is my 1st purchase directly from Styletribute website. Products n delivery rates are pretty reasonable. Generally, I am satisfied with my purchase. Thank You!
