Hit and miss products
I have been a long term customer of this company. At the beginning a couple of years ago their clothes were good quality and good sizing. However recently I have ordered from them about 10 different types pf clothes like scarfs, sweaters, dresses. StyleWe must have changed their suppliers because I received different clothes what was advertised on the pictures. Quality is horrible and do not represent at all clothes I received. I wanted to return them and I was quoted to ship them to China over 70.00 (I live in Canada). Its more then I ordered. Anyway buyer be aware. Customer service however is very responsive.

Bad all the way around
I recently ordered a dress from this website. From the very beginning- it started out bad- noticed StyleWe charged my card but I had no confirmation that the order was in process. It wasn't until I contacted them that they started the process/shipping. They have terrible customer service and no one to talk to. They did not want to refund me the extra money I paid for express delivery. They did not take responsibility for their incompetence. When I got the dress, the dress IS NOTHING LIKE THE ONE THEY PORTRAYED ON THEIR WEBSITE. Overall- terrible customer service, terrible clothes.

Very disappointed!
This company is very hard to do business with. I ordered 5 dresses StyleWe charge me for 6 and add one more duplicate dress in my order.
I received the first two items with one i didn't order. It's totally wrong dress and too big for me. The other one is too tied i can't even try on. When i contacted them for return, they keep trying to give me little money or store credit to keep those dresses and the offer keep increasing little bit when i don't want to keep them until i get 30% of the price. I told themi can'twear them. I just want to return. It's hard to get the address where i have to ship them back. Finally, i got the return label which i have to pay shipping to ship to China. If i known this company located in China, i wouldn't buy anything from them. The address they sent those dresses to me is in California but when return i have to ship to China which cost a lot for shipping.
I canceled the other 4 items but they're still shipping them to me after my cancelation. They make me pay shipping for all the dresses to China including the one they sent in error, the dress i not order to get return.
Their quality is very poor. The fabric are too hard and some of them very thin. You can see through everything.
This is cheap quality and bad service. Please do not waist your money to buy anything from this website. Stylewe.com is very bad company.

Poor and inconsistent quality & impossible to return
First, I'm convinced that the positive reviews are fake. I have recently (April 2020) had a horrible experience with stylewe. I had ordered from stylewe in 2016 and I can say that the quality has gone downhill since. I recently ordered 2 dresses and one jumpsuit. Both dresses were sub-par. Attached, you will see my purchase summary including a red dress and a white dress. The red dress was so poorly made and is a very strange material. In person, it actually looks like a cheap Halloween costume or cape, not a 60 USD dress, as advertised. The white dress looks like it's actually made of the lining of a dress. It's completely sheer and cheap looking. The customer service said I would have to return the items to China for a refund. After inquiring at USPS the charge would be 30 (with no tracking)-125.00 USD, and UPS would charge at least 60 USD. Upon explaining my dissatisfaction to stylewe, StyleWe offered 25 percent money back only. It's a scam. Don't be fooled.

Don't waste your money
StyleWe is a scam, I ordered a dress 4 years ago, which the quality was very low, so I returned it, StyleWe didn't accept to refund me on original payment method, and gave me a store credit. I really didn't like anything from their website, till today, I needed a dress and I just wanted to use that store credit.
When I went to payment method, I realized I cannot see the store credit to use it, I again contacted them, now they said you could use that store credit just for a year!
I've never heard sth like that, and it's very unacceptable.
Don't waste your money and shop online on real websites, there are plenty out there with good customer service and good quality of clothes.

UPDATED: I reached out to them again to get my refund, and here is their answer:

This order was placed in 2017 which is 4 years ago.
And the store credit was sent to your account 4 years ago as well, it has expired, we won't deal with this issue anymore.

If zero available that would my rating
Ordered few items with mediocre results. I ordered again, 3 items... coat, pants, shoes. Coat fit but dreadful fabric and construction. Pants were maybe a 0 in size while I'm a 6. StyleWe were absurdly small. Ironically shoes vastly too big.
I asked gor refund. Yhey offered 10% and keep useless items. Said no. Then they wrote with 25% refund, keep items. Said no, and wrote negative review. Later contacted with full refund offer, but only if I removed review. Decided important to warn people and not bow to their extortion.
There is ZERO customer service, you pay shipping and duty to return items TO CHINA. More to return than items worth. This typical of dealing with Chinese company. Bottom line... don't do business... what you see online is not what you get

Reading some of the mixed reviews I just wanted to put down my two cents, I have ordered from this website 3 times so far and have not been disappointed in the quality or size (dresses, swimwear, lingerie, jewelry) yet. Unfortunately due to the pandemic shipping is taking much longer (I can't say how fast it was before the pandemic because I only started shipping once it started lol) but I want to confirm for others that it may take around 2 weeks to to receive. Be patient, you won't regret it! Yes I gave up on contacting someone, it seems like StyleWe literally have EVERYTHING automated. I cannot complain about the price I pay. Happy shopping!

Never sent me full order after being charged
Made of poor material, description and pics are misleading and the sizing was way! Off. I have yet to receive the last item I ordered and paid for?! The last package I received was 5-6 weeks ago and the first was weeks before that. This company is a scam. Please look into any catalog purchases on any website you order from especially the return, exchange, or refund policies. A lot of these webs tell you that your responsibility to return the product to the shipping address. Some are located in places like China. Don't ship anything because you'll end up with nothing.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE
I became aware of StyleWe first thru email ads. After a visit to my favorite thrift store, I saw an amazing coat. I did not purchase it because it was a woman's coat, but it was tiny enough to fit a 10 yr old child. I am sure that was the reason for it being there.at the thrift store. I went to their site and I was blown away by the designs... StyleWe looked SO amazing. I saw so much that I wanted to order, but decided to order 2 items, If they were to my liking, I most def wold have ordered more. I work as a professional model and these items were SO over the top fab. When I received the items... I was SO SHOCKED AND DISAPPOINTED at what was sent to me. First, the quality was really poor and one of the items did not come close to what their pic depicted. I was totally cat fished! I emailed them that same day and told them I needed to return the items. They instead, started telling me how expensive it would be to send it back, and began offering me 30%, then 40% of what I paid, which was $100.00 They told me that they would give me a due bill for the balance. I told them I expected to get 100% of what I paid out. They were reluctant to send me a return label, until I threatened to report them to Paypal. It cost me $27.00 to return these items. It has been 4 months and I have not been refunded. I contacted Paypal and filed a case against them. Today, I had to escalate the case. They were able to pull up the item thru a customs number. In 10 days, I was told that Paypal will respond to my claim, as StyleWe has ignored the attempted contacts of Paypal. I will NEVER order from them after this case is closed. It has been a very long nightmare. After the case is closed, I will BLOCK them from sending me anything in the future. Lesson learned. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Their policy states that they will give you a refund, but they give give you a really hard time. It's not worth it. Learn from my experience...

Worst experience ever. I would rate it zero
Absolutely horrible! Horrible quality but worse than that terrible customer service! If something didn't fit or if you just didn't like it and you want to return it StyleWe send you an onerous email making it sound like you could pay a fortune in shipping and customs just to send it back to them. They offer you 15% of the cost of your item in cash instead of returning the item. Given that the items are fairly cheap that could be two or three dollars. I will never buy from them again. What really worries me now is that they said they are sending me an item I didn't order! Does this mean they can just keep sending me items because they have my credit card information? How do I stop them?

An okay shop
EDIT 09/10/2018 I bought two dresses but one of them did not ship on time, so I got a refund for it. I still haven't seen the refund in my bank statement yet, but it's supposed to take a couple days. So I will wait a little longer. The other dress has finally arrived but it took about a month to come. The website says shipping should take 10-17 days but know that your package will probably take longer to arrive. The dress that came seems to be pretty good quality, so I am happy about that at least. Overall, the shop is okay but shipping and processing takes way too long.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM STYLEWE!
I purchased a dress after falling in love with the picture of it in ads. I should have read reviews on this company BEFORE I made my purchase. I ordered the Sundress V Neck Daily Casual Stripes Midi Dress, but what I received was a disaster. It was no where close to looking like it did in the picture; the stitching looked like it had been sewn by someone who had just learned to work a sewing machine, the material was thin and cheap, the skirt portion was more pencil than A-line... just all around a terrible dress that was definitely not worth the pricetag. I would send it back, but after seeing other reviews it seems it would be a futile effort to do so

Not As Expected
I ordered one dress and two tops. The garments were so poorly sewn that StyleWe were unrepairable. I received my order and was disappointed with the fit and quality of the garments. The fabric is shiny, armhole fit is inconsistent, and the garments are poorly finished. The measurements were incorrect. The pretty green and black swing dress had shoulders that didn't match and different sleeve lengths. When I tried to return the items, no way. China purchase. They offer a measly ¼ of what I paid for the garments. No clear English speaking recordings. Consumer beware. Buy from USA companies.

Knockoff Clothes, Fake Reviews, Horrible Customer Service
I ordered from Stylewe for 6 years. Their products, shipping, and customer service have taken a nosedive and their returns, which were always a major hassle, are no longer possible. That's right, if you receive your item and it doesn't fit (60+ percent chance of this) or it's not as pictured (80+ percent chance of this), you can no longer return it because their return center is no longer in the US, it's now in China and you'll be responsible for the return fee. The charge for sending a tunic to their return center was $57, the tunic was $22. Note that even when the return center was in the US StyleWe regularly took weeks to process returns, lost returns, didn't properly credit my account, and/or didn't give the promised $5 shipping reimbursement. Everything was a battle. Save yourself the hassle.
The pictures online are of other companies' garments that Stylewe makes terrible copies of out of awful materials, with shoddy workmanship and schizophrenic sizing to boot. Items sometimes take weeks to arrive when listed as in stock. There's no way to cancel unsent orders except to contact them. It's a mess, it's incredible that they're still in business.
Note that the reviews here that are positive are very suspicious (not specific, mention features about the site that the site doesn't actually offer, are ultra vague and weird-sounding), whereas the negative reviews are obviously from real customers. Think twice about where these positive "reviews" are coming from.

Utterly Dissatisfied
After having unsuccessfully trying to return several items that were NOT what I saw in the picture from material to bows missing from blouses, I was told that the items had to be returned to CHINA, then I was sent the following email the excerpt from Felicia in "customer service" who wrote:
This is a direct quote...

Sorry, you are not satisfied with the items.
"We can not guarantee that the real thing is exactly the same as the photo, everything is subject to the actual product."
I was FLOORED! With that being said, I have decided to stop ordering from Stylewe.
My new quote is: "STYLEWE IS LIKE A BOX OF CHOCOLATES, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'RE GONNA GET"

I must say that this website is one of the best clothes I have ever ordered.
I must say that this website is one of the best clothes I have ever ordered. I have never had such an easy and stress-free experience in online trading. The best by far was their customer support, who was available to answer all my questions regarding the sweater itself and the shipping methods StyleWe had available were extremely good. If you have any doubts regarding the quality products of this one, just get them off your mind and feel free to order here. There was a very simple process from the moment I paid for the item to the moment I received it. Overall, I got exactly what I was looking for. I will be back soon in the future to buy more clothes. Highly recommended for all girls.

Junk Product + Impossible Return Policy
The items received do not look anything like what is shown on the website. The material is cheap and scratchy- one of the dresses had a crooked zipper and the other had rips in the lace-I tried adding pics but StyleWe wouldn't download from iCloud. Sorry.
The Size Guide on the website is Very Exaggerated... I purchased the size suggested according to my measurements. The dresses are all enormous... No way I would ever wear these in public!
I contacted Customer Service within two days of receiving my order and was told that I could either except 15% cash refund or ship all the items BACK TO CHINA at my cost.
Do not order anything from this merchant! You will be sorely disappointed

Doesn't get any worse
If i could give minus, i would!
The worst customer service. I complained about a dress that has been processing over 15 days and the customer service person canceled my order, said "You said it has been too long and you cannot wait so I just canceled," I said i did not want to cancel it, i wanted you to expedite the order and StyleWe said "well, it has already cancelled" and stopped responding. Everytime, they do the same, They just stop answering your messages. Very very bad customer service! How in the world can you cancel someone's order on your own?

DO NOT ORDER FROM STYLEWE! SCAM!
We ordered 3 dresses. I paid $22 for express shipping and it took 3 1/2 weeks to receive our order. 2 of the dresses were too large. Like other reviews (I sure wish I had read them before ordering), StyleWe do not want to give my $ back. They told me they'd give me a 15% cash refund to be used for alterations or a %20 store credit. If I choose to return the merchandise they said they can't tell me how much it will cost due to customs or how long it could take, also due to customs. Soooo... basically we are out $170 for dresses we don't want. Do not use this company! I've never experienced anything like this! They are a fraud. Believe every negative review you've read!

Quality Is Amazing
This is my first time shopping here, I can only say that I am absolutely excited to try my new blouses. The items are made with incredible first-class quality, which is what really makes a customer want to come back and buy again. On top of that, the customer service was phenomenal. StyleWe treat you with loyalty and commitment and I love that. I am already on my way to make another order and I am looking forward to the next birthday of all my friends and family because I can't wait to buy them in this boutique too. It really is worth your money here.
