I received Tomatoes with a best befire date ending...
I received Tomatoes with a best befire date ending in a week. This was not clearly marked on the website. It just said 12/31/21 without any reference, other products at least contain "BB" but that was not the case here.

The pasta I ordered was substituted for the "organic" kind although I did not oder it and expressly ticked the "no substitutions" box.

Overall very very disappointing!

fedUPex took my order to a vacant address over 1/4 mile away. Thankfully a good neighbor saw it and brought it to me. fedUPex did this 3 times in that week to 3 different address but fedUPex did not fix it only good Neighbors.

Great store
I found SupermarketItaly last year when looking for lumpfish caviar. When I started digging in to their product selection I discovered so many more things than just Italian goods. SupermarketItaly.com have a great selection and free shipping if you buy enough. Shipping is quick. I have nothing but good to say about these folks. Great selection, fair prices, and fast shipping. You can't ask for anything better.

Hard to find current point total on web page
It is way too hard to find out how many points one has earned before going through checkout! This has been a persistent problem. This should be a hot link in the pull-down for signed-in members. I spent more time trying to figure out how to get this info than I spent putting together my order. Search attempts returned nothing. Finally found it (in desperation) by clicking on "Become a member" and scrolling through information about member benefits. Found and chose "how do I redeem points" and it just happened to show up – almost missed it because of page organization. This should not be. I have sent a complaint about this a couple times before via chat. The chat person can tell me. I also get an apology, and a promise to get this info to whoever does your website. Has not gotten any change in this. Please get on this. It will no doubt reduce traffic in your chat function. I am a regular customer and have been since 2019. This continues to be very annoying. Really, the ONLY annoying thing about your website.

I really didn't get the customer service I was looking for.
I need these food items for my Christmas Eve dinner. I could not find where on your website a feature to have delivered on the 22nd or 23rd. I immediately emailed with URGENT in the subject line minutes after I placed my order and could not get a straight answer on when my order would be shipped or delivered. I emailed with two different people and I was not satisfied either time. This will be my last order.

Love your products and service
Love your products and service. Checkout was a nightmare on my iPhone 12. Tried using your app twice — only offered Apple Pay and wouldn't complete transaction. Went to website. Had to fill new shopping cart and chose PayPal. Went thru PayPal and returned me to your site with checkout blanks now filled, but no indication I had already ordered. Trusted you so submitted, PayPal was prechecked and I sent it thru. Success.

Give checking out a try yourself. You might be surprised.

Disappointing experience
Disappointing experience. It took several days before my items shipped, even though I had already been charged for the order. I had to ask about when it would ship before I received any information about it. I was subsequently informed that one of my items was not in stock. That information should have been available at the time I was ordering items.
Also, tracking info said that my order would be delivered yesterday. I still have not received it.

Ok experience
I always love buying olives from supermarket Italy and will continue to do so but the cheese I ordered arrived moldy so I don't think I will chance buying anything like that again. I gave 4 stars for the experience because SupermarketItaly.com were quick at replying to me and did refund my money for the one cheese that was bad.

According to FedEx tracking, this was supposed to be delivered to me in Tucson by 1:00 pm yesterday (after being delayed one day) but now it's being tracking as just having left Kansas this morning! I realize you have no control after the package leaves your facility but it's aggravating to say the least! Maybe change your carrier? However, your products always get five stars from me.
This country is a mess. Everyone needs to get jabbed for us to see some semblance of normalcy!

Hard to find items, great service, fast delivery
My current and past experiences are excellent, I received all the products that I cannot find anywhere else in an efficient and fast manner. Very happy to have found this website and to be able to purchase items that make me feel like I am home. I also appreciate the great care taken in wrapping every item to make sure that everything arrives not just fresh but intact!

It's great having an Italian supermarket for authentic Italian goods and products. We lived in Italy for 7 years and miss the real thing. Also, your website is user friendly making it easy to order.

Fantastic!
Wonderful selection of products and an easy-to-navigate website. Everything that I received was of top quality and arrived a bit earlier than expected. The package was delivered very early in the day and I was at work with no way to go get it out of the 90 degree heat. I wasn't overly worried as everything in the order could be kept at room temp for a long time without going bad. When I got home later that day once I opened the insulated bag the items were still cool. So I am very very happy with my purchase.

The whole process of finding, ordering, paying, and receiving the Rose Harissa was done very smoothly and well. It is very clear that the firm is VERY interested in showing that it deserves a reputation for a high degree of service with regards to its customers. And that it is hungry and nimble enough to compete with Amazon by offering lower prices for goods that I am interested in. As the title of this review says: "Well done."

Authentic Italian products delivered as ordered.
I was searching online for the my chocolate hazelnut star cookies. I actually tried to order from Amazon. That order failed completely. The response (after the order) was "unable to deliver."
I continued to search, and was happy to find supermarket Italy! My order came perfectly, as if I picked them up myself. The cookies are fresh and delicious. I wish you guys were also based in ATLANTA!

I was really disappointed with this order
I was really disappointed with this order. Cookies were hard and stale. Company does not provide a refund until order is shipped back and received but SupermarketItaly.com do not make the arrangements to pick up order. This is the customers responsibility to bring it to a Fedex Office to ship back. Unfortunately, I did not have the means to get to Fedex. After expressing my disappointment several times, they begrudgingly offered 50% discount which I have not received yet. Waste of money!

I just received my first order
I just received my first order. I opened the box to find some items packed in heavy brown paper and other items packaged in generous bubble wrap then taped; it struck me that there was so much care put into making sure every item arrived in perfect condition. I very much enjoyed opening each individually wrapped item. It reminded me of how a grandmother would package homemade cookies for their grandchildren in college. Lots of love and attention to detail. I'll never buy Italian pantry staples anywhere else! I'm just blown away…what modern day mail order company puts this much care into ensuring their products arrive in perfect condition‽

A good resource for international products.
Some items are too pricy preventing me from purchasing them. I do like the variety and options. I LOVE the careful packing, protecting products from damage in transit. The box on this order did not hold up too well. All the corners of the box arrived rounded-off. Nothing damaged thanks to proper packing.

I requested an update on my order status and the response was very professional. Just wish I didn't have to request info.

I'm in love with SupermarketItaly!
Searched all over for a cleaning product after finding it was no longer carried on Amazon. Found it on SupermarketItaly's website… which I had never heard if before. Ordered multiple before bottles of my beloved cleaning product. Guess what? Shipping was free for orders over $50! Best part was I received my shipment in less than 3 days from when I ordered it! WOW. Opened the box, and there were my bottles, packed so carefully and thoughtfully it was almost as if my mother packed them! Needless to say, I'm in love with SupermarketItaly and I'm looking for new reasons to order from them. SupermarketItaly, you are amazing!

The shopping experience was fine
The shopping experience was fine. My order was supposed to be delivered December 6. Did not receive it. Called, emailed and tried to live chat to find out what happened to it. Did get an email saying it was returned because the package was damaged. I was suppose to verify my shipping address which I did. Have not received a reply back as to what is happening with my order. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I don't wish to complain, I know this cheese you sent was originally good as I had bought some through our local Costco. I was excited to find it with you however, it showed up with warm packs inside the foil pack. The cheese appears to be molding, i. E., white spots all over it. I may be able to cut back the mold/white spots but not what I had hoped for.
