Could have a nicer/neater looking tensioning system and easier to use

Staff were very helpful. Courier was very slow, took 2 weeks from Chch to Russell.
The clothesline itself is more sturdy than a Hills but a pig of a thing. The clip supplied to take the bar the end of the lines you pull out is hopeless. We ended up using the two from our old Hills unit.
The lines themselves to be taunt are a nightmare and still arent great, the instructions to tension them are frustrating. The unit needs real improvement to make it as simple to fix as others. We have fitted about 5 of the Hills ones at properties we own, Hills are far simpler. We are hoping that after the hassle of getting this unit and fitting it it lasts longer.

The service response time by SwiftDry was fantastic, however as I was after parts for an already installed SwiftDry clothesline, it would have been nice to be able to buy individual parts as opposed to a whole unit - eg: I had to replace the line holding bolts but that facility is not available on the web site, so I had to also purchase the clothesline wire when I had no need of that at the moment - still, it might come in handy at sometime in the future. Absolutely no issue with the company, its service, the product and the ease of use of their web site. Well done guys.
