Tagvenue

Lovely space for a small group rehearsal. I enjoyed being there with my students. Since we dance bare-foot in Indian classical dance (Kathak), it was important that the floor be absolutely clean and it was just how we needed it.

Hi, I have booked training rooms previously by contacting the business directly, speaking with the rep and exchanging emails. I am happy with that process. Booking via Tagvenue did not add any benefit to me

Amazing space! Had everything I needed for my green screen shoot. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend it and definitely will always be my first choice for spaces with a green screen!

Thank you for helping me find the venue for the event on 11/6/22.
Portland Suite was perfect for the occasion and perfectly accommodated 43 guests.
However, a few things led us down a bit.
1. The temperature on 11/6/22 was 21 degrees outside. There was a Dj booked for the event and guests were dancing to the beats but after some time it got really hot and sweaty. I looked at the temperature of the room it was 19 degrees I tried setting it but did not work.
2. The chaffing pans/dishes were really old. The fuel did not work throughout. When the hotel staff was bringing in the chaffing dishes and handing them to the caterers they mentioned that the chaffing dishes haven't been used for long. This and the heat in the room led to the spoiling of food (massive) and had to throw away at the end of the event.
3. I had venue viewing on 6/6/2022 with the house manager and clearly explained the arrangement highlighting that I do not want the tables on the left next to the entrance. Later I phoned on 9/6/2022 to go through the arrangement has the number of chairs/tables/cutleries/napkins sorted and add about providing us chaffing pan/chaffing dishes(which i did not ask for initially on 6/6/2022).
In that call, I mentioned that I want water jugs on the round table all the time, throughout the event by which I meant that I wanted Jugs on the tables where the guests will sit for starter/main course/desserts.
On the day of the event when I reached the venue at 4 pm, I saw the table at the left of the entrance still there and when I mentioned to the staff to remove it they said they were instructed to have it there and it will be difficult for them to move that as underneath the table there were storage items. As I kept insisting that I do not want the table there also that I had highlighted it specifically on 6/6/2022 and we had a photo booth that we wanted to set up in that area they phoned the manager as of course they will work as per instructions from him. After a bit of rift, the staff were extremely helpful (specifically Sam) and agreed to move the table and help sort. Really thankful to them and appreciate it.
But the manager was extremely difficult he kept saying he has been doing events for 27 yrs and knows it all (not only on the day of the event when the staff handed over the phone to sort the table issue but also in my first meeting on 6/62022 and on-call on 9/6/2022).
As a customer how is it helpful to me that his 27 years of experience means nothing to me when the things that I had highlighted were ignored? And he doesn't let the person at the other end speak much but just goes on with whatever he wants to say. He needs to concentrate and work a bit on his listening skills.
Staff also complained to me about same that he has been trying to speak to the manager about a personal issue for 3 months but had no luck as he never allows other person to speak.
At the same time, a few of his suggestions have been very helpful.
Having said all of this the event was a success.

Taqvenue is a really good and easy-to-use platform. They have lots of different venues to choose from and it's easy to contact the venue and ask questions before agreeing to hire it.

I found a good venue through Tagvenue,
The only downside was that I wanted two dates at the same place which I could not do through
the tagvenue system but I did resolve with the venue directly

Well prepared meeting room with TV, whiteboard and water. One suggestion I would give is to inform the person making the booking the room number / floor in advanced. We went to level 9 and the meeting room is on level 2. Not a big problem, service is good ... just a recommendation.

Really helpful site to find different options of venues for specific events. I used Tagvenue to find a venue for my friend's hen do and it was so easy to look through loads of options, message them directly through the site and continue to communicate through Tagvenue to book as well. Would highly recommend!

I was very happy with Tagvenue. I sent out messages to 2 spaces and was very pleasantly suprised to hear back from both of them by the next morning especially considering it was a holiday weekend. I was able to book one of the spaces for an event only 3 days later!

Very effective platform for finding a venue for a small private party in London. The right info was in an easy-to-access form on a laptop or a phone, with the follow-through to the venues themselves very straightforward.

Excellent modern venue for our meeting. Would highly recommend. Team very helpful. Building work was being carried out next door but they accommodated this by moving us to an alternative meeting room on the other side of the building.

My friend described the platform as AirBnB for events and that was exactly what it was.
Easy to use and I found the venue I was after, fingers crossed the event goes well!

The service is excellent. My only suggestion is that the online tool may need some more improvement. It will be even better if people can make a booking for several meetings together.

Tagvenue were able to find the right venues in the right locations I requested. The owners of each venue responded to me speedily which was great. Tagvenue made venue hunting stress-free!

Very useful platform, although some tweaks to the filters might help, eg being able to search for those with min spends as well as hire fees but not costs pp. And some information I found wasn't up to date when I contacted venues. But I achieved what I wanted with the platform and it had a huge range of options. Happy with the experience.

really affordable! friendly staff and it provides amazing items such as snacks, toilets, songs to listen to and a sofa to relax!. i would surely recommend this to everyone

Holly was very helpful if securing my booking and arranged for the booking to removed when one of my key attendees was taken ill and we had to move the meeting.

Only Moorabin responsed promptly and followed up so diligently.
Amongst the requests send to the different places, Moorabin is the best. I will give 5 Stars to Leo and Grace :)
