I made the mistake of entering the incorrect address and my order was canceled after I asked that it be resent. My fault for submitting the wrong address 2233 instead of 2233 north austin Avenue Chicago Illinois 60639.i hope that I don't have that problem with this order

I am glad you asked. Hummingbirds were okay. Not great but I got my silk pillowcases and you sent me purple ones instead of the white ones I order and they won't go with anything I have and you said no returns on the package. Am I supposed to love bight purple silk pillowcases???? Pleas respond.

I ordered this ring and apparently it was not followed through and did not receive it and yet my credit card was charged. After many e-mails the credit was refunded. They suggested that I reorder. I have reordered and hoping that there are no more complications.

I placed and order for USPS Stamps for an amount of $110.00 but can not find a way to get information as to my delivery date. Not sure if this sale was a Spam and am worried that my money has gone astray. Has any one else had this problem ?

So far its ok, returns are a hassle and shipping can be horrendous depending on the seller.
Almost a month for one item! Took me about 10 mins to do a return,the website kept looping me around and wouldn't take me to do the return.
I think the website needs to be revamped.

I ordered two pairs of Tanga. One pair for my sister. I love mine, and she did too, except I ordered the wrong size. I would like to replace them with a SIZE 8. Please send me information on how I can send the ones back for a different size. Thanks.

I had to input my Visa card number two or three times to set up a Pay Pal account and as I know I still don't have an account. So I hope I didn't give my number to some hacker and get my account in trouble. If I have to go thru Pay Pal again then forget about me buying anything from you guys again.

Products I needs at a reasonable price. Customer service is not good. I wrote to them with questions on 2 occasions and never heard back from anyone. Also, some of the product descriptions are not great or complete, hence why I needed customer service.

I have been purchasing from Tanga for quite a while now and am amazed at the items I find for the low prices. I have no idea how many silk pillow cases I have purchased and they have this great bargain on Dove soap that comes in little pump bottles to use in the bathroom. I have even given some to my bridge ladies. I have always used dove but never found it in a smaller bottle to use by my bathroom sink.! I have no idea where they find these great deals but I am always excited to open an email from them to see what they have. Thanks Tanga!!

I've been a Tanga customer for several years, having purchased a large variety of products including clothes, electronics, toys, PPE, etc. Each purchase was completed promptly and accurately, and always at a very reasonable price. I continually look at what's advertised because I often wind up buying something I find compelling. I never had to speak to customer service. Happy to be a very repeat customer.

I cannot say enough good things about Tanga’s customer service. I have ordered many items from Tanga. With only a couple of exceptions, they have all been good quality and exactly what I wanted. When I had a problem with an order, I emailed them and immediately got a response and they settled my problem satisfactorily. Tanga is a great online company!

This is a very responsible honest business. I mistakenly ordered a three pronged braided cable charger which did not fit all of my Apple devices as I had assumed. The mistake was mine for failing to accurately read the product description. Tanga immediately refunded my money and insisted that I keep the product at no charge.

I have that brand in use, that is why I wanted to bay a gift for my sister, but I was surprised when I opened it, it's very small, mine is almost doble size of it, but the
outside size is the same, it's unbillable. I am not happy because of that.
