I always wanted to start selling my own merchandise instead of working for others. So I brainstormed with my partner and we decided to stick to just one niche in the beginning. It still seemed like a massive challenge. After some research we chose Teechip because TeeChip offered great profit margins and plenty of tools to facilitate sellers' businesses. Their customer support and even the production team provided us with personal valuable insights. They made it possible to launch our successful business and we'll always remain grateful to Teechip for that.

I love this company! While ordering the limited edition "Threat Level Midnight" poster (The Office), my internet went down and I accidentally placed the order twice. I emailed them and asked for a cancellation on one of the orders and TeeChip responded within the same day and fixed my order. Not only that, but they also shipped my order out on the same day it was placed! Overall, they have great products, fantastic and very responsive customer service, and fast delivery. I will definitely be using this company again in the future. Thank you TeeChip!

I ordered face mask for me and my mom. I finally got them 5 weeks later. TeeChip sat in Grand Prairie, Tx for 2 weeks. They are cheaply made. Not what I was expecting. Very disappointed. Also there customer service isn't good either, can't talk to no one. If you email them they just tell you your order is shipped. Also they use DHL as there shipping service. I thought about ordering more mask but not now. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Firstly, I ordered two masks from TeeChip and it took five weeks to receive them. Secondly, I wore each mask one time and the flimsy string that goes around the ears broke. I can't take a picture of the masks because the string on these masks are being repaired by my dry cleaners.

I would avoid doing business with this company unless you like extremely slow service and poor quality, over priced merchandise. This company should not be allowed to do business in the United States.

TeeChip don't deserve 1 star. I ordered a mask on April 28th 2020. It keeps saying it will be shipped out in 5 days. There is no live person to talk to. Most horrible customer service ever! They refuse to cancel my order because of in the processing part! I understand Covid19 has impacted our lives but I have gotten other orders from other companies quicker than this! I will NEVER order from TeeChip again! They just lost a customer! I put in picture because it says it will be shipped out in so many days, but hasn't, and it is now June.

I can't leave ZERO STARS for a review, or I would!

Ordered a 11x17 poster print for gf for V Day. It was not 11 but 11.5 wide and therefore didn't fit a standard frame. Additionally, the words on the poster were so close to the edge that the frame cut them off. Instead of letting me have a refund since it was for V Day and no time for replacement, TeeChip sent me another print to arrive later. Despite their own policy stating a refund would be issued for defective items! Not to mention the color quality was also off and this cost $30! So disgusted and will never order from them again!

Placed my order over a month ago. I did not receive an order number but TeeChip had no problem deducting from paypal. The support email address is invalid (should always try that in future) and you can't get past the automated phone recording but you need an order number (how convenient). Could not get a live person. After a month of no response, I made a complaint to paypal and within minutes received a cancellation notice from TeeChip saying they will refund my order. I should have checked reviews prior to purchase.

Just got done disputing the charge on my CC. I was charged 10 days ago and still haven't even received a confirmation email from them. I tried sending an email the address provided in the Paypal transaction, and it bounced back as an invalid address. I then tried to check the status of my order from their site. Well, I don't have an order number and when I tried to search for it using my name and email, it says no order exists. Would NOT recommend them.

The shipping was slower than expected so definitely give yourself a few weeks of lead time if you're ordering a gift but the product itself was excellent. I ordered a shirt for my husband for Father's Day and the feel of the shirt was soft and confortable, the fit was perfect, and he absolutely loved the design. Would definitely order from this company again as long as I had some time to wait on the shipping.

I ordered two face masks from the TeeChip website. I got confirmations for 3! Each mask became a separate order with a $6 shipping cost! My effort to cancel mask 3 failed on the website. I sent an email attempting to cancel. Ten days later I get 3 separate confirmations. Four days later I get an email saying, sorry it was too late to cancel my order. Just a ridiculous hassle, dysfunctional website, and one very dissatisfied customer. BTW, no product has arrived yet.

Tee Chip Is A Fraudulent Company. I Ordered One Of Their Daughter Blankets for 45. Dollars I looked At My Accout 2 Days Later And TeeChip Took 161. Dollars From My Account. You Cannot Speak To A live Person. I tried To Cancel my Order. And They would Not Let me. Stating It Was Already gone To Printing. Why Would I Buy 3 Blankets. My Bank is Trying To Get My Money Bank. Please Dont Trust A Company That You Cannot Speak To A Live Person.

TeeChip is a wonderful company. I saw an ad on Facebook and loved the Blood Stains Are Red shirt. It was me all the way! The fit and print are perfect! I cannot wait to wear it! I actually got it a day early and didn't mind the waiting period. I was emailed every step, from printing to shipment, to delivery. I would definitely recommend this company to others! Everyone I showed it to laughed about it.

I ordered a t-shirt for my daughter in the beginning of September. Ordered 2 other t-shirts after that & received them with no problem. The other one didn't come yet. Found out it was coming from the Netherlands. Had no idea when I placed the order. Finally made it to the US & then said unsuccessful delivery. I contacted teechip & TeeChip replaced my order & I've received it in a timely manner. They are a great company & awesome quality! Thank you!

Love this! I wasn't expecting such a quality cap. The brim is deep and broad. It even looked good on my husband who has a very broad face. The fabric and embroidery is first rate. And it goes with won't saying I'm thrilled with the subtle sparky comment, which is why I originally bought it. This cap, my ", la" t, pearls, and my ever-present aviators will be my goto accessories come inauguration day and beyond.

I ordered a poster through them and had to have it reprinted after the first one arrived in a damaged container. No worries, TeeChip sent a reprint. But this time they outer package was fine and they folded the poster inside of the package instead of rolling it. They'll keep sending reprints, but they won't issue a refund. Customer service wasted a half hour of my time before they finally told me that.

I ordered Father's day gift one month in advance (May 20th), and their timeline still says TeeChip are printing the shirt (now June 22)! They tried to blame it on COVID, but it was nothing personalized, so should have been ready to send, if not within the original 15 days they promised in all their media, at least completed printing after 10 days they stared from the get go! When I reached out to customer service, they barely apologized and didn't even respond to my second email.

I ordered a COVID-19 mask on 4/24. The COVID update TeeChip published on their website stated that "US orders will ship within 14 to 21 days of purchase." 30 days later, my order still hasn't shipped. The mask won't even be needed if it ever arrives because it's taking them so long to ship. I asked for my money back and they refused. There are lots of t-shirt shops on the internet. Find one that cares more about their customers than these scoundrels.
UPDATE: I paid for my mask with Paypal. After writing this review, I lodged a complaint against TeeChip through PayPal for non-delivery of my mask. Immediately, TeeChip responded by cancelling my order and refunding my money. This doesn't make them any less of scoundrels because they did refuse to refund me when I asked by email, but it offers an avenue of recourse for anyone else who they cheated. I will never do business with this firm again.

Ordered sweatshirt and still have yet to see it. The site says it will ship in 10-20 business days, it's been 23 business days (that's over a month) and have no word from them. Their site says it was still processing (whatever that means). I asked for a full refund and TeeChip gave me back HALF with no explanation or communication from a service rep. Opened a PayPal dispute and got the rest of my money back. I recommend you find a reputable dealer on ETSY.; they have more responsible dealers.

I ordered a coffee mug for my son-in-law, and when I received the product, it had two (2) words misspelled on the mug! "Gergeous" instead of "Gorgeous" and "temoting" instead of "tempting". Since I ordered the mug via my phone, I was not able to print out the order, nor did I get a copy of the order via email or when the order arrived. I'm out $25.94, with no recourse. I won't be ordering from this company again.
